Good Customer service at counter and great playground for kids

worse chicken nuggets ever, sent them back and got the same given but slightly crispier. they tasted like eating wet cardboard slash dog food. please buy different nuggets. have the chips were underdog and the lady at the bar had very limited customer service.

Very good place

The reason I was happy to be a member was because all the staff were very friendly. The food is amazing too. Nice to relax and drink too.

Out for a group social night. Menu selection was traditional mixed Aussie and at resonal prices. Atmosphere was pleasant and good for a social night out. No noisy music, so you could easily have good conversations.

Our group of Hills Ladies, celebrated their Easter Lunch yesterday. We were all very impressed with Donna's ability, to look after 20 Ladies over the afternoon. Thanks to the receptionists help in signing in our Ladies.

Come to watch my partner play lawn bowls on a weekend. Got a coffee from the bar which was average headed down to their bottom greens to watch from the viewing platform and both their 2 big tables over looking the greens looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years covered in dirt and bird poop disgusting and ashtrays overflowing with cans and rubbish

Great location next to Baulkham Hills Shopping Centre.....very nice ambience with views over bowling greens and gardens......great selection of beers and wines at reasonable price....staff are friendly ....and great selection of yummy food also reasonably priced....I liked it so much I became a member....so will definitely be back

Nice little niech place, the food is good. my fave is the crumbed veal and chips, love how you get a free hot bread roll with each meal.

The young Spanish lady checking me in was pleasant. The Club's interior was pleasant. Didn't serve lunch until 12.00pm not a problem. Menu was extensive and bistro based. Ordering and paying for the ribs easy and pleasant. Then being told there were no ribs as they were eaten yesterday was a bummer. The lady couldn't do the computer refund as she couldn't and I had to wait for the manager. I eventually chose another dish. The food came (hamburger with chips) and was very big. Well it didn't taste that good, the hamburger that is, the chips were fine. The manager appeared and gave back the difference, thanks. So I had a beer which was nice, a coffee which was nice but the meal was, meh! BTW, when I got home I had the trots, cannot say why but can surmise.

Spend my birthday here with my 9 friends and we were all first timers We all really enjoyed doing lawn bowls for the first time, great value for money and Nick was super friendly

Older traditional style club with good food at reasonable prices with big portions that won't leave you hungry. Dining room chairs were very comfortable for our long lunch. Unfortunately their staff were a bit disorganised and seemed slightly disengaged and unhappy, especially the younger ones. Seems to be common these days post-covid.

Our family of 10 celebrated my husbands birthday here today! Lived in the Hills for 3 yrs and only discovered this hidden gem today! Ok, food bloody cracker, ended up eating twice in one day here!!! Bowling facilities top notch and a whole day of Cameron, Laura and Eamon behind the bar for services was 5 star! We're now making this place our local! What a great find! Thanks xx

I had the most wonderful time at this establishment. A young man named Nick served me and my family and he was an absolute pleasure, made sure we were all comfortable and had amazing customer service. Would recommend to everyone to come here.

Food is average and lawn bowling is good on main court.

A good little club it's been updated and the food as clubs go is good.

Went for their trivia. The meals are huge my friend couldn't eat it all and so reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Great staff and good prices. Food is good too. However on Trivia night when there are 2 people serving at the bar and they can both stop to make coffees and leave the bar line waiting and waiting to be served when there is only a short break in the middle of Trivia, it is really frustrating to not be able to return to the game in time for the next question. Can they please take the coffees to those tables after they have served everyone drinks and have time to be on the coffee machine.

Fair food and service a little slow if not at all. Good venue though

The Bistro hasn’t enough variety. Same specials rotated weekly. Always serves the same vegetables and the salad normally ok wasn’t last night, served with a quarter tomato and 2 slices of cucumber. When paying restaurant prices of $30 presentation and value for money will get continued patronage. They do however make a great hot chip Time to update the games in the gaming rooms, very poor selection and very old game's. Staff are great and friendly

Most disappointing especially after we read reviews before heading there for a drink & meal. The specials board was lacking especially after taking the chicken curry & roast of the day off the menu. Who runs out of a roast for crying out loud. Also only one of the beef dish on specials board left. Bistro opens 5:30pm we rocked up 5:32pm. Who ate the food? Not heading back.

The food has always been good there ... but two weeks in a row has been disappointing cheese burger meat was dry an tasted off... Fish was milky and like butter probably frozen and had an odd taste to it chips were great tho...vegetarian fettuccine was bland sun dried tomatos tasted off and pasta over cooked ... bistro manager was rude and dismissive and when approached looked at our plate then took it to the kitchen threw it down on the counter and said nothing... this was sat 6/8/ 2022... as a member to be treated this way is very disappointing as the rest of the club staff have always been helpful and always courteous...this is our go to club so might not be back for a while and spend our money elsewhere..overall disappointing unfortunately...you can delete this review if you like as only five star reviews get commented on....anything negative gets ignored .... I wasn't expecting a reply as that would require a professional approach . .

Great experience! Had a large party book for lawn bowls and Nick was such a great instructor and bartender throughout the night. Employee of the month right there. Nick for the win 🙌🏼

Had the mega beef burger, was an absolute treat. Only complaint, they got rid of their old soft serve machine which had amazing ice cream.

I love this place. Very cozy, feels like walking into your own place. They have GREAT food, but starts at 5:30 till 8:30 weekdays and till 9:30 on weekends. Best value for money. I was very surprised with the quality of the food, given their prices. Recommend the veal shnitty, you will not regret. There is also a kids playing room, with a couple of Xbox consoles and some other games. Not the best, but will keep the kids occupied for a while. They also have barefoot bowling, but needs a reservation. They serve cocktails and drinks all day. They also stay up late, so great for an outing with the mates. Occasionally they get a band to play, but you will need to check their website first.
