Might often visit there for a friday night meal and drinks with some friends, its always got a table for us and great food and drinks plus we can have a little bet as well. My friends enjoy the chook raffles and meat trays they have each week and the new betting room is fantastic.

Had a family lunch here. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Average food, very poor service Had lunch with family, asked one of the staff about menus for dessert and were told very rudely the kitchen had closed despite no warning being given. Could see staff member was visibly annoyed with us and gossiping to the younger staff member about the table.

Won’t be back. Ordered meals and waited over 30 minutes before asking when we would get them. No update. Had to ask again. Meals were bought out, however, were the wrong meals, so had to wait even longer. No real apology. Was offered a free drink, which no one wanted. Asked if could have a free dessert instead, but was declined.

Great value meals, drinks and service, it's your typical pub or club meals.

Had a special birthday lunch for Dad. The meals were great and reasonably priced, the staff were very helpful.

This is Our 2nd Time, dining here for Lunch. The Young Man that serves us at Lunchtime at the Bar, is Very Polite, & his customer service is Brilliant 👏 Unfortunately, I haven't learnt his Name, But will take Notice on our 3rd Visit, .. We Like to sit at Table's # 30/31 as It is Located alongside the windows & has a Relaxing Feel for Lunchtime Dining 🍽

There were 8 of us for lunch. The daily roast was a generous serve but the pork crackling was under the meat and gravy!!! Two guests ordered the lamb rack special. The wine it came with was barely drinkable. The lamb rack was two frenched lamb cutlets. (My husband was a butcher and knows his meat) Wish I had taken a before photo. When we complained the brick wall would have given a better response. Will not be back. Wish I could post the photos I took, but there is no option here to do so.

Order 3 scotch fillets with family absolutely disgusting at $48 a piece everything was so salty barley edible will not be back and not recommend as this is the second time food was bad

I went for what was supposed to be a nice veal parmigiana. What I got was a deep fried schnitzel with no or little topping with dried out cheese. Ended up using sauce from my wife's meal to finish mine. But my mistake it should have been sent straight back to the kitchen. WHAT!

Only thing,, wine glasses left on table too long. had no room for coffee cups..apart from this warm,friendly service..ex.

Best lambs fry I have had in a long time

Seriously good venue for get together over dinner with friends. Staff are a joy, cuisine (notice I did not just say the word. “Food”) is exceptional. Ambiance in s just perfect. Highly recommend you try the Junction , you will not be disappointed.

They treat you like family there

Good location. Nice atmosphere. Place is very clean and tidy. Food was good except my deep fried processed chicken on my caesar salad. Didn't even taste like chicken. Some nice fresh chicken tenders would of been much better.

oliver was a hard worker and he was very efficient the in the way he was serving the tables and was very friendly and cute to me. I think you should definitely come here if you want a delicious meal served by oliver

Food was very disappointing and it wasn't just my meal, one assistant was very gruff in response (like she didn't want to be there), and the atmosphere was as if the renovations were hastily done and didn't line up. Disappointing - probably won't be back.

Arrived at 6.15 ordered our meal at 6.20 & by 7 decided to enquire as to where our meal was & a very disinterested staff member said there was a glitch in the system & we should receive our food soon The food arrived shortly after & The Coorong mullet was 2 tiny pieces that were burnt & the seafood trio was like eating cardboard with no taste. The table next to us they must have complained more loudly about the delay of their food as a manager came to their table to apologise & gave them complimentary drinks. I thought we should have received the same courtesy Suffice to say we will not be back

Had a negative experience in the junction hotel . Service was lacking in attentiveness and efficiency. Service was slow, staff were rude and not customer friendly . They even refused to give us the ice cream dessert in the kids menu that we already paid for it. If you have kids i don’t recommend this place .

Ordered an entrees and main. Both came out at the same time. The entree Indian spiced lamb ribs with labnah and lime was bland and uncohesive. Lamb lacked spice, labnah was yoghurt and served with lemon and coriander. Then covered in Chinese plum sauce and sesame seeds. Didn't know if it was northern Indian or Chinese or.... Main was roast brisket. Good size serving. beautifully cooked with nice veg. Sadly it was only lukewarm. Overall a poor meal.

Today we had a reunion lunch for 38 ladies who had worked at the PMG/Telecom over a period of 30 years. The venue was comfortable and friendly, the staff left us to enjoy each other's company, provided a nice part of the restaurant and served excellent food. We would certainly come back again. Thanks Junction.

First time eating here. Place was clean. Food was ok and the atmosphere was calm. Being a Saturday and only having 6 tables does make one wonder but my overall experience was enjoyable. Music wasn't too loud. Service was on considering there was only 2 wait staff. Food was brought out in a reasonable time.

The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Good value for money for our company dinner 😄

Pretty poor experience, it's never been great here especially once the salad bar left (thanks covid) however a few weeks ago a schnitzel meal was $15 on the special night. That was any topping or gravy. We came back tonight to find its gone up to $20 and you can only have plain gravy. Toppings are extra! Like what the actual charging more and giving less! No wonder you have minimal customers.

Celebrated a birthday here and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. It looks like it could do with some TLC and the food was under par. We had a the garlic bread - very oily,chicken palmy - burnt and over cooked, and the kangaroo - very oily (as can be seen in the pic). The service was adequate, though my partner had a shot bought for her and she wasn't allowed to take it back to the table, the female behind the bar would not allow the shot to be taken back to the table.

I had a reunion here with 30 people and had no issues with the service.I had the chicken curry that was great.More tv screens than you can poke a stick at.

The quality of the food has gone down had a chicken schnitzel yesterday it was very disappointing the chips were cooked in old oil and the salad too was disappointing seems to me they are cutting corners with ingredients due to cost of living crisis - the service wasn’t that great they looked like to young girls who really lacked experience only there to kill time & get paid same as the woman serving behind the bar - they seem very unhappy considering it was a quiet Sunday afternoon

We had a function here on Sunday 22nd, the duty manager Justin had it in for us all night, he was looking for any excuse to try to get rid of us, he is a racist, I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Condescending and rude bar staff. Bar manager worst of all so probably the culture. Schnitzel had gone bad and tasted sour, which they replaced. Obviously never going back.

Excellent place for food and drinks

We had a lovely meal in the Bistro last night. I love how spacious the room is and the carpet helps keep the noise down.

After ordering a mushroom burger for dinner and waiting quite a while l saw the waitress rushing to another person in our group. She had been given my order and started to deconstruct it. The waitress then removed it from her realising it was the wrong order. She then picked up the meal and bought it over and placed it in front of me me. I said no thank you l don't want a meal that someone else has touched. To say l was shocked is an understatement. My husband is a chef and we have been in hospitality and owned our own business for many years and what happened with this meal was disgusting. Perhaps a bit more training in occupational health and safety standards is in order. Sadly l won't be back.
