Had the Chicken Parhma at Schmitz. The flavors were incredible, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and tenderness. Huge credit to the chef for turning my low day into a great one with such amazing food. Easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back for more.

Das Schnitzel ist wirklich eins der Besten, dass ich bis jetzt hier in Australien gegessen habe! Ich komme selber aus süd Deutschland, also habe ich in meinem Leben schon viel Schnitzel gegessen und dieses hier hat ein wirklich sehr gute Qualität. Der Preis ist auch sehr gut ! Der Restaurant Manager war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend, das Restaurant ist sauber und hat eine entspannte Atmosphäre. 5 Sterne für unseren Besuch heute.

The review is not for the staff but for the size... from the last year the size of schnitzels has been significantly refused. Before, the schnitzel was almost as big as the box.

I've been to 4 Schnitz's, parkmore, chadstone village, chadstone shopping centre and this one at Monash uni. This monash one is the best of these hands down. They never get my order wrong, even though the other 3 did, and it tastes great. Shop is a bit hidden and a good walk from the parking area but well worth it. Just a note for newbies, there isa parking area that you pay for but is free after 4pm""

Ordered a pick up at 7.42pm, the food was packed up earlier and sadly they missed the main thing. the schnitzel. Disappointed by the service. Can't even contact thru the web to get a refund

Came in for dinner today with my friends to schnitz in uni and it was really busy but the food was amazing and came out surprisingly quick. The staff was very nice and helped us choose what to have. We will certainly be coming back

Ordered on Uber and received burgers instead of wraps, even though we were charged extra for the wraps, and the most annoying part was the missing patty in the in the burger

Ordered 1 burger and 2 wraps, instead of the wraps I got 2 burgers and the veg was supposed to have a veg patty, instead there was 2-3 pieces of fries.

Went to quickly get something to eat on the way through the other day, was served by Kai and it was a great service experience. Full of good vibes and such a kind, sweet boy! Deserves a pay rise for sure. Food was great too, will be back

Update: 7th Aug 24 - Chevy the store manager contacted me and apologised for the missing item and made it up to me with a free upgrade on my next meal, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated. Yummy food as usual. Normally I love the food from here, when I pick up , but I decided to use their App & DoorDash my dinner last week on 24th Jul 24. Unfortunately they short supplied my chips on the order and there is no option anywhere to report missing items on the App. I did try calling the store number but no answer so I emailed the company directly & they referred the email to the store & I have had no contact since. I have emailed again but still waiting a response! Very disappointed & I will only ever pickup from now on, not worth the hassle to get meals delivered using their App.

Chevy served us at the counter and brought the good vibes straight away. He’s so friendly, warm and welcoming with a good sense of humour. Strongly recommend this schnitz store!

Literally the worst schnitz ever.. everytime I order for delivery I've had issues.. stone cold food several times, missing items or burnt schnitzel. This time was by far the worst not even my children touched their food after patiently waiting for their chips they kept asking for... don't have this issue at any other schnitz I have been credited etc by the delivery companies and I try again and it's always the same.. discusting quality of service and they don't answer their phone either.

Found plastic in my chicken nugget. Also feeling very nauseous after eating. The chicken schnitzel was a disappointing size. Definitely should not be allowed to be open as a business. Needs a healthy and safety check

Ordered an 18-piece Schnug pack, 2 dips, and a drink online for a friendly get-together, only to receive a single schnitzel, one dip, and one drink instead. Not only was the order completely incorrect, but there was also a loss of more than $10 in value. Highly disappointing. Edited: after replying the email there’s no respond at all from the owner, guess they will never reach me again :)

I’ve been here a few times before to have their schnitzels and they were alright. It’s really big and massive so you’ll certainly be full. But occasionally the chicken can be a bit dry on the inside. But recently I tried the OMG! burger which was really tasty. The schnitzel in it was smaller which may be the reason why it’s cooked better. It’s crispy, juicy, though I won’t say it’s the best chicken burger i’ve had. The other ingredients in it were great as well. The pineapple is grilled maybe as it isn’t as sharp as how a fresh pineapple is, being more mild and shaping the flavours with it. The egg was a really nice touch as well, every burger is better with an egg. If you’re not a fan of schnitzel, I do recommend giving their burgers a try.

Chip butty with bbq sauce is my favourite wrap from their menu. Always the perfect lunch spot for students living on campus. Would recommend all Monash students to come and visit.

During the exam week, i was so stressed and needed a new place to study other than the library. Good chill music and booth was the perfect spot to study. Chips is the best in campus. I will make it my new study and meeting spot. Thank you to the lovely staff for being so considerate.

Worst customer service ever! Be aware of this guy named Francis, who claimed himself as the branch manager (Schnitz Monash University). Seriously, this guy does not know how to handle a customer and gets mad a customer without any valid reason. This guy is ruining Schinitz's brand name.

Ordered an American dream burger but was served with a burger without the actual chicken. Staff was super unhelpful and were making fun of the whole situation when I went back. Terrible customer service, selfish and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Got uber eats, ordered a parma and chips deal, the parma was absolutely tiny, they've been smaller than usual for a while but this time is the worst I've seen. I paid 25 dollars for a large chips and a quarter of a chicken breast

Amazing food. I come to this shop everyday when I'm studying. The Schnitzel is fried to perfection. You can't get better fries anywhere than here and I say that objectively. Additionally, the customer service here is upstanding. The staff here are so friendly, even the owner served water to me personally, it's clear that they adopt a customer first mindset here. Very happy with my experiences in Schnitz Monash. Unfortunately, its often crowded with people, there's no place to dine in, but the schnitz staff ensure that wait times are reasonable, by quickly going through orders. Good Job Team!

Schnitz is just a life saver when I get hungry while studying until late at night in the library. Food is really good and very good customer service. They never forget to thank us or to welcome us no matter how busy it is. I recommend everyone to try and visit except during lunch time because it gets very very busy 😄

I love their vegetarian spicy garden of Eden wraps! Honestly, one of the best vegetarian schnitzel I’ve ever tasted in Melbourne, and their chips… ugh just the BEST. The staff are very helpful and thoughtful. On top of that, their music choices are just 😍. Would recommend everyone in monash uni to visit.

My usual order at Schnitz would be the Plain & Simple with small chips, they’re always the best! I have a weird obsession with Schnitz but that’s because their chips are the best ever out of every single Australian chain restaurant!! :))

Just ordered $80 of food at this place for dine in. When we received our food we found 1 of the items was wrong. The person who took my order got it wrong, the waitress then said to change it to what I wanted it would be an extra $1. I explained that I was not given what I requested. The guy working the counter even admitted he got it wrong yet the waitress still continued to process the $1 charge for their error. We then had to wait for the extra item to be made of course. Horrible customer service and lack of common sense as I have ordered food here 3 weeks in a row for my kids after training. Won’t be doing that again. Will find somewhere else instead. Very poor customer service.

Extremely friendly staff and great food that's worth the money. I love the Lovingly Fresh salad, although I don't like cranberries in it. Next time I will ask to have them removed. Other than that, this is a fantastic establishment to have a post-class meal.

I really enjoy their selections of burgers. Specially the spice of life has a unique taste! The chips are always nice and fresh. I only wish the price was more budget friendly for students.
