Terrible customer service experience here, came in for a new phone and plan, served by two people and the final guy 'helping me out' said there was nothing he could do to get it organised for me. Ended up at a different store (Brighton Home) and had it all done and sorted with no issues, they couldn't have been more efficient and helpful there. Very strange, never had this experience at any phone retailer

Generally pretty good and are mostly knowledgeable. They managed to find a very old tv series and had it shipped in quite quickly.

Very busy on Boxing Day, saw 3 people, before I could find and get what I needed, then one helpful gentleman got the magnet to get the item I wanted to purchase. Cashiers were friendly and helpful.

Tony was lovely and so pleasant to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about Garmins and knew the difference in all the models and what may suit me. He also found me a better price on top of the already discounted model which was amazing and so appreciated! I wasn’t planning to buy a new watch but Tony’s customer service simply made it hard not to (in a good way!) thanks Tony!

Made 3 phone calls trying to get someone to talk to in the phone department, hung up twice after waiting, waiting ,finally asked to talk to manager, once again had to wait, customer service would rate very very low, waited over3 weeks to get my phone back which was sent back to Oppo , would never recommend Oppo phones to anyone.

Kit went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service was exceptional. All the staff were great but Kit was outstanding. Thanks again for looking after me and really listening to what I needed. You are true asset to JBHi-Fi

Very helpful staff when purchasing a TV

When I needed assistance, all the staff were attending to customers. Had 1 who would rather talk with thier friends than attend to customers, which was frustrating. Especially since I had 1 simple question. Had to line up at the checkout registers instead to ask a simple question.

Great jb good size no walking into a giant shopping center looking for it

There are more staff than customers but no one willing to make eye contact or willing to help as too busy talking with each other. still waiting while they ignore me and my son. Wanting to buy some items but needed help, but cannot get them. Walked out without buying anything.

What happened to late night weekend hours

Similar to another review left today, I felt that my presence in the store was not acknowledged for minutes after being seen. I arrived today ~ 40 minutes before close, staff abundant in all departments. In fact, the Security Staff / Door Person working here today was far more helpful; and deserves a raise for sure! He greeted me upon entry and ensured I left with my objective resolved -- which was unfortunately not resolved because they could not price match from Amazon. Would rather purchase from JB over Bezos but I cannot say I was happy with the service.

Great service people are very helpful. Bayside Frankston store was shocking they didn't come near us waiting awhile and they were talking between themselves. WE ended up walking out and went to another store

Out to buy a new dishwasher and fridge. We were approached by Kit who was so attentive and knowledgeable, she went out of her way to get us an awesome deal for buying both items together. I hope JB hangs on to this young lady, she is a gem!

A JB Hi Fi super store. If what you're looking for isn't here, it's either sold out or they just don't stock it. A wide selection of products with staff that are friendly and have a wide knowledge of stock.

Disappointed with the amount of cds they had .I do realise that they aren't popular any more. But that why I went.

Very disappointed with staff at this JB, called up today and was told they had the product I needed in stock and was given a price from Jack the duty manager, only to have driven for 30 minutes to purchase this, once there, extremely rude staff member telling me they only had a second hand one (returned stock from customer), I asked to see if they could see if any other jb had one, waited 20 minutes whilst rude staff member called, then she hangs up on call and walks away. Went to the Good guys, spent my money and got lovely customer service, will never go back to JB

She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. She also helped us with some extra purchases on an additional visit, maintaining the same level of service. Purchased cable that had been used before and repacked ( green checked sticker on it). No discount ( was the last one there and I needed it). Took it home and it didn't work properly. Staff are lovely, can't blame them for store policy

I lived closer to the Bayside hub so I attempted to order click and collect for there. When I got there they said it was for Frankston HOME and my mind was like bruh. Now I'm in the Cranbourne station bus and am chilling. It's a pretty good day to be outside ngl.
