I went to pick up an e-scooter from the JB Hi-Fi collection point but found the directions unclear. After returning to the JB Hi-Fi store inside the mall twice for further guidance, I was finally able to locate the pickup area. To improve the customer experience, clear directional signage should be placed at both the front and back of the mall.

Friendly staff and a nice store

One of the worst customer service i have seen so far. Despite of having the same product I asked i was told to check on other store when checked at other store personally i came to know that product is already available at cranbourne park store which cost me 1 hour of worthless drive. After all when i went back to pickup the product instead of getting apology i was treated like it’s my mistake. Your team need a training or at least a sense of responsibility.

There was a wired lady on front the desk with a different voice she didn’t want to say anything and very laeasy no help at all poor service rest of staff members all very kind and help to get right product.

We waited half an hour maybe even more just to get staff assistance for buying a new phone. When trying to get staff attention they said they’d send someone to help us but no one ever came.

I had an excellent shopping experience at JB Hi-Fi Cranbourne Park HOME! The store is well-organized, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was looking for a few new home appliances and the team went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, offering great advice and product recommendations. They were knowledgeable about the features of different products and even helped me find some awesome deals. The store itself is spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. It’s definitely my go-to place for home electronics and appliances now. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Sorry but this has been a late review, just want to give a shout out to one of their staff in there named Dave for helping me on my orders though he’s also assisting other customers when I asked for his help I understand how hard to do multitasking but then he help me and I am really happy on the items I have ordered. Went in Friday night 4/10 around 6pm to ask a question & potentially purchase, two ladies basically turned their back on me as if not to see me, after waiting about 10minutes Wife & I decided to approach, to be fair 1 was being trained, however the lady training her could not have been ruder or cared less if she tried, I asked my question, not even taking in what I asked rudely asked “What?” Gave me a very short & abrupt answer, no can I help, or any what you would class as customer service, back to training, Sorry to bother you, went and purchased my product elsewhere, terrible

Customer service very foor I Purchased the DJI mini 3 drone from this store after 3weeks I found one issue with out active tracking target, I went back to the store asking them how to do with active tracking target they said won't come with that the one I had was standed one are you kidding me I'll pay for the drone more then $1000 no one telling me nothing at all , I asking them to refund back to me they go no we don't do that, And I also spoke to the girl manager she was rode she told me go deal with DJI drone company, what kind of thoes people's she duty manager Cranbourne shopping centre JB hifi please get away them very bad business at this store.

The day we visited JB hifi in Cranbourne Plaza was a hot day, the store air-conditioning could have been a bit cooler, but like I say, it was operating store wide, the range of office products on sale were good and prices reasonable. There was good staff that were kind and spoke politely, the floor staff were light on, the day we were there, there's no judging on that. Lots of white goods in store, prices comparable to elsewhere. One thing, and it's only a suggestion for weather that is overly hot and uncomfortable, yes, lower the store temperature just a little bit more, for customer comfort, but I'd like to say, for older generations and or pregnant women, can you guy's contemplate putting in seating in a discreet position in store, hubby and I were at the end of our day, and quite exhausted, floor staff weren't to know that, but perhaps think of putting the customer courtesy seating.

I used to like shopping at JB Hi-Fi stores, back in the day when they sold things related to Hi-Fi like CDs & DVDs. Now you can just about expect to find anything related to electronics & household appliances.

JB HI-FI Cranbourne Park HQ was the best place to shop at. I was greet warmly & the young lady sale assistant asked if I needed help. After telling what I needed. I was escorted to the right area of the shop. And then was shown the right item that I need. I was treated with respect. I will shop thete again.

Not impressed with the duty manager service Tried to sell a return/faulty unit to us and talked back unprofessionally way. My husband had to walk away or else Is this how you leading by example for your team? He doesn’t look like he enjoys his job. Other leader is same. Kept questioning customer since it was store error not customer error. And every products have 12 months manufacture warranty.if product faulty is faulty, so replace it and move on. Why customer has to ask for extended warranty? Is it your job to provide the service? Staffs was friendly but unfortunately, management team was disappointed.

There seems to be some people didnt quite like the customer service here. Got curious, I didnt find anything disrespectful or anything, upon entering there wasnt much people inside. The one who serve me however was very detailed and have a lot of knowledge in my interests products. Did kinda feel like they weren't in their best mood but nothing sort of outright disrespectful. Great service would probably come back again.

Very assertive staff and superb customer service. We bought a dryer and washer the sales guy was so helpful and discounted us massively.

Wish i could give something less than a 0. Went to the store to find a solution but instead i was harassed. No help was provide. How unprofessional a staff could be asking the customer to go to Apple and get the phone checked because they were unable to check through their help and support. Drove all the way to fountain gate from Cranbourne park using my own petrol and at the end the manager tells that he cannot give me my money back because apple didn't find any fault in it. I dont care what apple found or didn't find i spent the money and im not happy with the purchase and i find it faulty. I cant do my day to day things normally on the phone that i purchase. Really dissapointed with my purchase and the customer service i got from you guys. Never ever spending a single penny here again.

Unless you are buying a phone plan or Apple product expect to have to wait for someone to help you weekday staff when I have been there during the week are better but weekend staff guessing they are making commission and that's why they really are not interested in you
