I Could not speak more highly about Links Hotel, staff that work there, from reception to bar to kitchen to house keeping are next level, the service they provide is above and beyond what you would expect any hotel, sooo friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic great selection of meals and also great service. I highly recommend booking and staying next time your in adelaide, I was here for the Liv Golf weekend and it was perfectly located for that and Any other event you may be heading to Adelaide for. 5 stars guys top job.

Expensive for what you get. I think a lot of FIFO workers use this motel. Rooms quite shabby and in need of modernisation and refit. One curtain was torn and let in light. Bathroom was modern. Excellent shower set up. Toiletries were nice. Water pressure was good. Plenty of tea, coffee and mini milks. TV was very small. Couldn't access Netflix or streaming channels. Don't know why. WIFI was free and reliable. Able to drive car and park at the back of my room. It was quiet at night during my stay. The best thing about the Links would be its restaurant. Fabulous menu. Not overly expensive. Big servings. Has an indoor play gym set up 4 the kids.

Really good steak with pepper sauce and spot on medium. The buffet style salad bar is also great for choice.

Wow great meal tonight the seniors chicken schnitzel was great and the veg and salad really good. The young girl Lia was very attentive. We will be back.

You cant ask for a more friendly little watering hole, the staff and the patrons are super nice, foods spot on and very well priced and comfortable lodging. Come see Ryan, Lia and Lilly for a meal, a drink and great atmosphere.

I would have liked to give a good review but even though the location was great. The room a good size, the bed comfortable and the service not related to the cleanimg staff was really good, I cant because of how dirty the room was. Particularly the bathroom and one of the Quilts and Quilt cover. The fridge needed defrosting. The rubbish bin lid and outside was filthy but it was the state of the bathroom that i couldnt get past. Cobwebs in the inside of the windows. The floor was really bad not sure if the grouting was meant to be white or black. The shower and alcove was not wiped over. And the exhaust fan was full of fluff and dust. When asking for a clean quilt/quilt cover the cleaning staff was not happy and took our towels and didnt replace them. We stayed 2 nights as had a family member getting cancer treatment and an operation. She was in the room the first and last night and i was seriously thinking of booking elsewhere for the last night due to the uncleanliness of the room. But after paying $191.00 for the family room that sleeps 4 we could not afford to. The positives were location, nice big room, comfortable bed and pillows and the meals and service staff in the Hotel were amazing. Great feed and nice friendly atmosphere.

The check-in was with Steve, a friendly man, and was very speedy. I've stayed at Links quite a few times and have always been happy. The amenities are great. The rooms I've stayed in are quiet. The only downfall this time (stayed in this room for the first time) was the bed was too soft for me. Will book again.

I have been here on quite a few occasions, and it never ceases to amaze me how great the quality, price, and service are from the restaurant. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the check in, to the meals at the restaurant. Lia served us for dinner and was very polite and friendly. The meals here are always excellent. I have stayed in the rooms and found them suitable for my needs and love the big bed mattress. Parking is great. Close and easy to get to both RAH and QE hospitals.

The room was riddled with carpet beetles.As I have a severe allergy to these, I was up all night in the shower trying to calm the itching, swelling and swollen eyes. First thing in the morning. I packed our belongings and left. Without staying the following night. I called the hotel not long after I left and explained the situation. They were not willing to give a refund for either of the nights booked, even though it's stated on the app, and I left first thing in the morning. Rude staff on the phone too.

Booked a single night stay, had an issue, locked bathroom door, not good room anyways with mosquito hovering around. Requested from the receptionist to either to help with the locked door, or change the room. She was not helpful in fact asked if I want to change I have to pay for another room, it wasn’t even an hour after I checked in. After some chat she had a tip by her colleague how to unlock that door. Later they wanted me out claiming I can’t stay. It was a very unnecessary drama created by the receptionists who definitely lacks basic hospitality skills. I have travelled to many places and stayed in many hotels, never had such a bad experience. Very abrupt, rude service. Stay away of this hotel.

Lia’s attention was greatly appreciated, my wife is allergic to spicy and her care was amazing. Great food we had an amazing time.

I don’t post reviews often but felt the need to mention the excellent service my family and I received when dining at The Links for the first time recently. Our table was attended by waitress Hollie, who was simply exceptional. Hollie was attentive, polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our experience was made far more pleasant by her work & we will undoubtedly be returning due to this.

We have been staying here 1 night/week for the past 2 months for ongoing medical treatment. The room needs a very deep clean. Bath needs a good scrub. Mould in corners. Still no light bulb in the master bedroom. Reported this weeks ago. Likewise the minkie blanket, someone had a sexual experience on it. This was also reported, told it would be rectified. Still not washed. Dusty skirtings. Cobwebs under the wall mounted tv. Cost kept increasing. The killer was race week, where we were charged $504. Absolutely disgusted.

Good food and clean hotel

This has to be the worst and dirtiest motel room we have experienced. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly for a very long time. The toilet had not been cleaned. I had to use the brush on the toilet myself. The outside of the toilet bowl was dirty and even had someone else's public hair stuck on it. It smelled strongly of urine. The hand basin and shower had not been cleaned cleaned at all well. I reported the state of the room and was told someone would clean it the next day. The only improvement I could see after said cleaning was the removal of the public hair and a clean hand towel and bath mat. The curtains were fixed in place and could not be opened so the room had no natural light coming in. Only one wooden chair to sit on. No toaster or microwave. Good points, the bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were clean. Absolutely not worth the money we paid. We will not be back.

i actually live in the area so this is my local however i find the food to be of a poor standard and the salad bar is a let down to the point i won't eat there. i find most of the female bar staff to have poor attitudes and it's very off putting. i shouldn't feel like im pulling somone teeth just to be served a drink. bar staff definitely need to work or their attitude and customer service. i've seen somone been glassed in the eye at the links and witnessed domestic violence happen in the car park . i really don not rate this hotel

Amazing food! I had the steak sandwich. Crispy bun, melt in your mouth scotch fillet, and tart onion jam, it was soooo good. missus had the fish which was also crispy battered, and came with a beautiful creamy tartare sauce. Will definitely be back *****

Good food, quick service and a kids play area. The staff were friendly and there is lots of parking with easy access. Plenty of food and drink options all reasonably priced. Pokies and TAB if that's your thing. Recommend.

Had a birthday lunch booked here. Booked it for 12:30, we all arrived at 12:30. Upon arrival, there was only what looked like 3 staff on, all of which had awful attitudes, as if we were an inconvenience to them. They had a complication with the seating and told us to sit else where till this was resolved, no apologies or any customer service of any kind, they were flustered and quite rude. We then waited at the bar to get drinks, this however took 15 minutes before we received any service. We finally got seated at 1. When the food began to come out, half of our party got their food, by the time they finished the other half finally got theirs. Again without any apologies or regard for their customers. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of organisation.

Food was quite good however service was terrible. We arrived at 12:30 with a large party having already made a booking and weren’t seated for over half an hour. While we were waiting to be seated other parties were dealt with before us and while we were waiting the bar service was terrible we waited 15 minutes before we were even served drinks. Not to mention that the staffs general attitude towards us was very sub par

Never again would I eat there. Erika is rude, no smile, no customer service what so ever. Have emailed a complaint and haven't heard from anyone. Wouldn't recommend. I'm sure you will find a pub close by that greets you and makes you feel welcome. Don't waste your time here

We were just driving passed and and called in the Links hotel and was very pleasantly surprised on such a nice little place with great food choices and free salad bar and very friendly service,anyone passing thru Adelaide needs to do themselves a favour and drop in for a look .

Definitely at the basic end of the accommodation options. Dated rooms, look like they haven't been updated in a very long time, at a venue that is otherwise there for the gambling.

Went in for dinner with bunch of friends from work, ordered calamari main, it was terrible tasted like I was chewing on a thong, chips were terrible only part that was nice was the tartare sauce , my son got a schnitzel parmigiana, he said that was not nice either. Regret going there, will not be back, their menu was very basic ! had much nicer meals 2 doors away at Pizza love you....

Last Saturday 21/09/24, I was driving back from Melbourne to my home which is 2 hrs away from Adelaide. I booked the night to rest before I keep driving to my home. I checked in minutes before midnight and went straight to my room as I was very tired. I though it is safe to park my car in the hotel car park. I woke next morning to find the rear window of my car smashed and alot of my staff stolen. I went to the reception to ask if they can check their cameras, but shockingly they said we do not have cameras in our car park. What a great service for an hotel which takes over $100 per night!!!!!!!!! Great job guys, keep it up😝😝😝

Went into the bistro/bar during the week, the atmosphere was super comfortable and welcoming! The staff member/waitress that served me and my partner, Shannon was phenomenal. She truely went above and beyond in helping me find the right meal to cater to my dietary needs and to ensure I felt comfortable. Would recommend the service to friends and family alike 🤍

I had dinner last night at the links hotel with my family and it was my first time visiting the links. I was amazed by the kind customer service madi brought to us throughout the evening. The salad bar was also amazing!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Links Hotel and it was an exceptional experience due to the outstanding hospitality. I used to go to the links frequently when I was younger, and its safe to say the magic is still there specifically because of the young girl who made our evening so special. She was attentive to our needs and had a warm and friendly demeanour. Despite her youth she was an exceptional worker with knowledge and social skills that were truly impressive. I highly recommend Links Hotel to anyone seeking a truly enjoyable dining experience.

Last Monday I came into the Links hotel with little expectations due to past experiences, and I was quite pleased to see the improvement in customer service, as well as the menu. The daily specials were appealing but I decided to opt for a porterhouse. This was one of the best steaks I have had in a while, and the mushroom sauce was to die for. Bistro server Leah served me with a smile and was happy to have a chat. I will be returning!

Google timings may vary they told us to leave at 12 where about the google says it closes at 2am. Would recommend them to change their timings on google as well.

A pretty good place for an overnight stay. Bar staff are friendly, meals were good and the manager, Steve is a top bloke who will look after you. Plenty of parking for a prime mover out the back.

Our group stayed here, had meal. we enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed and housekeeping did amazing job. Steve was awesome, great customer service.

I had a great experience at the links hotel on Friday night. The parmi was amazing, the chicken and the crumbing was excellent!!! I really enjoyed the salad and veg bar and there was a nice and friendly atmosphere. The customer service was also very welcoming!!

Easy ….meals we’re terrible suppose to have a salad bar. Hot veggies were empty even let staff know…nothing done. Won’t be going back

Pub lunch good serve cold beer reasonable service

Delicious meals, friendly staff and Thursday nights free quiz night is super fun. The kids happily play on the self contained indoor playground while we play pool. And there is a generous salad and veggie bar too. Reasonably priced. It cost me less for dinner for 4 than it did to get pizza delivered.

Went with a group of work colleagues there were 30 of us, for a meal very disappointed, no veggies in the bar didn’t think much of the salad bar either . Did ask for a refill still waiting. So all I got got was the fish and chip might had well have gone to the local fish and chip shop shop .

Great place to play pool and have a drink

This was our first visit back to The Links Bistro in many many years. We had a large group for a birthday dinner on the 10th May. We arrived for our 6pm booking for 14 people. There were 2 tables of 3 people at the time. We ordered around 6.20pm and a few from our table went to the salad and hot veg bar. They returned to say there wasn't much left, and some of the trays were empty. We advised staff and they said they'd let the kitchen know. As the Bistro started to get a little busier, our meals arrived. Some of the meals had no salad or veg and I assumed this was because of the salad & veg bar. For a second time we asked staff and were then told they had a poker function in the front bar and they were under staffed. Maddie (a staff member) told us 'it's not her fault'. During this time we noticed other people from different tables also asking about this. We could see the kitchen door from our table and heard Maddie say 'I'm being harassed about the salad and veg bar'. I then went to the bar and asked for the manager on duty. She was not avaliable so I explained the situation. The staff member apologised and said she'd go and check. I was offered free drinks for the table, which I declined. It was 1hr and 15 mins after we first alerted staff, when the salad & veg bar was refilled. Our table of 14 had well and truely finished their dinner. It was so disappointing and we left feeling very disheartened with the whole experience. We will not be back.
