Only been in a few times but when I have I have been quite disappointed the cleanest parts of their stores are the toilets and that’s on a good day and they are always under staffed and the workers never look like they are enjoying themselves I really feel for them

45 minute wait for our meals, only to find they were wrong. Half the meal was simply missing! I noticed other customers also had been served the wrong meals, but couldn't get staff to respond, so walked out. I get it, you're busy, especially on a Friday night. Put on more staff. We've been shafted twice now at Knox, not coming back. By contrast, the Burwood East Schnitz is amazing, even when they're just as busy. Maybe go talk to the owner there and get some pointers.

Saturday Arvo, you go to a restaurant for a meal, you'd think they'd put on enough staff for a busy afternoon? There was one poor girl working all by herself. I waited 20 mins for my Parma and honestly ! won't be coming back to Schnitz ever again. A long wait time is one thing but jeez u should pay that girl triple for having to do so many people's jobs at once. Schnitz you should be ashamed exploiting your workers like that

Came here with the whole family and had the world's most complicated orders from everyone. Our server, Ash handled it like a pro and got everyone's order right even when we had to split it into 4 separate bills. Great service!

Tables and chairs dirty, no one bothers to wipe down the chairs and table especially outdoor. Plates not taken back . Disgusting to sit and enjoy a nice burger at this place in the sun.

We go to Knox alot and it's always good but today was exceptional, the food was the best it's ever been and they gave us extra for no reason! the server was genuine and friendly. easily worth a little extra travel time if you find your local schnitz lacking.

Been here multiple times has always been OK till today, meal was served luke warm and soggy. felt violently ill almost as soon as I walked out along with my wife (had not eaten anything else that day). I will never return here and have lodged a complaint with centre management. Avoid at all costs

A lot of people waiting but not a single person doing anything behind the counter. Have they all decided to quietly quit or something lol 6 people just staring at the ceiling. I feel sorry for the uber eats guys that seem to be piling up as they aren’t getting paid to stand here yet for some bizarre reason were sent here. One person has had another meal on his hand the entire time I’ve been waiting (15mins plus) Would want a refund on that now soggy food .

Extremely disappointed. Got schnitz delivered... not only did they not fill the chop packet up full, but the gravy was gluggy (literally chunks all through it). The wrap was half the size it used to be, but still charging a ridiculous amount for it!!! Not going back there again!

Excellent Schnitz, food Excellent. Long time staff member Victoria, is an asset to this store. We are always looked after. If anything is ever not right like something is cold, this store will fix amd replace it for you. So always ask. I believe this store is now under new management too.Thank you.

Was amazing service and good food.

I’m a disability support worker so came in for lunch with my client. I mentioned to the girl taking my order that the food needed to be soft and moist, easy to chew. She went and got further assistance and she went above and beyond to make sure the food was perfect for my client. She even brought the bun to the table before she made the burger to see if I wanted it toasted or not. She then brought me extra mayo at no charge. It’s always fantastic when food places are more than happy to accommodate and to help me to make my clients meal one she can enjoy. My client finished her whole plate with a smile!!

Decided to dine in yesterday while out to lunch with a friend. The restaurant was extremely quiet received our meal rather quickly which was fantastic however disappointed my fries had clearly not been cooked for our order as they were stone cold and I wasn't even offered lemon for my corona the blonde lady just opened it and pushed it across the counter at me with no customer service etiquette at all. I don't think any staff member would appreciate getting served cold soggy fries so I'm not sure why they feel it's acceptable to serve to others like that.
