Staff are very helpful

The guy that served me, Brayden, helped me unbelievably. I've had great experiences at JB for the last 6 months and he topped that. Mel, too, was phenomenal. Huge thanks to the two of them, very happy to walk out with a big smile.

Customer service is alright

Went to buy a mobile phone holder that you can attach to the vent on the Dash very good, no glue needed

Have just had the most fabulous service and help from Jax at the Munno Paro store. What a champion. I went in to look at stereo's and he knows his stuff. I also wanted a sound bar for our TV. Jax was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave me advice on all the best deals available for both. I enquired about the coffee machines on sale also - no worries, his knowledge of them was fabulous too! Such great friendly service and nothing seemed too much trouble. The sound bar was out of stock, so he organised to have it transferred to Munno Para for me, so I can pick up from there when available. Thanks Jax - Employee of the month and give the guy a raise - he's worth it. Oh and have just arrived home and the stereo is fabulous!!

Great deals and the staff know their stuff

It's always a lengthy process to obtain service. It's often easier to go to Harvey Norman a few doors down.

Friendly staff

Terrible customer service, music so loud they say can't hear you, then you speak up and then you are talking to loud at them, total arrogance in their approach to a problem if they started by looking at the problem before they blame the customer, anyone would think they get charged for warranty issue out of their pay, if you want customers to come back to buy again you have to trust, I will never buy again from JB hi-fi they need to have a strong hard look at how they treat customers we are always wrong in your eyes first, and the law of average is it is the product a lot of the time

I havent had much luck with JB in the last however Lucy @ munno has saved it! The service and knowledge she supplied was incredible. Will certainly be back to see her when I'm in need of a new appliance!

After a poor customer service experience at Harvey Norman. Bought headphones, iPhone charging dock and Apple Watch at JB. Watch was not in stock, but was ordered and delivered to my door within 24 hrs. Great customer service and Aaron in particular was very helpful.

Good staff in bed/furniture area. Bought a king size bed, delivered on time. Delivery guys cheerful, no marks on walls.

If the music playing in a shop is so loud that you have to lean into the ear of staff and yell just to ask a question, it's too loud. I took my $1400 straight out the door, around the corner and spent it with your competitor.

SERVICE IS STILL CRAPPY THEY EVEN ADVISED US TO GO TO HARVEY NORMAN ALL WE ASKED WAS TO VIEW THE REMOTE OF THE TV WE WANTED TO BUY BEFORE. THEY SAID WE DONT HAVE THEM TRY HARVEY THEY MIGHT. THEN WHEN ASKED BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHY WE WERE LEAVING HE SAID WE DIDNT LIKE THE UNIVERSAL REMOTE! NOW THEY LIE! THEY LOST THE SALE HARVEY HAD THE REMOTES AND THE SERVICE MY MUM IS NOW HAPPY WITH HER NEW TV. THANKS HARVEY NORMAN!!!! Poor service, slow and you'll get different people every time if you have any issues. No one seems to know anything about the products thier selling and if you buy a TV for under $500 you'll be lucky if it works and they don't really care to help you after as you didn't spend enough money with them for them too. Any kind of warranty on anything you buy is useless, unless you spend the money and get their insurance and maybe then they'll help. Find anywhere else to shop if you can!

Staff are excellent friendly and polite

We bought a child’s watch phone earlier this year for my mother, who suffers from dementia. All good until the 3G turn off and despite assurances from the company that made it, it stopped working. We sought help in store and were assisted by Aaron in the mobile phone section. Mum can’t be out of contact with family as it distresses her greatly, Aaron understood this and was very caring and concerned. He did everything he could to fix it and when all else failed he obtained permission to refund or replace. Within the hour we were back at the home with a new watch, all set up and working perfectly. He is a gem and went above and beyond to help us even though my father had lost the receipt. We cannot thank him enough.

Great service and friendly workers

Haven't been here in a long time as I usually shop closer to home. I was shocked to find out that this JB HI-FI is home appliances, no DVDs or cds.

After waiting over 15 minutes to be served I very loudly said if I picked an iPad up and walked out of the store I would get some service and after complaining loudly 5 minutes later I gave up and left. I would give it no stars if I could. I was told by a couple of locals that the lack of service is the norm in that store. I knew exactly what I wanted so it should have been an easy sale. I walked to Harvey Norman just down the road and was in and out in under 5 minutes with a new iPad under my arm

Plenty of help available and the employee that served me seemed fairly knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. Also didn't harp on with the upsell too much which was a bonus so all in all was a good experience

Everyone that works here are super kind and it seems like they want to help you and not just sit there and get paid great products and great website although I wish they had more stock on all there products so that when you show up there with a wallet full and a website telling you your items in stock you don't leave feeling stupid but overall I highly recommend please do shop here

Dear JB HI-FI, thank you for giving me the worst experience of my life. As i was walking into JB i was greeted by a cunning man who was blind asking me if i needed assistants when he clearly needed it. after that dilema I went to go get a new phone, when all of a sudden i tripped over an employee who clearly tripped me. He began to laugh, but as he did i took no time at all and got up and put the man in an arm bar eventually snapping his arm, i then began to oblique kick any witnesses knees. thankfully for compensation i got a free, fresh, IPhone 16. although i will never come back as the trip caused me to leave with a broken ear, permanantly damaged eye and multiple jarred fingers. Thank you, bye

Good prices on the stock but absolutely 0 customer service. I wandered around the store for 15mins, not a staff member in sight. If you know what you want, you'll be fine shopping in this store.

Hey, the customer support was amazing! I went to the store and immediately a sales rep helped me out. I bought two Samsung A35s and a Samsung A9+. I got a great discount and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. They just recommended some phone and tablet cases, which I bought. Overall, it was a great experience. Don't be afraid to ask for the best price!

No 4K UHDs, Blu Rays or DVDs in stock. Shop online via JBHIFI's online store or Amazon instead. Alternatively head to JBHIFI in Elizabeth as they still stock films and music.

Girl named Lucy helped my partner and I buy a tv with an amazing deal. We didn’t intend on buying anything but the service convinced us! Lovely lady, excellent service. Also looks like a QUEEN 💅

Yet again I went to the store looking at purchasing a new large tv and yet again I was never served or had anyone of the staff come anywhere near me to ask if I would like some help. Today like yesterday I was standing around for 10 plus minutes while there was only 5 customers in store and all the staff were either standing around chatting or over at the counter chatting. CRAP SERVICE!

Needed to return a television that randomly stopped working, they did not follow protocol and they said we had to send it back 3 times before they could consider refunding it.

Quite good service from the young skatey looking dude that used to be an apprentice mechanic. Thanks for the help with my new pixel 8 pro.
