Unfortunately the staff member could not speak English very well at all. Very hard to understand. The problem could not be resolved due to communication problems.

Disappointed I got treated like a chump for my lack of knowledge when it comes to computers, like the fear all women have when they go to the mechanic because we don't know anything so they pray on us and try to rip us off where ever they can. So please beware of this place if you don't know anything about computers cause you will get ripped off. I got charged $175 to replace an SSD drive worth $30-$50. I had no idea if that was as good price but felt reassured which I now know was groomed into thinking I was being taken care of by his promises of not wanting me to pay money I didn't have too and would hate to see me spend so much money when I don't need too. it just doesn't sit right that I got charged so much in labor. Yes the problem is fixed and my computer is running faster but i still cant help feeling i was ripped off and taken advantage of. Come here at your own risk.

I rebuilt my PC and was having issues with it starting up. I took it to CT Computers who quickly identified an issue with my motherboard. I decided to buy a new motherboard, new processor and RAM and had it all installed within 2 hours. Windows didn't need to be reinstalled which saved so much angst, everything works a treat and the pricing was fantastic. I would give more stars if i could. I've been building PC's for over 20 years. I won't even bother building my own again. This was so cheap and efficient. THANKS KHAI *****

I suspected my AIO cooling system was broken, so I took my desktop into CT Computers. The guy was very helpful, quickly confirming the problem and offering a selection of replacement parts with pragmatic no BS advice. He gave me a quote and time estimate for replacement for the same day even though I was a walk-in. He texted me when it was ready and I came to pick it up. His quote was spot on and he let me know of some other faulty, non-critical parts (case fans). It was quick to pay and rush home to play KCD2 on launch day. My PC is now whisper quiet and my CPU is no longer in danger of melting into slag. This place was everything I wanted out of a computer repair place and would highly recommend it to others.

Brought my pc to this place because it was running slow I was impressed with his professionalism, he told me the truth to save my money , but also gave me computer back in a very quick time I’m very happy This is by far the best computer place in the western suburbs compared to others i have been to which are quick arrogant

Always quick service & all the good products in stock when we need them. Had a start up issue which they diagnosed the fault in a couple of hours & had a great priced MSI motherboard to replace our faulty one.

I have a Lenovo computer, was having major issues with it. The computer would turn on but everytime I tried to log in. It just kept cycling through after I put my password in. And I would be back to the same starting point. I rang them on the morning to see if they were able to fix my computer for me. I took my computer in. They had a look at it, and said it would take about 2 hours. Two hours later I picked my computer up, showed me that the issue was fixed all information that I had on the computer was still there. So thank you so much for fixing my issue it was fast, efficient and decently priced. I will definitely come to you guys if I have any problems in the future.

Went in looking for a graphics card about 11.am mid August. After finally getting I guess what you describe as attention from the tech/salesman he didn't even look up at , didn't seem to even care. My Mid range modest gaming PC suddenly gave me the blue screen of death and was extremely slow then wouldn't turn on. I tried the solve the issue myself but it could not have been software. Something had failed. In a afternoon they Identified and fixed the problem (motherboard failure) and I had the computer back that night. Also decided it was better to do a slight upgrade on a new board and cpu, and the pricing was close to the range of the Big computer shops in the south east. If you have a real issue CT computer most likely can fix it.

I had an issue with my AIO Dell computer that wouldn't turn on? Replaced the charger but that didn't work, so decided I needed professional help. I didn't want to take it to one of the big PC repair places as my preference was to give some work to one my local smaller pc repair places. Fortunately for me, CT Computers were only 5mins away from me (didn't even know they were located where they were even though I've driven past them like a million times haha. Ken dealt with me when I bought my AIO in just after lunch on Saturday and was very helpful. I left it with him thinking I wouldn't get it back until the following weekend, but to my surprise, Ken phoned me back after an hour and said it's all fixed and I could collect it that same day. Plus it didn't cost me as much as I was thought it might. Next time I have an issue, I'll know where to take it for repairs from now on and I'll also be recommending CT Computers to family / friends. Located just opposite MacDonald's at Werribee. My Laptop Screen was broken and came out of the hinge, I went to the shop on Friday evening as it was work laptop and was expecting it to be replaced. But the guys worked out a way of fixing it without replacing it to new screen and fixed it and gave me next day afternoon. Genuinely Helped to fix it at a reasonable cost too. Found that they also sell laptops and computers too, checkout at there store for lots of other things they have or the services they provide.

Called them up in the morning and asked if they could update my mother board. Guy asked for model numbers and said yes, he could do it. After 4 hours with my PC they said they couldnt do it and I that should return the motherboard. I went to Centrecom the next day and they did it instantly. Decent prices, but big communication barrier if you want something specific done.

There English was quite broken and honestly they were rude and the prices were more expensive than center com and other places as others have said there a bit dodgy wont be going here again.

This place is so dodgy, I walk in and ask for a sata cable and shown the wrong one that's fine. But when I go to pay I'm asked do you have cash to I reply no? And under the cashier's breath well there is a 15$ minimum and just thrusted the EFTPOS terminal at me, poor bloody form. As for the minimum there was no signage in the wall or anywhere.

BEST BEST BEST. I googled and bumped into western computers after a bad experience with geek2u. Western computers chatged per service (unlike geek2u per hour) and they were very reasonable and pleasant to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Came here looking for two things. Wireless card... successful and works great. I also asked for a digital sound card as the current card in my computer only has stereo from the HDMI output. Asian guy behind counter tries to sell me a lead to go from my USB port to a headphone socket saying I'd get Dolby digital 7.1 surround sound through it..... I advised that it's not possible to get 7.1 from a standard stereo socket and that I need a new sound card. He advised he did not know what I meant and was unable to help me. I ended up going to centrecom in Sunshine and got much better service. Also to note, the wireless card that I bought from here at $55.00 was also $10 cheaper at Centrecom.
