My daughter waiting for table top who shutered 6 weeks ago. Still waiting every time she call they exuse is they waiting for customer care for date. She is with no table with her small child . It's so ridiculous. We are going to call Current Affeir next week.

Went and bought a fridge got a good price and great service

Ryan 'listened', without pressure, and gave us advice on various TVs. We loved the Samsung OLED picture. Black Friday price matched other purchase options so Ryan the reason we purchased at Harvey Norman. Excellent installation arranged with Chris.

Lots of appliances to choose from and two experienced and knowledgeable sales people to help us. John and David made the choice of fridge/freezer very easy. We'll definitely go back.

We visited Harvey Norman Clearance Centre this morning. We asked a team member for help, who was sitting at his desk. He told us to talk to another team member on the floor. We spent 15 minutes in the store, but nobody came. On our way out we saw all the team members standing around talking. Very disappointing

BE WARNED! I am absolutely furious at the treatment I received at Bundall Harvey Norman. They talked me into buying THEIR 2 years extra care on a brand new Macbook M1 (15/10/23) that cost around and some spyware I never could activate bringing the total cost to way over what i expected WITH A BIG WACK OF GST ON THE TOP ! when I called and went to their Ballina store they said to come down and they would sort it out. Apart from the fact that I needed a new power source (cause it was not charging) the guy in Ballina was downright rude, and basically told me to go Apple direct. I went to a certified Apple store and bought a new one for $247 because I desperately need my Mac for work. When I called the store manager at Bundal they refused to give me a refund on the Harvey Norman 2 year extra warranty and the security software I don't want. Please be warned do not buy Apple products at Harvey Norman. I feel completely ripped off. I have given all the paperwork to my lawyer and we will see what happens next. yours sincerely

We had a lovely experience today with Emerald, she was so polite and knowledgeable of the products. I had been looking online for a new bed base and we were going to go and look at about 5 other stores but we went with one at Bundall and put it on order. It was a pleasure to talk with her and she made it simple for us. Thank you Emerald for a delightful shopping experience.

I bought an Euro oven from clearance store { which i was happy with. i was looked after by assisant David who was absalutely amazing polite helpful and patient after many phone calls about this matter he was always ready to help me until it was resolved. there should be more people like David in customer service. Went to Gerry's at Bundall for a new induction cooktop and pyrolitic oven. Kitchen Appliance specialist Becki Vertesi in the cooking appliance dept took care of us perfectly, knowledgeable, polite and super professional, we purchased what we needed and left feeling great, Thanks Becki 😁 (and Gerry H 👍🏼)

Went on Sunday to check out the mattress. Wasn’t really sure even what I was looking for. It was when Jason appeared and he was a superstar! helped my partner to understand what would be the best mattress for us, what we need to look at… Really happy with it.

Always able to get a satisfactory deal, made easy with a large range and choices. In this instance bigger is better. No dissapointments here.

spent five minutes in the store , just felt like car salesmen desperate for a sale, sometimes people just want to feel free to look around and not feel any pressure. If I want help I can ask for it. Polite to say hello and to be welcomed but when 2 or 3 sales people look like hyenas on the hunt it takes away the enjoyment of just browsing

Served by old man in air conditioning section, so rude. My friend was doing paperwork for over $3000 worth and I asked a couple of questions bout the warranty and such. Told me I was rude, that he had already made a deal with my friend. Said I’m sure I can still ask questions. His response was I’m dealing with this lady not u. Other staff in other areas were great. Old bloke should not have a job. Have been told since by friends they have had similar experience with this person. Lost me as a customer

Purchased the fabric upholstery care kit with our new lounge & was charged $199.00. When I phoned Harvey Norman @ Bundall & spoke with Ben, I queried the cost as I can purchase the identical product for $59.95. I was told that the additional cost was for a 5 yr warranty. This “ warranty “ is covered by the product manufacturer with the $59.95 purchase. Not a good look marking up a product over 200%.

Bought my first brand new fridge from here. Was excited to find a bargain, the exact fridge I wanted, $1080 for a $1499 fridge. I had no intention of actually getting the fridge that day until I saw this one. 4 star energy rating, black stainless steel, flat doors and water dispenser. I booked delivery for the day I moved into my new house. Waited for the text the afternoon before so I could organise my day around the delivery. The delivery was almost an hour early and then when he turned up at the actual window, the driver was rude about his error, not mine. Then when he tried to get me to give him cash to unbox it, I said I'd do it myself. Unboxed it all to find out I had received the wrong fridge. The one I was give was plain black, 2 star energy rated, completely not what I wanted. When I rang the store he said the other one was broken so they just sent that. No call, no email. Just sent a fridge I didn't want but had to keep. I was told I would get a refund for the difference. The difference being a measly $110 approximately. The fridge I was sent I wouldn't have paid more than $700 for. It has now been well and truly over a month and after multiple contacts to the store, I am still yet to see the money. They keep telling me to call, then when I do i get told to come in to the store (which I've told them is too far away when they can just refund me.). Absolutely over it, I will never step foot inside another Harvey Norman again after I eventually get my refund. Which means when I get rid of the rubbish fridge I was sent, I will get a better one somewhere else.

Had a tv that died rather quickly and was mucked about by the manufacturers nominated warranty guys - reached out to Harvey Norman Bundall team who sorted it right out and got the replacement ready within a week. Super cheerful and also the first helpline I've called this/last year that didn't put me on hold for an hour. Very happy with their level of service/friendliness

Staff are fantastic, upbeat, helpful and make purchasing fun. Product selection and pricing is excellent. Shop is not large enough to hold all stock so being sent across country to pick up purchases can be a drawback.

We purchased four products from this store and when we asked about quality, we were told by David that these are top quality products. Less than 18 months later, all four products have broken. The TV has been replaced three times, the dryer overheated within the first week and was replaced with a cheaper model, the washing machine has been replaced after it flooded our laundry and the fridge has just broken. The service in terms of replacing these faulty products has been very poor. 4/4 faulty products is not a good track record. Massive waste of time!
