Purchased a TV and then there was a price reduction of $320 two days later. Contacted manager about this and did not hesitate to refund the $320. His response was excellent and highly recommend JB HI FI West Lakes.

It's a okay place to go and buy stuff the place is mediocre and okay.

I checked online and found that the item I wanted to buy was only available here, so I drove 40 minutes to buy it here. After checking, they also said that the item was the last one. I was very disappointed that they couldn't find the item I wanted to buy. I can only say that the employees in this store are very unprofessional

Need signs down stairs as was hard to find unless you've been there before.

Found what we needed with the help of some friendly staff. It's not the best presented shop and feels a little unclean. However, it is super busy, and what more can you do with concrete floors and a billion products. The staff seem to know the products, and if they don't, they are happy to get the answers for you.

Was a good exspearience today, got help straight away, he quickly grabbed the sound bar, was waiting at the front door after I made payment, wasn't even in there for 5 minutes.

I was so ripped off by their so called non-existent service. I bought a TV from then and was asked if I wanted to pay extra $200 so they could install all settings! They did such a good job that when daylight savings began? The time was not set to automatically change! I had to do it! They were in such a hurry to leave that what they did do took 2minutes! $200 and it was not customised to my liking! I think I deserve a refund! There was no service! When they ask you please remember what they did to me!
