Pretty place and all but the machines are more rigged than usual - would rather go to million life or koko down the road if you actually want a shot at winning something :(

It's a fun and new claw machine place in Sydney city, which is great! Clean, bright & spacious, combined with Gelatissimo. Lots of great toy varieties, but they're now getting similar to Koko. The only downside would be that like Koko, the cheapest cost per game is $1.80, which is very expensive, so I'd suggest always topping up at the max $100 to get the most bonus credits if you want to play. I'd much prefer Million Life, as each play averages under a dollar a play, so it's not a rip off.

Absolutely adore this arcade! The win rate is so high, it has an instore gelato bar, and the cutest games & prizes! I’ve been here multiple times since it opened & I’ve loved every time!

They were also available to assist with any issues or questions. It's a game chager with Gelatissimo onsite 😊

I think this is worse than gambling for kids and pokie machine might even payout more . the machines seems to be setup to fail with toy fully grabbed by the claw but release once it reaches the top. $1.80 a game is most expensive around as well. kids will go thru 40 bucks to win a 2 dollar toy. There should be some regulations around this kind of shop as it is truely prepping kids into gambling and taking uncalculated risk for winning something worthless.

I got lucky and grabbed her in just a few goes! The workers are really nice and will move the toys if they're impossible to reach, or if you want a certain you added. Sometimes these places feel like a rip off, but this one genuinely feels like they want you to have a good time :)

Not just a crane game palace but a gelatissimo as well, which is a great combination. My girlfriend and I came during the Valentine’s Day promotion? Which I’d recommend because you get extra games and free ice cream! Very fun. I’d say some of the machines do have some absolute junk in there, haha, but there’s a few which are true tests of skill and special reasoning and some great prizes too, so overall a better than average store.

Editing my review as I was able to go check it out again. Great variety of machines feels like I am back in Japan! Some of them can be quite tricky but definitely a fun place to go to test your skill and luck.

More of a 3.5 star. Some games I haven’t seen before. I recommend the one that looks like bingo, it’s luck based but at least it’s not rigged to lose. Also the small claw one with the pusher gives you a good chance. The claw machines, they are weak in strength but that’s everywhere. The one where the pole goes down to press on the peg to release the sticker, is rigged. Every time you press stop it moves away the peg, not seen this with other video arcades
