Big wide open spaces that allow one to push their trolleys without bumping into other trolleys or shelves. They've cleaned up the way the shelves have been positioned. NOW, if only the employees wore uniforms when at work.

Cant call stores direct. Say they have ample stock, they have none. Wasted time / effort with online purchase for someone's birthday to be told days later, we don't have the item.

Love Big W Drop in for some great products and you may even catch yourself a bargain. Enjoy

Went in to check out their Sodastream range and was not disappointed. Plenty of different flavours, refills and spare bottles

I get a lot of my puppy and dog items here when they're on sale because the price is not bad when they are on sale some of the items the aunt on sale the price isn't too bad especially when you compare it to Woolworths or Coles puppy and dog items

We wanted to buy 2 bags of mega blocks for a birthday present, although they were showing them in stock we couldn't find them. We asked at the lay-by counter, and the wonderful young lady looked on their system, went into the warehouse, and found them for us. Great service well done.

Had a lovely interaction with the returns staff who was so helpful and surprisingly fast. Thank you!

Had exactly what I was looking for.

Why can't you call bigW ?? I'm having my kids bikes I bought there assembled and need to call to ask about a pick up date, no phone number to call. Just a 1300 number which is useless. It's not for the store!

Layby section needs to get there act together they cancelled my layby even though I called ( talking to a robot most of the time before finally speaking to a human ) before it was due and said I would be in today to pay cause my kids were unwell the lady on the phone assured me there was a note on my file stating I’ll be in today , only to go in today and be told it’s cancelled and on top of that they charged me a $23 cancellation fee . So that’s it nothing I can do about it loose my Christmas layby charged a fee to put it on , loose my layby because someone didn’t do their job properly and then charged a cancellation fee !! Absolute joke

Don't get there often as live regional. But my go to when in Adelaide

Don't buy a bike to be built here. They won't call the contractor out until they have more than 3 bikes to build, it can take up to 6 months

All checkouts closed to try and force people to use self checkout, if I see this again, I'm walking out without paying, either give a discount or hire enough staff to run the checkout

Nice place to shop. Most items are a very reasonable price. End of season clothing is very cheap. Cheaper than some of the charity shops.

A Big W store thats welcoming and easy to locate everything. Even the security staff smile at you when you come in and when you leave.
