had a disappointing experience at JB Hi-Fi in Craigieburn Central regarding an iPhone 16. The staff member was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills, which was quite upsetting. I hope JB Hi-Fi takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service in the future.

Pathetic and worst Jb Hifi in australia. I wish i could give you NEGATIVE ratings. I called them for a phone and they said it’s in stock. As i have to drive for around an hour, i rang to double check and ask twice that its in stock on website, can you check its in stock, because i am coming from far. The representative confirmed that we have couple in stock. After about one hour, I went to store and nothing in stock. They check all cabinets and said it’s out of stock from many days. WHAT A JOKE? WHAT TYPE OF HUMAN YOUR ARE? DO YOU HAVE ANY RESPECT OF CUSTOMERS AND THEIR TIME?

Staff here are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Never had any issues. Unfortunately they have to put up with some rude customers. Hats off to all retail workers especially leading up to Christmas when the stores are so busy.

Waited there for more than 10 minutes to pay at at the counter but one staff just walked off without saying anything and after 5 minutes two staff showed up and started serving another customer ( I think they were relatives) I left the store and didn’t buy anything Date and time- 11/12 6:10pm approx

Advised wrong charging cords. Service desk were rude and abrupt.

There was a time i hated coming to JB hifi because of the customer service but honestly the past few times ive gone they have been amazing. Big BIG SHOUT OUT to Ethan for his expertise and knowledge, really goes above and beyond to explain things. :)

MASSIVE shout out to Matt - I literally called every JB store in the state trying to get a PS5 disc drive and every store I spoke to either on the phone or in person told me they were out of stock and not sure when they would have more come in. Matt was the only person who went above and beyond to help me - even though there were none at his store location, he managed to find out there was ONE disc drive left in the state in another store and suggested me to contact them straight away. I did immediately after my call with Matt, and thank god I managed to successfully get the apparent last ps5 disc drive in the state... THANK YOU MATT, YOU'RE A LEGEND! Appreciate your stellar customer service!

Customer service journey requires more attention. Staff need more training or information on the products they are selling to customers. Always ask for a better deal.

Came to get a replacement phone as mine was overheating, they gave me a replacement, the new replacement had a factory fault which would of voided warranty as the sim tray wasnt sealing and was leaving a gap, I ended up coming back to store after an hour to show staff, the first manager i dealt with in the beginning he ended up having an attitude, and refused to give a replacement as he thought this was ridiculous after walking off. Second manager came out, she was absolutely wonderful saw the issue, checked if anything could be done, unfortunately nothing was able to be done about it and she ended up giving another replacement phone. We unboxed the phone while we were there, everything was fine upon inspection. (To the first manager who stared us down, while unboxing the phone with his arms crossed, settle down.)

I came in yesterday and this lovely girl served me. Her name was vanessa and she was very accommodating to my many questions and was very helpful. I came to buy a phone and she assisted us well and got along with my kids. Very lovely girl.
