The best service, price and professionalism in Ipswich region. Joyce and Vu have run this business in this venue for 19 years with a loyal following. Not only are they extreemly knowledgeable but reasonably priced with fast service. They repaired a broken tower case the same day as drop off and when we collected it they had upgraded the tower case at the same cost as the cooling fan wouldn't fit. Gamers heaven. Not very often I give 5 stars, but this business definitely deserves it. Couldn't find the item I was looking for elsewhere, but luckily WWPC miraculously had some in stock - much cheaper than Ebay. Excellent customer service! Ordered a GPU online as a pre-order. They frequently sent me updates of what stage their shipment was at, and gave me accurate times of when it would ship. Once shipped, I received the order the next day. Very friendly, fast, and would definitely buy from them again.

Terrible customer service. After receiving a face to face quote, they rang and tried to increase the price. They refused to honour original quote and told me to pick up my iPad(which they had made unusable). I then felt forced to accept the higher price to get it fixed. They were aggressive and rude and I would not recommend using their service. Oh, apparently you can't use PayPass!!!!!
