Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Thanks team!!

I came into the store with 10 minutes till closing which I know is extremely annoying but I knew exactly what I wanted. I ran in and grabbed my purchase, apologised profusely to staff for arriving so late to buy a simple projector, but the staff were so lovely and told me not to even worry about it. They didn't rush me out and they didn't rush serving me or answering any questions. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I'll definitely return, but I promise I'll be earlier on in the day.

Good vibes at the Narre Warren store, team is super chill

This was the first JB Hi Fi that didn't want to negotiate on price. Served by a young customer service attendant who was polite enough, I was polite as well. But he flat out refused to negotiate on price. He said it was company policy to not offer any discounts or negotiation on ticketed items. I've purchased from other JB Hi Fi stores for a long time. They always negotiated. I then purchased. Better service elsewhere.

Zain helped me, customer service was so good

It's just like every other JB Hi Fi... Bright yellow, Arial black lettering, and a sense of hopelessness when you wander the television aisle.

Went into store today as I had received an anniversary gift ( Sony Earbuds ) that were faulty. We were assisted by one of the store managers Glynn, he was more than happy to help me with this issue and replaced my faulty Sony Earbuds with a new pair to my liking ( BOSE ), was happy to pay the difference. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Glynn for his time, patience, understanding and extreme professionalism. I can understand why he is part of the management team ☺️

Jbhifi is always good but I find this store so helpful. The staff are all willing to help not just when you are buying items but if something goes wrong or you need help they actually are happy to assist and I always get a helping hand. Went in a couple days ago with my vacuum having problems and they just switch a few clips for me which is all I needed and now I can get back to vacumming. Will only buy expensive goods from jb . 10/10 service

The best JB HiFi on store support ever Not related to the technical knowledge but for a human being and support they costumers I spend over an hour during replacement DJI replacement process, and JB team do all what they could to provide me a working DJI mini pro with can be activated correctly DJI should have product recall as RC2 cannot be activate !!!

Have bought many things over many years.. always great service no matter how big or small the sale.. special mention to Oscar who is a delight to deal with.

The manager need to show respect to cx with indian descent. Another cx came after us and he just left us out and when asked to price match with whatvhe says he literally walked out giving us a disgusting stare and ask us twice we can get it from somewhere else. Young staff member was left apologising for this behaviour. We are paying cx not walking in store to be insulted by the very old guy who calls himself manager( i recall his name as james). I will be putting his conversation on tik tok to show how jb hifi are treating cx with color

Had an amazing customer service experience today as we purchased electrical scooter. Joel has good knowledge with great attitude, he answered all our questions and also offered a helping hand for us to carry it till our parking!!

Quite pricey, l asked to price match but they declined.

Sad, but they don't sell CDs anymore. You have to go in to the fountain gate shopping centre to get a cd, limited amount to choose from!

Easy click and collect service.

I had a very disappointing experience at JB Hi-Fi recently. I went there to take advantage of a last-day Telstra SIM card offer. The staff member I spoke to asked me to come back the next day, assuring me that they would honor the same offer. However, when I returned the following day, I was told that they (Yas) couldn't fulfill the promise. This lack of consistency and follow-through was extremely frustrating. I expected better service and reliability from a store like JB Hi-Fi.

Was unable to get a refund for earphones. I was specifically told that I could return them if they didn’t fit my ears, as I often have a hard time fitting earbuds. Manager (Yas) said there was nothing he could do. Since I was directly told by a JB Staff member, I believe it is rather dishonest for them not to honour their word.

Great store and friendly staff! Overall, I am very happy with the various appliances purchased.

Narre Warren Home Centre, I went in to buy a laptop, I knew what I wanted just wanted to check it out before buying it. There were two staff members there, literally 2 metres away from me. They were busy talking to each other, for over 5mins. I was with my little 2yr old so I wanted to get in buy the laptop and get out. And at that time there were no customers so I thought great, this will be nice and quick. Instead I waited and waited, they knew I was there yet decided to ignore me. If they were having a meeting just acknowledge me and that would have been enough for me to wait around. As I was leaving another person came to look at laptops also, straight away they acknowledged him. Was it because I had torn jeans or dark skin...who knows. But they lost a sale, went straight to Officeworks and bought the laptop.

We were looking for a new fridge and were assisted by Wahid. He was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Wahid. Great service from Wahid, thankyou for all your assistance. We would not hesitate to return to this store.

Want to buy kids headphone which was “locked in” but electronic guy who got a key in the store has more important things gossiping with his colleague instead serving customers. That’s why he has to stick with his job because “mate” you still need to learn a basic skill for your job customer service.For god sake “ how you guys can be selective to provide a basic customer service it’s not a rocket science 🤬 just a customer service”

Nice friendly staff

Senior gentleman at the counter outright lied and told me they don't do refunds on apple products. Went to the FG store and had it completed in minutes and was well within JB hifi policy. Please dont mislead your customers, if unsure confirm the info before speaking.
