Very helpful franchisee in the bedding department. Not pushy, no upselling, just very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this store (and I hadn’t been a real fan of Harvey Norman but these guys are awesome). Did a great deal on a duck down doona and pillows and a tempur mattress.

My grandparents visited this store to fit out their new house. They walked away being used and taken advantage of due to their age. My grandparents wanted a tv or canvas to go in their lounge room. They sold them the Samsung picture tv as they claimed you could pick from 2000 pictures to hang on your wall and change it openly. When getting to their house to set up the tv as they needed help we then realised that they need a $5.99 a month subscription to use this section of the tv. They were not told about this. They also brought a dryer at the same time and when they dropped it off they left on the laundry floor due to them not paying installation. My nan said that it wasn’t offered at the time and asked them if she gave them $100 to put up and install they said no and left. My grandparents who are older were unable to lift this heavy piece of machinery and were left without a dryer until a few family members could come and help. When I called the store they said that my grandparents had lied and that the store member would have told them about the subscription and would not have said there was 2000 images. They told me to make a complaint through an email. They have yet again not replied to said email and blatantly just ignored it. My grandparents have been left feeling used for their age to get a sale. They will never return to any Harvey Norman again as they had a horrible experience at Harvey Norman in McGraths Hill.

We are really disappointed today as we came over there to buy fridge but i don’t remember the exact name of the guy but old man was very upset and aggressive behaviour. To be honest, he doesn’t know about the customer service. So we have to go other store just because of his behaviour.

A young man who served us was sweet and attentive. Gave us breathing room to make our own decisions, chatted with my extremely chatty teenager, and we left with two new appliances and big smiles.

Good experience here was served by Tanita in the bedding department so lovely and made the whole experience easy for me! Delivery came quickly and furniture was super easy to put together

P poor customer service. Asked for help purchasing a fridge, and needed a particular height, was given a measuring tape and told to figure it out. The height is on the labels. Would have taken someone who wanted to serve a customer MINIMAL effort to address my simple query. Specifically not purchasing here due to having a basic sense of self respect.

I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have towards Kimberly of Harvey Norman for her professionalism, honesty and service during this time. Kimberly also assisted my mother at a later date and we could not be more thankful for the care and compassion that she displayed and provided. I highly recommend this store. Went in to buy just a mattress, however then my wife saw the bedroom suite. Our salesperson Noor was a real angel, knew her products and professionally answered any questions or concerns. I went into Harvey Norman McGraths Hill to pick a new queen mattress and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but I was guided towards the perfect mattress by ‘Matt’ the Proprietor of the bedding department. His service was absolutely exceptional and I was blown away by the comfort and quality of the mattress so much so that I bought a second one as a gift and was given a great deal by ‘Matt’. I highly recommend if you’re looking to get any bedding products to see ‘Matt’. This will be my go to store from now on thanks for the help.

Went the Mc graths hill store and had the pleasure dealing with “Ali” , a gentleman and a very knowledgeable salesman, we ended up buying our new reclining 3 pce lounge suite off him , no pressure, no hard sell… just honestly . I went into this store to purchase a new phone the other day and was very pleased with everything. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and I really have to give a shout out to Wathik. A big thank you to Michael. Recently got a canvass made up of an area in Scotland where my mothers ashes were spread and wanted to get it hung up before Christmas. I attended twice to collect it because I didn’t have enough boot space; when he heard about my dilemma, he delivered the canvass using his own Ute and wouldn’t accept payment. I can’t thank you enough, this gesture means a lot to me.

Back around May 2023, went in to buy a new fridge after mine decided it had its last day and did not want to work anymore. Andrew in electronics was a superb sales associate helping me get my product and giving me an awesome discount on it with also getting my old fridge taken out. Beck further helped me by going above and beyond to ensure that I got my product earlier than what I would have. Super pleased with this amazing customer service and true care for the customer. Thank you so much Beck for getting me my fridge earlier.

If you want great customer service and a friendly knowledgeable lady to help you with all things bedding then I recommend seeing Elly at McGraths Hill she was fabulous with helping us find the right mattress to suit our needs and budget over a course of two weekends without the added pressure of a sale right away that you might get at other places, we came back to Elly the second weekend and gave her the sale that she deserved for her great service.

Purchased a google 6a because they gave me wrong information about the device. Mistakes happen and I tried to return it and in good faith and buy the more expensive 7 and was rejected because I opened the box. I was told there was nothing they can do. The phone was useless to me without Face ID so I literally threw the phone away. I would not go back and would strongly suggest to buy elsewhere with a better return policy.

I bought soundbar 1months ago and it is Worst buying experience to date. Absolutely disappointed by the service. And the unprofessional staff. They don't honor their sales and don't respect the customers. I'd never recommend this branch at all. no warranty or service after buy soundbar. I have been shopping at this store for years, everything from washing machines to freezers, coffee machines, ipads, clothes dryers and furniture. I have never had a problem with customer service or the help that I have required to understand the working of the appliances. It’s my go to store when looking for goods.

I had to get advice and make a purchase from the tech area in the store. Just to the left as you enter the store. Sadly the older bloke who looked like the manager seemed more interested in the young lady working there than my $250 purchase. I would not go back.

Will forever go to this store for all my future home needs. Jeremy from the tech department was fantastic from the get-go with helping us buy a TV. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and informative in showing us the differences and features we otherwise would have no clue about! We are super happy with what we picked. Then he helped us pick out an awesome sound bar! He went above and beyond for us, even helping us by running to the warehouse and helping us pack the tv after hours and even loaning us a Ute strap! 10/10 would recommend seeing him if you’re in the market for anything tech related! Recently bought a TV from sales man named Roy at the store. We had a problem with the TV not working at delivery. I called Roy and he took full ownership of the issue and ensured that I got my replacement asap. With in 3 days. It’s when a problem happens that you learn the true customer service. The first phone call to him he stated.” You are our customer and we will take care of you” a very comforting statement and that’s what he exactly did along with a his manager Andrew.
