Me and my family of 5 had a great stay. Love how everything was so close, all the food options and the shopping centre right next door.

Great stay and great location

I have run away to the Quest twice now. The staff are amazing. Returning from dinner my second night the reception reminded me of my doctor appointment next day. WOW 😲 you don't get that anywhere else. Rooms were being renovated when I was here in September. I am very impressed with what they have done 👍. The accessibility room is really roomy and the king 👑 bed 🛏️ so comfortable. The accessible bathroom is huge with everything you could possibly need Definitely recommend staying

This was by far the worst motel experience I’ve ever had. The overnight manager was completely unhelpful and seemed unaware of anything. Even though everything was paid for through work, they still insisted me to pay a $150 bond. To make matters worse, they gave me a room that was already occupied, and I walked in on someone sleeping. It was an incredibly embarrassing situation. Poor management.

Quest Caroline Springs is close to relatives living in the suburb so suited us well. It is however, also close to public transport and is very easy to travel into Melbourne by train rather than drive. Apartment was a good size. We had a queen size bed which was a bit soft, had stayed in the past and had king size bed which was much more comfortable. Close to many places to eat and supermarkets and has secure parking.

It could be a better stay if the amenities is working properly at all times especially after office hours Considering the location is far from the public transport.

We were absolutely blessed with the quest crew of Caroline springs. Just with everything, the facility, the use of the microphone and projector just amazing, the conference room we used absolutely spotless well done we absolutely loved our experience at the quest Caroline springs and we will be using the room more often in the near future. Bless you Quest team of Caroline springs for also meeting our needs and being very flexible with us.

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful. It was so quiet, we had almost no disturbances throughout our stay. The room was perfect for the two of us and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be staying again

We have stayed at Caroline Springs Quest many times and can not recommend this venue more, great clean rooms, fabulous friendly staff.

Very enjoyable stay, clean and comfortable. Big plus close to major shopping centre, many excellent dining options. Not convenient for public transport but easy parking.

Excellent stay clean comfortable, the view were outstanding I could see as far as to the hills surrounding north west Melbourne, central and convenient to shops and shopping centres, no issues with parking also a very welcoming kind workers that made the effort my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible, thanking you QUEST CAROLINE SPRINGS,

The spa was amazing…definitely recommend the 1 bedroom spa suite…the service is absolutely fantastic and very polite. We will be returning customers…the girls at the front desk are beautiful and very friendly and are happy to help always…A+++

Brilliant and spacious. Very very friendly staff. Clean. Lots of useful shops nearby too. Good access to nearby suburbs and well connected to rideshare at all hours. Would highly recommend to families visiting nearby relatives. Exceptional.

Friendly staff,comfortable room

I used to get great customer service from previous staff Alesha. Now the staff are horrible and hopeless. One say something and other staff say something. I informed earlier yesterday to early checkout and they said I can get refund. . I rang this morning and different story. The previous manager was so helpful and the current manager was not helpful. I don’t think I would recommend this quest with the current staff.

Parking and location great

We stay at Quest Caroline Springs every year we always find the Staff very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and we feel we have everything we need for our stay. Shops are close - supermarkets and other shops also a food court. The Restaurants in the area are fantastic too.This year 2024 we have had a bedroom a lounge area with couch and TV and larger kitchen area rather than a Studio Apartment. We have been truly satisfied with the accommodation. We are very comfortable. Again the Staff are wonderful Ava helped us with our sign in when we arrived. She was very efficient and kind and cheerful into the bargain. I have received texts to make sure everything is going ok or we need anything. Great service. Thank you Quest.

We were there for first aid course. Didn't really check everything out. Free underground parking was provided and refreshments. It was clean comfortable and convenient.

Attended a conference here and the staff were just brilliant. Amazing hospitality. No request was too much. Last minute they catered for dietary requirements in such a generous way, facilities were wonderful. Thank you!

From Amy who took our booking to Fiona who checked us in fabulous 5 star service. Clean, quiet comfortable accommodation with everything needed for a night before a flight. Exceptional onsite parking with spacious and secure area.

Reception very helpful

My daughter and I stayed for one night. If I could fit this room and that amazing bathroom into my car I would of. The spa was fantastic. The rooms were very clean. Staff were great. My only problem was the traffic noise. The shower wow could fit a whole family of six into it. Chocolates on the bed room was completely comfortable had the heater on. Loved it.thank you to quest .

I selected the Quest Caroline Springs as normally where available I'm a national Guest at their hotels. Unfortunately, this one is the worst hotel experience of my life. I live in hotels and travel internationally due to work, although I have never had such a negative experience. Front desk team kind, Polite and respectful Unfortunately the terms set are Hotel First customer second. Not worth staying as a long-term guest.

Went for a conference, clean and tidy. Easy to access the parking lot

Great rooms easy to get at and park. Lots of quality food places all within a 10 minute walk.

Friendly and quick check in. Room was very clean. Bed was massive!! The only negative would be that there was lots of road traffic noise that was constant throughout the night however this is beyond the hotel’s control.

Reception service hit and miss. When it's good it's good, when it's bad it's bad.. definitely prefer night staff. 1 apartment rooms very nice & clean with fridge & washing machine.

Pretty

The price was good and so was the location but the bed was so uncomfortable and there wasn’t body wash in my room! There are stains on the couch and when I got a bowl it was really dirty. The other ones were really wet. The spoons were dirty and they didn’t even clean the room before my family entered

Pathetic experience! Our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived at 2.30pm. There was only one staff at the reception who was checking in all the guests and also answering phones which the process really slow and tedious. When I asked when will my room be ready, they said we can’t give you an estimated time. I can only imagine how the stay would be if the check in experience was so pathetic. The lady was rude and did not even smile and greet us. She did not even apologise and said you can give us whatever feedback you want. I told them that I have a baby with me and still no compassion. I am never staying here again!!

I would give this place zero stars it's a dump of a place and they use the same sponge to clean the toilet and shower avoid this place.

Room was nice and big perfect for 2 people/friends and separate bathroom fab. But furniture was quite damaged. The table tops were bubbled and peeling.

The location and room were to our expectations. The only fault was no hair dryer and ironing board cover was too large. I would stay here Gain

Great short stay. Reception staff was a friendly and helpful young lady. The room signage could improve, was hard to notice on first arrival.

Modern hotel located next to shopping centre and local shops on access road. Road noise a bit loud but bearable. Windows should have been double glazed.

Managers attitude is appalling, i’d rate half a star if I could. Communication is non existent between staff.

Receptionist Aimee was not helpful and very rude. On our 5th day of staying in the hotel, we asked the Reception in the morning before we left to clean our room / apartment, we arrived back in the hotel at 4 PM and apartment was not serviced and clean! So disappointed! Very poor service and lacking customer service skills! Not going to stay again in this hotel / location.
