Gambling Help Services Update

New Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Service

A tender process for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Gambling Help Service was recently undertaken by the Office for Problem Gambling (OPG). As a result of this process, Statewide Gambling Therapy Service was found to be the successful tenderer and will deliver this service moving forward.

The service will be available to clients located across metropolitan, regional, and remote South Australia via face-to-face (including out-patient and in-patient support) and telehealth options.

As a result of the appointment of Statewide Gambling Therapy Service, PsychMed is no longer the CBT GHS provider. We kindly ask that you remove any resources or posters from your gaming room that may be advertising the PsychMed service.

Statewide Gambling Therapy Service resources for your venue will be developed over the coming months and made available to you when they are ready.
