The food is just about faultless, and the best you will get from a Schnitz anywhere. My only grumble, is the service from the staff can be a little hit and miss. That solely depends on when you are there.

Burnt coating and dry. Not impressed. Chips were ok. Not worth the $$ for the quility. No knifes and forks had to go looking for them.

The burnt my beef schnitz but still put it in the bag. Didnt notice till i got home. Clearly they dont care not the first comment about this.

has the best chips—perfectly seasoned! Every bite is crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside, making them seriously addictive. The chips with a schnitzel, is an unbeatable meal. Fast service, great food, and always a really good experience!

We waited for our order while watching people who came in after us being served first and bags of home delivery go out. The beef schnitzel was so overcooked (is that a beef patty squashed between the stale, black breadcrumbs?) Way too much flavoured salt on the chips and my roll was soggily soaked with gravy. We left feeling weak that we didn’t complain… hate confrontations. We just will not be back. Stale oil taste has been burping back since. Not recommended at all.

If you are vegan and staff is near the closing time than this place is not for you. Yesterday I went to schnitz Cranbourne park shopping and the time is 8:18 pm still 12 minutes to closing time and show the time to staff on my phone but they are not took my order because they said all the vegan products wrap and put in the freezer only non veg available. If they want to serve the vegan on closing time they need to write on online what they closed the vegan products or it’s different timing for vegan and non vegetarian peoples.

The food (chicken)didnt taste freshly cooked and felt cold as it was preheated and the time wait was a bit long.

The staff were soo helpful in customising my order. Service was prompt and considerate. They suggested a mini american wrap with the spicy chicken, swapped out the sauces for chipotle mayo and the onions for jalepenos. Soooo delicious! Recommend!!!!

As will all Schnitz locations, it's not gonna be the best Parma around and often tastes reheated, also very small portions for the money. Only eat at Schnitz if you need a Foodcourt type feed. My daughter likes wearing their menu though.

I ordered Schnitz garden of eden wrap with vegetarian patty for takeaway . Vege patty was not good- overcooked, may be not fresh as well, or fried twice in oil. Made me sick.

2024 review : Asking take away order customers to wait outside is insulting. Will never ever buy from here. review in 2022: I chose the pickup option on ubereats instead of getting my order delivered. When I arrived at the restaurant the staff racially profiled me and assumed that I was an ubereats driver. They asked me where the delivery bag was. The staff need to be trained to differentiate between customers picking up their own orders and ubereats drivers. Old review from 2020: Ordered the spicy pork on a plate with chips and coleslaw and it was good especially the chips. Wish it was spicier. Staff were polite and efficient. Would have given 5 stars but taking off a star because the beer was very expensive. Charging 7 dollars for bottled beer which usually is less than 2 dollars per bottle from a bottle shop is a bit steep.

Every single delivery order I have ever made from this store using different delivery services a main item is ALWAYS missing. It is NOT the responsibility of the delivery drivers to put their hands in the bags and touch the food to check if its all there it is the responsibility of the store to correctly pack the order! EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER a missing item! And to make it worse it's usually one of the kids meals missing so imagine a child seeing their food didn't get delivered and has to share with a parent or a parent then goes without.

Food tasted great, fast service

I ordered online to pick up and it said it would be ready by 8.27pm. Store closed at 8.30pm. I got there early and waited for a staff member to notice me. Some time passes and there was a bag of food sitting there since I had got there so I mentioned my name and that I’m here to pick up just in case it was mine sitting there. It was my order and I hadn’t received any notification that it was ready and who knows how long it was sitting there- I picked it up at approx 8.15. I take it back home (approx 5 mins) and the chips were cold. The schnitzel in my burger was completely inedible- the chicken was extremely tough and chewy and just an overall bad piece of chicken. I made a complaint but am yet to hear back a week later. Because the store was now closed I couldn’t contact them- and couldn’t drive all the way back. I ate the cold chips for dinner and was ultimately left hungry. Super disappointed. :(
