Great customer service at the Taree store, owner goes beyond to help his customers. Highly recommended and will definitely be heading back in the future for any electronic or phone purchases.

Wanted a Samsung tablet decided to buy from this store even though I could get exact same online but thought I'd get it quicker shopping in person. Told it wasn't in stock it would come up from Newcastle rang 2 days later told it's coming from Sydney. Now 9 days later still no sign of the tablet. Been fobbed off twice. Not good enough Mr Harvey. Was going to give them more business but not now. Bing lee will treat me better.

Purchased a coffee machine. Jayden from appliances department is a fantastic guy. Great sense of humour, bright smiley face, neat and tidy, very friendly and helpful. Both Jayden and Guy were excellent in handling customer service, with a friendly manner and an enjoyable conversation . They both allowed me to feel comfortable to be honest and upfront. I had a mobile phone issue with on older Samsung A50, it would shut down unexpectedly. The team at Harvey Norman Taree were very helpful I had decided to purchase a new phone. The advice I received was greatly appreciated, the tech assistant Kim S was very knowledgeable she understood what I needed and provided various options which provided me with a suitable solution. I happily paid for the additional technical support and left the store with a fully functional phone with all my data photos etc, on the new phone thank you very much for a trouble free experience.

After buying a TV from Harvey Norman it broke down we still had 12 months warranty left tv was deemed unrepairable the team at Harvey Norman went well beyond normal customer service to help us get it replaced I would totally recommend this store best customer service 👍 I have received

Amazing service! We were helped by Jayden when purchasing our new fridge, he gave us the best customer service we've ever received. He was well dress, had great knowledge of the products and went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. It was because of Jayden we returned to purchase more items for our house. A great asset to the team!

I hate Gerry Harvey he's a parasite on society, however the customer service at Taree Harvey Norman is exceptional. I normally avoid Harvey Norman but the staff here are awsome compared to other Harvey Norman's I've been too. They are helpful and nothing is a hassle customer service wise.

*Warning* do not buy a mattress from these guys unless you 100% do NOT want to be looked after if the mattress is not right for you!! There is no exchange policy unless it's a faulty warranty matter! I was not told this! & I also assumed that as they look after customers with all other products that this would be the same! No it is not! I was sold a mattress that was a complete wrong fit for my body and specified my concerns & I was pointed to a mattress on sale, which he believed was the best that I seemed most suited to. I have since learned that the zone on the pocket spring mattress sold to me is absolutely incorrect for my concerns & I was basically just sold something to close a sale. I absolutely DO NOT recommend these guys for a mattress UNLESS you want to lose ALOT of $$$!! Everyday people cannot afford to lose $2k++++. A very disappointed customer, & they just lost Thousands more from me in future.

Electronics section is absolutely wonderful. Staff are amazing. Stock seems to be decent. I wish I could seperate my scores for both stores. I would give electronic section 5 out of 5. Unfortunately it’s my experience with the furniture side that wasn’t the best. Twice I ordered a product with the guarantee it would be in within a few weeks. Both times took over a month, the first time many months. And the second time after they told me it was paid delivery and setup they just dumped it and left. Staff are mostly ok with a small bad experience. Maybe it’s the contractors they use and this score is unfair?

I would never order online again.. unfortunately I had no choice as stores had no stock as per usual.. Going on 3 weeks without a vacuum that was paid for.. Not a happy customer.. And…Not real good for business in my eyes..

Had to wait nearly 5 minutes looking for a laptop, while 3 salesmen were over the other side of the store laughing. Unfortunately, this isn't an uncommon thing. The store has stock, just the service is not so great.

Dropped in computer for health check and ordered an electrical appliance whilst their,they phoned next day advising me that all was ready to go.Excellent service.

Harvey Norman Taree are fantastic. I purchased a fridge it fitted but hard to open because of the side opening handle I went back to them. They went out of their way to help me Even offered me a full refund wasn’t a problem they took the time to help me going through different fridges finally found one it pays to shop locally. Went in to buy a laptop. Salesman wasn't that interested yes / no answers without elaboration. Not the best experience but the best price in Taree on the day. While we were there we made enquiries about a kenwood mixer we wanted a large one . Sales woman was more than helpful looking up specifications and prices . We needed to order to go ahead with purchase thats were the service ends the woman told us should we call later in the day or tomorrow DID NOT HAPPEN We are now four days later. So we looked on line and got a great deal on exact same item delivered today. Thank you Harvey Norman staff for not going the mile.

Will not shop here again. Ordered a floor stock fridge and it was delivered damaged. The delivery man pointed out the damage. Harvey Norman had called the day before but did not leave a message and went ahead and delivered the damaged fridge anyway. Our old fridge was removed. When we contacted HN they told us we could keep the damaged fridge but it had to stay in new condition until they could replace it in a few months. We asked to have our old fridge returned. It was then not working and shorted out the fuse so we had a lot of damaged food over the weekend. When I went to get my refund the manager was extremely rude and tried to make out it was our fault because we didn’t answer the phone the previous day when we were both at work. They were very capable of leaving a message when we left a complaint on their website so why not leave a message to say the fridge is damaged. Luckily Bing Lee came to the rescue and delivered the exact same fridge but brand new on Monday and didn’t charge for delivery or pick up of our old fridge. The manager was very comfortable standing over me and placing blame on us and their warehouse staff.

Update on my review......Manger and stuff is somewhat friendly but their computers among other things can be faulty and i be very careful buying from this store as they can't even seem to honour their warranty for a replacement or refund even so it came back waiting for just over 3weeks for it to come back not fixed just to be sent away not happy!

There are two sections to Harvey Norman taree. One all electrical like TVs. Washing machines kettles and do on. The other is all furniture. Lounges and beds etc for a house. The staff are pleasant and want to help you. There is a full range of electrical eith TVs in all sizes.

Took my pets for their Xmas photos(free) they were all wonderful and professional
