The service at Summerhill is absolutely by far the best service mum and I have ever had. The staff are all amazing and friendly. The biggest shout out to David and Lou, nothing is ever an inconvenience to them. It was David’s help (my first time here) that has made me return again. An absolute pleasure coming here, mum and I love this place. The food is amazing and prices are quite reasonable. Happy, happy customer!

Absolutely appalling establishment firstly the security guard at the venue accused me of drinking alcohol and bringing in alcohol. Well that's a wrong move from the secuity guard cause I'm not a alcoholic I don't drink or smoke I've never touched a drop of alcohol ever secondly the staff and secuity should stop being cocky and maybe go investigate the drug deals happening inside their venue toilet and lastly. The people who own these gaming venues should be grateful that drug addicts pensioners and working people make their establishments rich so they should appreciate not accuse patrons

Had a wonderful meal today at Summerhill. Steak was cooked to perfection. Friendly staff made my mother and I feel welcomed. Several times though out the venue and during the meal we were asked how we were and how the meal was. You dont get this extra effort at other places. We appreciated the good setvice.

Just had a light lunch with my mum, the food was delicious the service was amazing, mum was very happy as it was her first time here. I have been to quite a few venues including being a VIP customer at Crown Casino and even though this is my first time at Summerhill if I could give 10 stars - I would - to the amazing staff member Goran who exceeded beyond VIP service expectations. His connection with customers, hard-working ethic was well and truly beyond expectation which I almost thought he was the owner of the venue with the quality of service he delivered. If the owner happens to read this review, I would like to recommend that he and management use Goran's ethics and workmanship in the future of training staff. Thank you so much for your beautiful service, Goran. You are a true role model and I will come back when you are on shift - be it at the TAB or the Gaming area.

My 96yo father takes his scooter daily to The Summerhill. Studies the form guide, places a few bets, plays pokies for a few minutes. The staff, including but not limited to....David, Lisa, Kristie, Lou are awesome...... they look after him big time. I have a meal there every Sunday and it rarely disappoints. Food has come a long way last few years. Highly recommended.
