Amazing! The staff were so helpful and the range of stock was excellent.

When you need to find a staff member and can't, you go to cashier desk. They tell you go wait in the area...for no one. Waited 15mins and gave up.

I ordered online from this store and accidentally picked the wrong item. Went in there and the team were so helpful in correcting my mistake. The customer service was flawless.

Went in yesterday for help with my phone as it wouldn’t charge. Staff extremely helpful with everything!! Great customer service!! Knowledgeable staff!!

Came in store for a garmin and, as I have a disability, required specific information about the product and I was seeking assistance. Staff and manager did not care,I found that due to their inability to cooperate with a reasonable request they would rather I just shop elsewhere. Shame on you all!

Came in with a concern on a newly purchased product that was not proforming as should, Problem promptly resolved and walked out, be it another store, a happy chappy👍.

Jbhify stores have always been like customer is least cared for Employees don’t even give any contact to avoid any question worse stores they have with customer least cared for I will never come here will get stuff online rather . Don’t want to see them either . I would suggest guys go online and buy your stuff instead of putting with this no care shops

Very Deceptive. Sold me extended warranty and sending me to apple store for replacement where they are telling me that they are not eligible as they are not damaged to that extent.

Online showed stock of an item. Their own system showed stock of item. They couldn’t find it after 1/2 hour and multiple people searching. Told me to call ahead to check next time. How would this help? Click and collect said it was in stock. They couldn’t find it anyway! This was after the city store couldn’t find stock either. Ended up doing click and collect at the city store and it was ready within minutes. 3 trips to 2 different stores to get one item?! It shouldn’t be this hard.

Shocking customer service. Best u find another store to go to. I know I did . And spent $3800 some where else......

Store had hardly any customers but still the salesperson wasn’t interested in selling me anything and just said, twice: “I’ll leave you to it”. Then I took my product to the cashier where two customers were being attended to. Stood there for a very very long time, in the quiet store, I put my product back on the shelf and left, no one seemed to care so whatever neither do I, here’s your review.

Never seen people work so hard to not get a sale

Unfortunately my phone was faulty, but the staff and managers were very helpful and fortunately made a situation that could have been very stressful, as painless as possible, I now have a properly working phone with my needed apps loaded and working from jb hifi Melrose Park. And a special thanks to Rachel who's customer service was exceptional.

Store is ok, fairly organised but it took quite a long time of looking to find someone to assist me with a product. I understand that retail can get very busy but when there's groups of employees just standing around talking and seeming a bit annoyed when anyone asks for help it's hard not to feel a little out of place

What a completely different experience to my 1* visit to Rundle Mall yesterday! Welcomed at the door and assisted with my items and questions answered and instead of being sent away from the counter and told you go pay at the till, Dylan offered for me to pay at the area we were in. 5* and will be back here

Jamie gave 10/10 service. Friendly, nothing was too much trouble, despite changing our minds multiple times he was still more than happy to help, will always be happy to shop here with service we received today!

10 minutes on hold, repeatedly just kept on a loop. Can't imagine 9:50am on a Thursday is your busiest time, but it would make such a difference to answer every now and then for an update such as 'still trying to get someone for you, sorry for the wait'. Ended up hanging up and trying another store.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. One man in particular has been rude on multiple visits and I have walked away each time.

I’ve purchased products from here twice and most recently Jack the store manager was absolutely wonderful. Generally speaking I find JB hi-fi staff, very knowledgeable about their products and always happy to help and offer advice.
