My go-to place for electronics. Staff have high levels of product knowledge, if not, they will find one that does. If you find a similar price elsewhere, tell them and they will try to better any other legitimate deal. Their product range is extensive and they do not always push into spending more than your budget.

After receiving a faulty TV, the communication with JBs staff and managers were great, they told me what process to go through, in which I emailed all supporting photos, videos and a time lapse of the process through to them (this all happened on a Saturday) By Monday the manager confirmed with me that they would have my faulty TV replaced and delivered free of charge, I got my new TV on Tuesday, the delivery guys carried it in for me and helped me remove the top of the box so we could inspect the TV screen was all intact, and they took the faulty one away with out issues. Thanks again to staff and managers at Orion JB-hifi for the trust in me and a prompt resolution. I'm happy with the outcome. Legends.

Bought a 500 dollar vacuum and 4 months later it's broke and jb hifi wont replace it under warranty, the vacuum company are now launching an investigation on why they wouldn't replace it and sending me a new vacuum
I went here after Christmas to return a faulty phone, and the service was amazing by the guy in phone sales.. if it wasn't for his service (we would probably still be sitting there trying to transfer old phone data onto new phone).. I can't remember his name, but he made the transaction smooth and fast for us.

Hectic Unfriendly staff. But food prices and plenty of stock
After standing around for about 15 minutes waiting to be served, without any acknowledgement. Aaron came to the rescue! He was very happy to help and had such a relaxing, calm attitude. Give this guy employee of the month.
My son with a disability broke three of his iPads within a week or two. Luckily, Shyon was quick and eager to help. I had already done my research and knew what I wanted, and he went out of his way to assist. He even sourced the iPads from another store. While we were waiting for the other store to answer his call, he was very patient, listening to an old man explain why we needed so many iPads and why we chose the ninth generation instead of the tenth. Afterward, when my credit card didn’t work, I had to ask my wife to transfer funds to my main account. Shyon was incredibly patient while waiting for the money to transfer. Well done, JB Hi-Fi Orion!
Excellent service
We purchased a TV over 55 inches from JB Hi-Fi Springfield Central and were not informed that TVs of this size cannot be laid flat during transport. This crucial information should have been communicated at the time of purchase. When we arrived to pick up the TV, we were unexpectedly required to sign a waiver to transport it ourselves. The alternative was to wait for a delivery, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. Clearer communication would have saved us a lot of trouble. Disappointed with the lack of transparency and preparation from this store.
Always great staff and they normally have plenty of sale stock.

The young woman in the appliance section took the time to answer my questions and is very knowledgeable.
You have to avoid the sale guy namely WIN. Experiencing the essence of darkness can occur when you gaze into his eyes and listen to his words.

Looks small from outside, but is quite large once you get in. Area can get very busy and tight at certain hours of the day especially leading Into holidays. I think I'll just be ordering online myself. Some stuff where friendly and helpful and others just want a sale without selling a product.
Only giving one star coz I have too, staff are not helpful couldn't find the headphones was literally ignored by 3 staff members they where very rude about it as well wouldn't spend a fart there even if it was free and don't even get me started on the online orders
Tahlia from Springfield Lakes store was ever so helpful. I had an eventful afternoon trying to help my elderly parents purchase a new freezer and after many a phone calls and changing of mind we got there in the end. Highly recommend this lady as she was patient and helpful with wonderful customer service. I will be making sure I return and request herself to process any future sales. Worst customer service ever! We went there to purchase an iPhone and Mac book but the workers were so rude and dismissive. We just walked out and would rather purchase it from anywhere but there.
Good luck getting service. I normally love JB. But this store has the worst customer service. Feels like they purposely avoid you. You have to chase a staff member for service.
First time going to this store and Taliha was wonderful :) so helpful she was able to find the correct film and batteries for my camera. I'm so happy she asked if I needed assistance cause I would've been so overwhelmed but she took care of everything meant a lot.
The most useless JB HIFI store in Australia. Drive to Oxley or Mt Ommaney instead

Warranty claim made for defective monitor which was artifacting (full green screen). Positive was a faster than expected return time. Monitor screen was replaced. On collection however, the warehouse member handed the monitor to me in the pictured condition. Visible scratches across the screen, on my request the team member assisted with trying to clean off the marks with microfibre cloth, this did not remove the marks and it was concluded that this was damage and not simple uncleanliness. I feel confused why these markings were not attempted to be removed prior to my travel for collection. It reflects a lack of pride and attention to detail in the presentation of the repairers work which has resulted in the additional handling required to repair the product; and an increase in my dissatisfaction towards the services that have been provided.
My favourite JB Hifi to visit. The location inside the shopping centre actually makes it decently easy to access if you want to do a quick shop or pickup. The majority of the employees here as well are extremely friendly to have a chat with for an enjoyable shop.

If you think they will follow up on warranty, on bad products don’t hold your breath at 38 days, personally went to them, with a promise on follow up. Zero, given the BS they happen to be Chasing up on the day I came to get a status. Maybe cheap, just hope it doesn’t fail. Service sucks

Was told by Sophie and the manager on the ‘best price’ for a camera that came on special after 36 hours and became cheaper for others, could have just told me that it’ll be on sale in 2 days instead of lying.

Had a fantastic experience today with Owen. Very friendly and helpful. He spent almost 2 hours getting me transitioned from Samsung to IPhone. Explained to me everything I needed to know. He made the process so smooth. Customer service was beyond excellent. Highly recommend. 😁👌
