The car game is super fun

Today I loaded more than $100, trying out your claw machines, most did not payout even putting more than $30 which the prize worth maximum $10 AUD. Very dissatisfied and no changes from before. How could I give you another chance? No improvement. Buying cheap prizes and earning more than 3 times profits. Time to really end playing your prize games.

Played their claw machine the claw went down and only closed when the claw went all the way up. Brought issue up to staff, and requested refunding the balance. Apparently it is impossible for them to refund credit back onto the card. They compensated me free games however I just wanted the credit to be reimbursed so I could leave. Not a positive experience in with staff when trying to resolve issue. Would highly deter anyone from going to Koko George street until they diagnose and fix machine issues and enhance guest expierience. Other arcades in the city to visit with better customer service . Also seen trash bags laying around venue

Don’t play Rigged Claw machine it’s all rigged, Timezone is hips better wasted $60 got nothing and staff are bad.

Great place to enjoy time with friends

My go to spot just to play the claw machines and it's a 50/50 win or lose spending my money at this place, i would give this a 5 star review but sometimes i take a loss not bringing a plush home with me but the fun and hangouts is what matters here!

Koko truly has the best selection of rhythm games in the city! Great place to spend time with friends.

It’s really convenient and has a lot of variety in games. I love going with my friends after school just to relax and have fun, and staff are really nice when we need help!

It's a good place, lots of arcade games. I personally play driving games. Although some arcades have broken gears, overall it's good.

Koko Amusement is a fantastic place for arcade lovers such as my girlfriend and I! We go almost everyday 🫶. The staff is super friendly, and everything is well-maintained. The arcade is very big with a large variety of super fun games. Koko is the perfect spot for date nights and to just have some fun. Highly recommend!

Absolutely best place for boys, so exciting every time

The largest arcade in Sydney! There are varieties of rhythm games (Maimai, Chunithm, Taiko and even Wacca!) They're sure lots of fun and worth trying them out! Overall, 5/5 stars with friendly staffs, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys arcade!

Had fun here with my girlfriend!! We went here often and play arcades, we love to play the claw machine as we won mostly of the time.. The place is huge and there's a lot of games you can play.

Used to be great as it was the only place i could find in sydney which had dance evolution, I went to the arcade today only to find the machine gone? I’m furious, this was the only place with this game and i loved it so much. please being dance evolution back im begging you

Not really friendly if is your first time. Really hard for them to explain how everything works. So bot a good experience if you dont know anything or haven't been before

There's some games even better than the Time Zone. This amusement is so big, spending time and having fun here. It's just a bit over pricey for each machine and the machine broke down suddenly when playing in progress.

There's Initial D. but also bad internet that there's a chance of disconnection and losing your progress thst session in maimai or Initial D. And also the cellular reception is really spotty downstairs.

I won an Instagram giveaway from KOKO Amusement and had a really smooth experience collecting my giveaway prize. KOKO Amusement always has the AC blasting, which is great because you can have a lot of fun at the arcade and break out in sweat. KOKO Amusement has a wide variety of games and prizes, and their prices are competitive compared to other arcades.

Pretty nice place to play Initial D. It used to have frequent network downtime for the game I play but now its all back online and I am happy with this. The staff service they provide are ok but I am expecting more in the future.

Wow! Such a wonderful experience! The worker was so nice, she kept recharging my card time and time again after I kept finding random coins in my wallet and bag. She was very nice every time. After around 13 different recharges, her eyes started to widen every time I came to recharge. She was so excited to see me! 100% will come again

Fantastic amusement center on busy George Street. Lots of variety of games for the little and big kids!

Standard arcade place. Played drum game and pool. Accidentally pegged someone with the stick when I was lining up a shot.

Needs more Taiko no Tatsujin otherwise a nice arcade

worst customer service. i do understand sometimes that machine can be broken some part, but the attitude of staff here are sick. they treated us as if we are trying to take advantages of it and clearly showed the annoying face. even though we've recharged our card $200 :)

Been a long time since we've had a game amusement place. This has a lot of different games for everyone from young kids to Serious Gamers. Nice and spacious and well air conditioned
