They will tell you a fridge is in stock but then it appears it's not after you buy. You will wait for more than two months only to get more frustrated because the rubbish delivery company they work with (ANC) fails not once but twice at delivering without any legitimate reason. I will not be buying any appliances from you ever again.

My experience at this store was amazing both times I've been there recently for some tech gear thanks to Ziggy's help. I was buying a new laptop for work with a number of requirements and a few models in mind. Ziggy was extremely knowledgeable of the products on offer, and considered each of my needs to provide a number of options. This was a stark difference to another electronics store I visited earlier where the sales person wasn't able to answer any of my questions at all, yet kept trying to make a sale. Thanks Ziggy for your help 😁 super happy with my purchase at this JB store.

Leo was the best - truly so helpful!!! He helped me on Thursday morning with an urgent request to buy 2 wall mounts that were practically out of stock everywhere in the state. Even though there was no stock in store, he went above and beyond to help me. He offered me many solutions, and eventually we landed on trying to locate stock in nearby stores due to the urgency of the order. He did all the hard work for me, he spoke with nearby stores and got them to reserve the only stock they had left. Truly a lifesaver, he’s the best!!! The Moore Park store is so lucky to have him!! Thank you so so so much Leo!!!! :)

Awful customer service. Male staff were rude and condescending when dealing with an issue for a product purchased in the warranty period.

The sales assistance was excellent and not at all pushy. Really gave us space to look around and then processed our order with a discount quick and easy. Plenty of parking here also. Small number of food outlets.

Went in asking for the exact item I needed. The staff made it as difficult as possible to buy the product I asked for (it was locked) trying to upsell aggressively even when I made it clear I was not interested. Super annoying experience. Go to Bondi Junction store instead the staff are always fantastic.

Wanted to compliment Gladys, the sales person who helped me purchase an OLED TV today. She was extremely helpful and let me know about the extra care jb hifi offers which i bought. Walked out a very happy customer, will definitely be back to buy from you guys again.

Ordered a Fridge from here. First of all when I called through trying to get some details about fridges the sales staff advised me that they could provide me the information I needed but they couldnt be bothered doing it. Complained to the manager, finally got someone to help. Fridge got delivered it was damaged. Now I have been waiting for over a month for them to resolve the damage, cant get through their phones it is very annoying and all they do is send automated texts to communicate with you which they do not properly respond to. HORRIBLE SERVICE

You know what I love about this particular JB store?! They don’t restrict access 15 mins before closing, and then announcing on their PA every two minutes that it's 10 mins later than it is and they're not ing over themselves to slam the door in my face at 5:55pm as I'm racing in to grab my click and collect order. And put the door at 5:59 😉. Tha ks to the whole team there, you are always really Helpful when needed, and never in my face when you're not. I find most jb stores fairly decent anyway but I highly recommend this store, it's a standout!

Good prices from JB, and they do negotiate the prices. Note that depends on the value of the purchase. Edit: I have updated the review from 5 stars to 2 stars, as the staff purposely provided me incorrect information. I will change my preferred store from this to somewhere else. JB hi-fi is a magnificent store for technology. It has many technology products, ranging from Apple watches to iPhones to computers to iPads. They even have walkie-talkies. You may also encounter mouses keyboard, mouse pads. You also may encounter Funko pops. Overall very good store, with very good service.

Larger JB - they sell home appliances as well. No DVDs though. Friendly staff, very knowledgable. They made sure I got what I needed :)

Helpful staff members but not enough floor staff

Very disappointed with JB Hi-Fi's service. My Kindle failed just outside the warranty (3 months), and despite being a loyal customer (I bought there: Tvs, phones, soundbars, and many more things), the store was unhelpful. They offered no favorable solutions, just suggested I buy a new device or seek an expensive repair. I expected better customer care given my purchase history. Will reconsider my future purchases and advise others to go somewhere else.

Busy store lots of staff were available on EOFY. Managed to get a few deals. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I saw that a product I had bought went on sale afterwards. JB Moore Park looked after me and gave me a gift card of the difference I could use on another product I wanted there. Fantastic friendly staff, and the store stocks a large range of products. Love JB!

Worse service ever!!!! We bought tv and it was promised to delivery my order on 26th of June, and we waited at home for whole day and they did show up. And they promised again they would delivery the next day, they came and said couldn’t find a car park, then they left without any notice and refused to take my call. Then they promised the next day again orally , but nvr rescheduled that on paper actually. How bad is this?! Couldn’t believe this ever
