Great pub, one of the best in adelaide, hands down. They brew all their own beer (very well), they play quality live music almost every night, and they have a different food truck every night. 5 star

Great little pub. They brew their own beer so it's great if you want to try something different. The staff are wonderful and will always help out with drink choices. There's a rotation of food trucks, so again, there's always something different to eat. There's also a lot of live music out back. A special mention needs to go to the furniture, I absolutely love it

The Wheatsheaf Hotel has such a great vibe because it's so relaxed and casual. No pokies, a pool table, live music, a great range of craft beers and excellent staff. No kitchen but they have a range of nibbles available and they have regular food trucks. One of my favourite places.

An excellent craft brewery with an incredible mix of clientele. Small music venue and a great beer garden. No too far from the CBD and served well on a free tram from the city.

Would come again for the genuine hand pump beer alone. Excellent pub and staff, a very extensive range of beers on tap to suit every taste. Plenty of quiet places to sit and kick back. Rolling Naples was the food truck option for this evening and there were no problems at all ordering and bringing in a feed.

Great pub, great live music venue, fantastic beers. One of only 2 places I've found in Adelaide that sells real hand pull draught beer, and it's delicious. Great staff, and the food trucks never disappoint.

Terrible staff nothing but rude and obnoxious would not recommend unless beer that taste like you're sucking lemon.

Best relaxed bar in Australia, with a number of craft beers for those who enjoy them. They don't cook their own food, but there is a different food car there every night.

It's a local institution. Great live music venue, decent food options from nearby food trucks, great craft beer made on site, great whiskey selection. Classic West Adelaide pub.

Surely one of Adelaide's best pubs. The beers here are absolutely magnificent, there's always something new to try from their onsite brewery. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's also one of the most inclusive venues I've been to, clearly a safe space for the LGBTIQ+ community which is great.

This pub has character, which is unusual for a lot Aussie pubs. The craft beers are fabulous, if a little pricey. The red wine is very limited, but the one Shiraz on offer is well chosen. There's a nice covered area outside that caters for bands - get there early if you want a seat! Rug up too for winter.

Quite simply the best craft beer pub in Adelaide. A must visit.

Can’t comment on the food as we only came for a drink but it was nice, close to the entertainment centre if you are catching a show. They offer rotating food trucks versus a full kitchen and seemed to have a great line up of live/local bands.

I love the Wheaty. I've filmed a few artists there over the last few years and really enjoy the atmosphere. Food is available out front with a mobile kitchen. I don't eat while working but it smells really nice with meals around me. No pokies which is nice. Great locally owned pub.

Amazing beer, whisk(e)y and vino. Highly recommend the Fleurieu Distillery’s “Whiskey Kisses” and the Karrawatta Joseph Shiraz. Great team, warm atmosphere and an array of high quality food trucks on rotation. What more could ya want?

An excellent musical night

Good beer, nice place to hang out. But the hours drives me nuts. 3 o'clock on some weekdays fine. But should be open from 12 fri-sun.

Bar service was ordinary, inattentive female bar staff asked who was next, to which I responded “me” and they still went to take order from the female customer. I’m all for equity and equality, but then that applies in all instances.

First time I'd been to a gig there for years. Mick Thomas . Only had a soda water , but the bar service was great and the atmosphere at the Wheaty was excellent. Great gig too!

Chill bar, great vibe, staff are excellent and knowledgeable (they will explain the beer on tap), pool table and a couple of beer gardens. There was also a food truck outside that made food. Lovely place. Will be back.

If you like screaming kids running around, kids sitting on the bar and sheer ignorance/laziness of other people having no consideraton to other people this is the place for you

Everything was perfect, an incomparable variety of drinks, live music, the only detail is that they don't serve food, I had to go out on the street to buy it from the food truck parked in front of the bar
