Great food, been going for years. Very good value for money, although their mixed grill has shrunk a lot from the days I fell in love with it. But still worth a visit

I love coming here to just relax....great food and staff can't do enough.. Jane is so kind and even remembers the wine I had the week before...she is definitely an asset and always caring and kind. The ambience is so peaceful and the salad/veg bar is great. I had the seafood linguine and have had the fish and schnitzel and can't fault either

Came in a Saturday, carnt complain food everythin was top notch killa service from waitresses in food area Can’t say the same for the blond chick workin in pokies room who was rude n up herslef paid more attention to her computer then servin us payn customers Will be bak for anotha feed but be stayn away from the pokes there are other pubs around with better pokies service

The chicken breast was tender the sauce was excellent. The staff were very friendly will be coming back again.

I could not speak highly enough of the taste and flavour of the food. I have been there a few times now and they have not lost their touch. Enjoyed the meal.

Liked it more when it had Sun Bear Hazy on tap. However it is a BRILLIANT Pub, with lots of positive atmosphere.

They even have a playground now! Affordable food and a play space for the kids. What else do you need!

Had a great experience at the Albion Hotel in Kilburn! The food was delicious with generous portions, and the return of the salad bar was a nice touch. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive - especially Julie, Zoe and Rocko. Plenty of parking and great facilities make it a fantastic spot for a meal or night out. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely meal at The Albion Hotel last Monday night. The GF salt & pepper squid was so good that I was worried it wasn’t GF! I am a coeliac and I had no reaction. Generous serving size. I wish I had taken photos of the food. They had activity booklets for the kids, an Elf on the Shelf (with a free ice cream to the child who spots it first in each dining session) and a colouring-in competition. The staff were friendly and patient. The customer service was amazing. I love that it’s an independent hotel. It was raining the day we went, but the outdoor play space looked great. They also have a sensory friendly dining experience on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month - I love the inclusivity. Thank you!

Ordered the panko prawns, a little over cooked on the fried side. Family catch up and location and service great. Hopefully next time I visit the prawns come out not so fried.

We had our presentation luncheon here with about 85 people, the food and staff were fantastic. Thoroughly recommend it.

Went there for tea with 2 friends. All 3 meals were awful. I had slow cooked lamb, covered in worst flavour gravy I’ve eaten in a long time. Yorkshire puddings were not fresh and dry. Meat was dry and awful. Best part of the meal was the mint jelly. And the bread rolls I bought extra. Salad/Vegie Warmer was leaking water, water on the floor, huge trip hazard and there was a fully soaked tea towel in the middle. I advised bar staff. While eating tea, tile or wall panel fell off onto the floor. So not a great atmosphere. And very slow food service. Won’t be eating here again.

First time visit on Sunday , they were very busy , but we got our meals quickly & were delicious.. nice salad bar , reasonably priced drinks , service was excellent.. will be back ..

My family and friends had such a lovely time at the Albion tonight . It was so nice to see staff getting into Halloween.We had so much fun .Great vibe . The food and service was truly exceptional .My kids love the playground.Thanks again for making our night extra special .

Amazing feeds, great spot to stop

Had a lovely evening in a private room for a family dinner last night. The staff were most accommodating and polite. The Salmon was absolutely amazing along with the Barossa Grenache Shiraz.

Would not go there again !

We are local's, have been going there on and of for 7 years now, I know their are new owners, I'm not sure for the best yet. We visited yesterday just for a drink walked there looking forward to a couple of drinks sat in the beer garden, noticed that smoking is allowed there now which was disappointing, so we moved to the front Bar to finish our drinks and heard swearing coming from behind the bar so we left after one drink. It felt like the old Kilburn pubs , not the new needs improvement.

The food is great but a bit expensive for 1 piece of steak and a few chips $37, not worth it.

Some staff are rude and arrogant here and some are very friendly and nice the food quality and price is not great and the beer prices are through the roof with very little atmosphere from my experiences at the albion hotel.

Food was ok. Waitress was lovely. However 94 yo Father was denied a seniors reduction because he couldn’t produce his seniors card, but proved his age with an id card. Wait staff taking order wouldn’t consult with a manager which would have been nice. They used to be regulars but no more, other family members will follow suit.

Went to the Albion last night. First time for a while. I understand it is now under new management. We weren’t all that impressed. Chips were rather dry. Food was so-so but it is good to see the salad and veggie bar return.

Roast of the day was Pork - great I thought, have had great dishes of this in past. Instead of thin slices, they were 10mm thick and so dry I could not cut them. My suspicions were confirmed by staff who said it was cooked the day before, when no holiday loading existed and Seniors discount would have been honoured. My partners dish of roast vegetables was lovely.

Food was very average, got roast of the day, which was beef brisket, we'll the brisket was nice but most of it was fat, the veggies were only boiled...and my Yorkshire pudding was ruined with vinegary horse radish, was very disappointing.. the staff were very lovely though 😎

Had mothers day lunch here. Whoever the chef that cooked the salt n pepper squid shld let chef Ramsay taste it..😋 so delicious 😋 melted in your mouth. Succulent so tasty. Compliments to the chef. Good service too. A job well done as we had a 40 minute wait but well worth the wait.

The atmosphere is lacking at the moment but if given the chance the pub could definitely be amazing, has excellent food and an amazing group of staff. Some of the best hospitality workers I've ever had the pleasure of being around.

We've been there about 5 times in the last 18 months. Meals have been lovely. Staff are always happy and welcoming. Great choice of food and wine. My husband thinks it's the best chicken caesar salad around. I am gluten free and they have a menu for me.

Anzac day went to play pool and do some gaming with a vetran friend at 12pm..they only had one toasted sandwhich left...were 'out of gaming machine cards so couldnt provide one to use.. pressed 'request for help with a machine from theyre gaming machine' no one came after three presses and still no sign of anyone after 25 mins.. gave up...really poor. Coffee was good.

I came here for lunch, I've never eaten here. Im totally impressed with the quality & quantity of the food. We had the Fish of the day (which was Flathead) & the BBQ Pork Ribs (250GM), both were delicious & we were all impressed. I highly recommend having lunch here. The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Busy place yet chilled out

Scotch fillet was juicy albeit a bit small. Chips were delish. Meal came quickly. Waitress very friendly.

We said we'd return and we did! The food was excellently prepared, the choices diverse and the service first rate. Once again we enjoyed the site, the parking and the wine list. We most likely will return in about five weeks.

Stay away from the lasagna, it is inedible and the gravey with the pork cutlet is like vinegar.
