It was ok
22 and I visited this store to buy a TV, there was a guy who told me 85 inch SAMSUNG TV, which is 4k. Now it’s taken down to 2k. And the sales girl told me to make a payment before 4 otherwise it won’t deliver by the next day I rush and ordered but when I checked on the website this TV Originally 2k. I wasn’t happy the way there triggered me. I would say do not lied to your customer.
Jb hifi are always very helpful and informative and always price match if I find an item the same some where else cheaper. 🙂

Visited JB Hi-Fi at Cranbourne Home around 2 pm on 13/01/2024 to buy a Surface Pro Keyboard, and it was a complete waste of time. There were no salespeople available. I spoke to a lady doing stocktake, who asked me to wait, only to notice that six other people were also waiting for assistance. After waiting 15 minutes with no help, I left without buying anything. Avoid this store during weekdays – it’s understaffed, and the customer service is nonexistent!

Hey everyone watch the ticket price before purchasing anything from jb hifi in Cranbourne ( on Gippsland hwy ) I have caught them twice with the photo as prove ! But still according to their BALD duty manager they can change the RRP price whenever they want .🤔
No customer service, and you will be push out the store, even when the store is desolated... the worse JB store I have been!

I was very happy with the customer service that I received over the phone. I was only looking for any stock of a product in the store, however the sales representative suggested and went out of their way to ensure that they checked the stock of every color of the product, as well as the stock of the product in all other stores. This was extremely helpful.

Visited again for technical support follow up. Unfortunately I did not get a solution to my issue and referred to the product owner - a bit of a low by me there. Reception great with a nice chap I met first time. Big guy, tall, happy with customers. Had a chitchat along exit. Felt good, stark contrast to the unmotivated female I encountered on second visit. Sales guy great, though a little bit inclined to upselling strategies - a damper for sensitive customers. Will go back.

Today, a gentlemen named Nick that gave me support and helped me in the back at the pick/ deliveries section of Jbhifi cranbourne HOME superstore. Patient with my own lack of know how but overall a very solid employee.

Crystal is genuinely one of the nicest workers i’ve ever dealt with. So helpful and friendly, i’ve only been to this store twice and both times i’ve had incredible service from her.
Purchased a TV online on a Sunday evening for Click and collect, received a Message at 8:30am the following day to say it was ready, Couldn't find the registers when I went into the store, but one of the staff members helps me organise the collection.
I recently had a frustrating experience with JB Hi-Fi's repair service for my laptop. I sent my laptop in for repair on August 19th, and it was dispatched back on August 30th. However, as of today, it still hasn't arrived at the store. When I reached out to JB Hi-Fi for an update, I received vague and non-committal responses, leaving me without a clear timeline or solution. This lack of communication and transparency is disappointing, especially since I rely heavily on my laptop for work. The delay has caused significant inconvenience, and the absence of a definitive answer from customer service only adds to the frustration. I expected better service and accountability from a company like JB Hi-Fi. I hope JB Hi-Fi can improve their repair process and communication with customers in the future to prevent similar issues from occurring.
It's a shame dvds and blurays are gone only in their other store in Cranbourne

Really great manager (Mickey) - doesn't make you feel uncomfortable when you need to refund an item that has malfunctioned. Too often do we feel taken advantage of by sales, you don't with him.

Shout out to manager Michael who was very helpful with sending a laptop away for repairs with the extended warranty company, communication was great. I would not recommend purchasing extended warranty to anyone as they are incompetent and their communication is terrible.
Had to ask for help 3 times/wait 20 minutes to get ONE ITEM that had a lock on it to quickly purchase, store wasn’t busy at all, staff were just chatting and seemed annoyed when asked to do their job 😡😡
Been suffering from a work injury went in to purchase a router & almost passed out, Karihm hope I spelt his name right" helped me out and was really comforting got me water etc I k how that's policy etc for employees but he was just even more down to earth talking to me about his experiences so nice in this day and age. The gaming guy here and manager are awesome two 5 star......"
