Recently returned my coffee machine and vacuum as they had stopped working. Staff were wonderful and made the process so easy. Ellie was very helpful and friendly. The whole process was smooth and quick! i have purchased many products from Harvey Norman Loganholme and have always had a wonderful customer service experience.
I visited Harvey Norman a few months ago, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The salesperson who assisted us, Kat?, spent more time flirting with my partner and father-in-law than actually helping with our purchase. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness, to the point that my father-in-law sat in the car afterwards asking what has happened to the world and feeling sympathy for the salesperson. On top of that, she was not knowledgeable about the soundbars we were asking about and constantly looked over to other staff members for assistance. It was clear that she wasn't able to provide the help we needed. It seems like Harvey Norman should invest in proper training for their staff, so they focus on customer service and product knowledge instead of resorting to unprofessional behavior to make a sale. I expect better from a well-known retailer.
Due to a change of circumstances, I had a significant request and had no legal foot to support my request. This store, out of professional courtesy granted my large favour request and have made me a life long advocate of the store and the brand. Thank you Harvey-Norman Loganholme

Bad service, no stock available on the day.
Needed a Christmas present, checked the stocks online, went and bought it. No problems.
3.20pm 30.12.24 no more than 10 customers on site. 5 staff visible on the floor. No service for first 10 minutes 1 acknowledgment but unable to help “will be back in 2 min”. Multiple staff all past - no service. After 10 minutes of waiting went to checkout asked for help - unable to sort have to enlist multiple staff to help as “different departments”. Expressed my displeasure with the service so far and told “we are busy with customers” - asked “what customers ?” Unable to back it up. Organised 2x PS5 controllers and then told to go find another staff for speaker as not his department - adding more frustration to the ordeal. Expressed this and told “we are busy” Told them to not worry and I’ll go the JB / office works or good guys. Before leaving spoke to “2IC” and more excuses and zero accountability. Disgusting. Walked into JB - served straight away with only one person needing to help.

I ordered a speaker online for click and collect during the Black Friday sales, but I never got an email saying it was ready for pickup. After waiting over three weeks, I called to check on it and found out it was discontinued, and I had to pay an extra $50 for the newer version, which I agreed to. They said I’d get the latest model. But when I went to pick it up, they gave me the original one I ordered, so I thought, “Great, they must have had one left,” and why would I pay more for the same thing? I walked out with it, but then got a call ten minutes later saying I still owed the $50. I went back in, and they told me my order was canceled, so now I’d have to pay full price since the sale was over. I never got any emails about the cancellation or anything! So, I left without the speaker, and they promised I’d be refunded, but once again, I haven’t received any emails from Harvey Norman
Bought a brand new TV from Harvey Norman Loganholm opened the box to find a major crack in the screen. Called them to replace and they were very unhelpful referring me to Hisense who were also very unhelpful. I urge if you buy anything from Harvey Norman Loganholm to open the product in store as if you take it home and is broken they will not warrant it, after taking your hard earned money and leave you with faulty products and no support to help you.
I love this Harvey Norman. It's not very busy and if you go there on a weekday you'll have several staff members available to help you at once. The customer service is great.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I brought a phone and when I opened the package, it was cracked on the class rear. The young lad said this phone was amazing and it isn’t slow at all. It was so bad! Horrible sad condition. I brought it back wanting to return it with the receipt. And one of the other salesperson got a cloth and rubbed it all off and everything off the back! The did this on purpose treating the phone, like rubbish. Chucked it on the desk and broke a chip of the phone as I am now looking at it. I asked for a refund and they said they WILL NOT do it, because it was opened of course it was open. Very poor attitude really upset don’t go and buy stuff from this place they rip you off!!!!
Order a month and a half ago and schedule delivery so we can get stuffs to use in a new house paid more than $20000 in furnitures and electronics just to end up getting nothing! They said the bed frame didn’t goes thru the system has to order again and told us to wait another 1 month! Dining table hasn’t hit the warehouse so all furniture will be deliver with the dining table… what is this … only get the TV, fridge and laundry for the first order and has to wait another month for the second one
It seems Harvey Norman is dieing a slow death. Encountered 2 out of 3 staff that were strangely rude. Had never been to this store before and walked in to the furniture area and asked where I would go to pick up a click and collect cooktop. The response I got was does it look like we have cooktops here. I walked to the electrical area and asked the same question, the lady argued that my ceramic cooktop was an oven. At this point I am looking for a hidden camera, thankfully the warehouse guy was a legend.
Can't get good help there and they couldn't even have their photo lab was down for a month and still not done had to visit one down the coast
At Harvey Norman today 12/11/24 between 11 -12pm. Lot of staff but only one counter open for purchases, the slowest service ever. Won’t be returning. Good Guys are just down the road that’s where we’ll be going instead of Harvey Norman.
Had an excellent experience with Shelli at the Loganholme store. The assistance she gave to my father in law when buying a bed was exceptional. Highly recommend her.

Listened to what our needs were, compared and contrasted a variety of products. Made us feel in control of the process.
Unfortunately left the store feeling embarrassed and judged due to my 2 year old child. Not a family friendly store. We were trying to purchase a new phone, phone cases and protection. Whilst in the lengthy process our 2yo became restless I put him on an empty table and a male employee with glasses who become disgruntled because we didn’t need his help when we first arrived shouted in a rude matter across the store to take him down. I took him down straightway and apologised. Further more the sales man we were dealing with was making it very difficult to make a choice. This leading to us deciding to go else where. As we were leaving the store a 15 year old female employee shouted at us from behind the counter “thanks for leaving”. As we walked back into ask her name she covered her badge and a same male employee from before said to “leave her alone she’s 15” neither would give names. Note. Went to JB HI FI. Team were amazing and the staff gave our 2yo a ballon and walked away feeling a lot more appreciated than at Harvey Norman Loganholme.
Bad customer service from the lady at the reception, maybe she had a bad day, but when we came to pay, didn’t smile, didn’t say hi, but showed her cranky face for no reason.
To Store manager: called your store at 4:11 on Monday the auto reply was the store is closed.
Make sure 110% you know what your getting, communication is rather dismal, if your item needs to be returned due to communicationbreak down, you will be treated like you are the bottom of the food chain.
Terrible customer service. Paid around $8000 in furniture and electronics. They dropped our table on delivery then took around 5 weeks to get another one organized after I had to call them every 2nd day because it seemed like they were trying to avoid me. The new table finally turned up and it was also scratched. After all the constantly phone calls I had to make to them and the lies they told me about what was going on all they could offer was $400.
Looked an outdoor setting at another store, with at least a three week wait. With a phone to the Beenleigh store, they were able to deliver in a week and sorted our order over the phone. Phoned us back when they said they would, helpful and no mucking around. Thanks again

The staff were friendly and not pushy. Have not like the set-up of the store. You have to access 3 different sections. For electrical/furniture. This is similar to the store at Morayfield. Ashley and Rothwell stores have separate sections but only the one entrance.
Salesman was very helpful, they didn't have what I was after but he checked all his options then gave me other stores I should try, very pleased .

ONE STAR IS TO MUCH SHOULD BE -5 stars My daughter in law bought a coffee machine from Loganholme , we got it home it worked once, then for 2 days afterwards it would not work properly, we tried at least 4 pods with no luck, the water would not pour. So we took it back in store at Loganholme and the staff member tried it , the first pod did not work doing the same thing, then the second pod did work, the lady said it definitely was inconsistent so I asked for a refund. She said sure they had to call Nespresso as it was done by them, but I would have my refund in around 3 days. The next day Alesha called my daughter in law to say that they would not be doing a refund as the machine is now working and seen as how the girl who saw it not working had not noted it down then they wanted to return the machine to her. We actually went to JB Hi Fi after being told we were getting a refund and bought another machine. Long and short of it they refused to give a refund and did give a new machine but not happy with the service, staff are useless and manager who could have just given a refund refused.It does say on looking up there policy:- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to your preferred Harvey Norman store (including products purchased online), within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, for exchange, Gift Card, or refund (terms and conditions, and exclusions apply). I will be taking this up with consumer affairs, and will never buy from Harvey Norman again, especially Loganholme who has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even the old lady at service help desk was rude and unhelpful. Both Bundall and Garden City were very helpful with advice I’d never go back to HN Loganholme. Just an update Garden City Harvey Norman is amazing, I called them with our problem and they said come up and we did , they were so nice and refunded the money straight away. Thankyou Danielle and Monica you guys rock and your store has awesome customer service.
I have visited many Harvey Norman stores, and this location has exceeded my expectations for customer service. Kowhai was exceptionally attentive and honest regarding the appliances. Her extensive knowledge of different brands and her personal insights made my shopping experience for white goods much easier. She not only provided an excellent experience but also assisted me in finding the best deals available on the market. I highly recommend seeking out this lovely and helpful associate for your next purchase.
I bought a lift chair for my father at Harvey Norman Loganholme. Berto approached me promptly and was a fantastic source of information. He asked great questions and provided expert advice to not only get the right product for my father, but also locate a readily available chair to mininlmise the wait time and all at a price I was very happy with.
I hate businesses that pay commission for sales. With in 7 minutes of being in the store I had 5 staff asking to help me with one just following me around. Puts me right off buying anything from there.

Purchased a new vacuum recently and had such a positive experience! Kat, the salesperson who served me, was so helpful and friendly. She was super knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me pick the perfect vacuum for my needs. I will be back very soon for some long-overdue appliance replacements and I will be asking for Kat when I do!
We bought them around the same day and they were all delivered on time at the same time in one piece without any issues. Although we got the display dining set as last piece and needed before Christmas, we still paid at the same price as the brand new stock. But we could not complain about the quality as we liked the style and suits best our brand new home colour scheme as if we customised it. We’re happy of the appliances we ordered too.

I recently purchased a laptop from Rick .. which matched my requirements, so 5x 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟stars. However the Microsoft software was configured differently from my previous laptop .. I persevered over a week trying to align it to my usual familiar settings via YouTube, but to no avail .. and frustrations set in.! I finally rang and spoke to Tommy who helped me navigate over the phone .. then arranged for me to come back instore and he'd tidy up what we couldn't accomplish over the phone. Definitely 5x 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟stars. I went into Harvey Norman Loganholme store and Rick recognised me and wanted to help .. which he did .. tremendously .. and also synced my printer so I could print from my new laptop. Thank you Rick and Tommy .. 5x 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟stars for your customer service, remembering me from my earlier purchase and especially for lifting the anxious feelings I was having because of my computer illiteracy .. 🙏🤗👏👏👏👏👏 Cheers, Tusitala 🤗

DO NOT SHOP HERE. What an absolute joke. I returned a TV with product care and was given a credit note. I asked for a receipt for this and was told not to worry it’s under my name and I returned the TV to the loading dock. Returned a few weeks later for a new TV - couldn’t find the credit note. Eventually did, then couldn’t work out how to put it through. Then they put the sale through without credit note. TOOK an HOUR to put the sale through. Notice on my card that no credit note was put through and charged full amount. Dismissive lady at the desk said it’s pending it’ll be fine. NOT one apology for anything. Went to pick up the TV - they wouldn’t release it because they couldn’t find the TV I had returned. Eventually gave it to me. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Every single staff member seemed like that had no idea what they were doing. No organisation or systems in place. No accountability for their mistakes. Beware.
My mum placed an order online for a wooden photo block on the weekend, she rang the store on Monday to query about turn around time due to sending the block overseas for Mother’s Day. The man she spoke to said the machine was broken, but promised that it would be fixed that day and the order would be ready by 9am the following day. She rang the store the next day to double check the order was ready before going in, they did not know what she was talking about, so they grabbed the manager Tommy to speak to her. My mum explained what the man said to her the day before, he laughed and responded with “well yesterday was his last day, so of course he’s going to do that” he also said that the machine was never broken, but they can’t do photo services like this until the weekend due to lack of staff being put on during weekdays. My mum explained that she needed this order sooner and it does not state that on the website. He said he would sort it out and have it ready by midday. When my mum arrived at the store at midday, she was shown the block which showed that the photo had not been sized properly and had white borders. She explained that she couldn’t gift this and would leave it with them to fix and come and pick back up later. About an hour later, Tommy, the manager, called my mum and said it was her fault as she submitted the wrong size photo and he would not re-do it for her. She asked why she wasn’t contacted if the photo was the wrong size, so it could be rectified before being printed with a big white border on the sides. He kept blaming her and saying it wasn’t his problem. He then said “I’m not dealing with you anymore, I’ll leave a refund for you at the front counter”, then hung up on her. My mum went back into the store that afternoon to collect her refund. The sales assistant did not know what she was talking about, no refund had been left for her. My mum explained the situation, the sales assistant said they would grab the manager, my mum explained she would prefer not to deal with him in person as he was so rude to her over the phone. The sales assistant laughed and said “well he’s the manager, so you’ll have to”. Tommy came to speak with my mum, he asked if she was sure she didn’t want it. She said no she definitely didn’t want it, as it wasn’t printed properly and looked horrible for a gift. He said “I’m not the one who made a mistake” and kept arguing. My mum said that she would start recording him as he was speaking to her so horribly, he then started yelling “get out of my store”. She put down her phone and asked for the refund again, he then gave her the money in an aggressive manner and continued berating her and screaming to get out. My mum was extremely embarrassed, distressed and upset by this. I’m so disgusted that any employee would treat their customer like this, let alone the store manager. I’m in total disbelief and by the looks of older Google reviews, it appears this man has not just treated my mum poorly. I think it’s time to look for a new manager that can be professional and kind. The Garden City store fixed everything for her and were also disgusted by her treatment and handling of the entire situation.

My grandma came up here to get some photos printed off her phone. She has never done this before and was a bit unsure and asked the guy working that area if he could give her a hand as it was her first time. He bluntly told her he doesn’t get paid for that and refused any help. My grandma tried to use the photo computer but was only able to get 6 photos to load up. She asked if there was a way to get more and was again turned away. She paid for the 6 photos she could get off the phone and was told to come back in an hour. After the service received she ultimately decided not to come back and left them behind. Grandma has always been a regular customer to Hervey Norman but after this she will be going elsewhere.

I purchased lots of things on Boxing day, then I scheduled the delivery on 1/2/2014.Today, the driver coming with out my fridge. Then I called the store, now they tell me my fridge has been picked up! And they don’t know what’s happyed. I called many times, talked to few staff, finally, one of the staff found when we pick up the other order, they thought I picked up the fridge as well. That’s awesome! Now I don’t know what’s going to happen, and how long I have to wait! Update: the store manager told me my assistant ( who were helping me pick up other orders)was picking up the fridge! That’s ridiculous, because my assistant doesn’t have this order number, as I mentioned before, they never gave me the e-receipt or e-invoice, only one hard copy in my hand! My assistant didn’t have the hard copy with him That’s two different orders with two different order number! At the end, the manager said he can refund me or refund the delivery fee, otherwise I have to waiting for next Tuesday! If this not acceptable, he just hang up the phone. When I suggested I go to find someone to pick it up, then let them to pay the delivery fee difference, he rejected! Everyone, be careful of this store, you might lost your order!

Glenn helped me upgrade phone and watch from iPhone to Pixel 8. Fantastic customer service from him. Very informative and nothing was too much trouble.
Went in recently to buy a lounge. When we asked if they could do any better than the sign they had on the lounge the owner seemed mortified I would even ask and said there was no way she could possibly do any better. A brief check online showed the same lounge was currently on sale for $300 less then they were advertising it at. She reluctantly agreed to honour the online price, but when the staff asked her if they should change to sign, she told them not to, presumably so she could try to swindle the next person out of the sale. Didnt even try to hide it. We ended up buying the lounge through a different Harvey Norman Store, who offered another $200 off the online sale price - $500 less than the best price they would do here. Not the first time we've had issues here. We'll go through a different store from now on.
Wish I could leave a 0 star for these scammers, my mother went in there and came out feeling manipulated to buy something that wasn't needed, I'll be going to report this to accc and the Ombudsman to make sure they don't try this again! Watch out!

A huge shoutout to Shane and Glen for their immaculate customer service! Went out of their way into sourcing stock from another store as they have ran out at Loganholme. It’s so hard to find people in retail that really care about their customers. I can never thank you enough!
A tip to the young female front counter staff member in the Appliance/Electronics side of the store working Sunday 7 January 2024 - perhaps do not pick the gunk from underneath your pink acrylic nails when serving customers. So unprofessional, disgusting and unhygienic.
A lot of products to choose from. Sometimes you get great service and other times you don't.
They wouldn't honour the replacement that I paid for. I had a good laugh seeing 3 staff holding bit's and pieces thinking I wanted the not working vacuum cleaner back. I don't argue with ignorant numb skulls I ignore them.
If you catch the right sales person than it is a great place to shop for technology. In the furniture department they are always super friendly.

I would like to congratulate this store on its incredible staff. Berto was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable and a genuinely nice young gentleman to deal with making our shopping experience pleasurable. We also had the pleasure of meeting another young man in store, who I think his name was. Kyle, (forgive me for not remembering). And the two young guys who delivered our goods were above, and beyond nice young men. Such a lovely thing to see in this crazy world today.
