I just wanted to reach out and say a big thank you to you and your team! You guys are amazing and made everything such a simple and smooth process for us. We all enjoyed the night, the guests loved the food and service provided. A special mention to the girls who worked on the event, they were very friendly, efficient and just really nice girls.

This place is above and beyond! All staff that hosted a recent event to celebrate a 50th celebration were above all board. This consists of Francynne, & Kiara we’re so brilliant at the bar & all staff that accommodated a music and delay and photo montage. They went above and beyond an really made our visit & experience truly enjoyable! Thanks to all!!! We will be back ☺️

Decided on a birthday dinner with friends. Have been here before, but it has been updated and has a slight change to the menu. They do have memberships, it free to join, and you get a welcome drink and discounts on food and drinks. Portion sizes were good value for money

Fantastic hotel if you need to stay in Revesby or Milperra! Hotel is huge, modern and caters for all tastes. I ate there for 3 evenings and only have good things to say. The seafood basket was epic!

Great place food is always fantastic never disappoints

Menus has just recently changed and have thoroughly enjoyed the pork ribs on the new menu. Food is great. The only dissapointment is the excessive amount of ice they put in their jugs of soft drink which amounted to 2.5 glasses of drinks from a jug. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the amount of ice they put in their jugs.

We booked the private dining area for my mums 80th birthday party. Kelly was amazing organising the event, nothing was a problem. Food was delicious and plentiful, Dom and the staff were awesome looking after us. All the guests commented on what a great venue and what a lovely afternoon it was. I wouldn't change a thing. The worse hotel I have stayed at leaking ac on my face while I sleep took smells like smoke including the blankets and bed sheet very bad night

Beautiful venue good location food was great. Prices for meals were affordable and loved the discounted prices on the night. Presentation was a wow factor. Downloading app for a free drink wasn’t a good experience. Didn’t work. Hopefully next visit. Will visit again 👌

Great food and venue, we come here all the time at work and have never had a bad experience. Large menu to suit all dietary requirements and staff have always been friendly and courteous.

Food is terrible. Since new management the Kitchen serve up rubbish these days but increase the cost. Got served watery salmon on a bed of chickpeas out of a can at an event there on the weekend which was absolutely horrible. Waste of money.

Still has a really broad menu but with a middle eastern flavour now. All new decor, seating areas etc and looks great. Still great parking too.

A quick two nights' stay for work. Rooms clean, basic with fridge only so bring your own breakfast, lunch but comfortable with good bedding. Location for me good as it was close to the Bankstown ( nót Kingsford Sm) airport. Keep in mind that there are no shops within walking distance, hence UBER or own transport required. Bar, restaurant attached with decent and good priced specials. Despite the bar and bottleshop I found the room quiet. Would stay here again.

Don’t be fooled; to call that place a ‘Hotel’ is a false advertisement. It is a Motel hidden behind a huge eatery and gambling place (that belongs to the 'hotel'). The place has a reception that is literally always closed, and contact is only when asking someone at the bar to come to the reception. I arrived at 7 pm, and it took me three attempts and 15 min to finally have someone appear at the reception. The whole complex, including Motel reception, is not open before 10 am. Breakfast is technically offered, but I could never find out how it works, as no one is ever at the reception.|If nothing of that bothers you, it is not a bad place to stay. The room is clean, reasonably newish renovated, better than many of the average Hotels I have seen.|Tea and coffee are available in the room, and there is also a fridge but no microwave. Room service is coming every day. It is reasonably quiet for the fact that the M5 is so close (except there are some live events going on in the pub). So, all in all, it is an average place to stay for a few nights.

Place is good for a local feed.

Just had the absolute best Seafood Risotto here at the Mill tonight. All seafood cooked perfectly mixed within a tasty risotto. Chef even swapped out the dreaded mussels for more delicious prawns 🍤🍤🍤🥂👏👏

Great location only down the road from train station and bus stop just out front. This hotel dishes out tasty food for reasonable prices. Our room was impressive big Samsung smart tv comfortable bed and pillows. Enjoyed the nice cold carafe of water in the fridge on arrival. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only small problem i had was the power point was only stationed on one side of the king bed. Otherwise great value and we will be back again!

Just attended the Mill Hotel for my father's 68 birthday. After having lunch and spending time eating together we decided to go to the pokie room to play a few games. My partner and I were with our family playing a pokie machine when as asian waitress in the VIP longue asked if my partner and I were apart of my families group to which I responded yes, she continued to ask me and my partner to leave as we were standing around doing nothing (although we just finished playing the huff and puff machine) and that it is against venue rules to have people not playing the machines. I responded, yes okay, no worries, I'll leave to which she thanked me and as I left I pointed out to the staff member that there are atleast 4 other people standing around not using machines so obviously it's an issue because I was with my boyfriend? I understand rules and regulations but after spending money on my dads birthday lunch I definitely won't be back or suggesting this place. This issue occurred around 3pm on a Sunday on 29/10/24 so I am sure you'll be able to pinpoint your staff member. I have family members who also experienced the waitress approaching us. Hope you guys start showing respect to patrons.

We booked the function room for my husband's 50th birthday. Kelly made the whole process so easy. The food was plentiful and delicious. Shannon was our event organiser on the night and was amazing and helped us keep the party running smoothly all night. The room is perfect with it's own outdoor area with heaters as well as it's own private bar and space away from the rest of the hotel. We had family coming from interstate so having the hotel rooms for them to stay was so convenient. Will definitely book this venue against for our next event...highly recommend.

Dear [Mill Hotel Management], I am writing to express my disappointment and humiliation after an incident that occurred at your establishment on Sunday evening. After ordering $159 worth of food and $26 on drinks, I was looking forward to enjoying my seafood hot pot. However, upon taking a bite, I noticed a strange soapy taste. When my sister tried it, she agreed that it had an unpleasant taste. I approached the counter and spoke quietly to the chef, who kindly offered to remake the dish. As I returned to my table, my daughter requested that we leave, and I asked the waiter if it was possible to cancel my hot pot. The waiter agreed and said she needed to get the manager's approval for the refund. When the manager arrived, he informed me that he would provide a refund but stated that I was no longer welcome at the Mill Hotel due to this being the third refund he had given me. I was shocked and disturbed by this accusation, as I had no prior knowledge of any previous refunds. When I asked the manager about the supposed refunds, he claimed I had received refunds at the Intersection Tavern, which I vehemently denied, as I hadn't visited that establishment in years. The situation escalated when the manager claimed that i had complained about a T bone steak the previous week and received a refund, which was also untrue. I can provide proof of our whereabouts the week prior, showing that we were at Mike's Bar a Grill, not the Mill Hotel. Despite my attempts to clear up the misunderstanding, the manager remained adamant, and I eventually requested my refund and left the premises in tears. I even showed him all my transactions from my bank account and said show me where there has been a refund issued to me ever. This is clearly a mistaken identity. He said yes whatever I know it’s you and I said are you serious you still don’t believe me. I may in the past sent food back but NEVER HAVE I RECEIVED A REFUND. As someone with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am appalled by the way your manager treated me. It's unacceptable to accuse a customer of something they did not do and to treat them with such disrespect. Just to let you know when I go out for dinner every weekend I don’t go out with 5 people we always book for 20 plus people. So we will never return. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and take necessary actions to address the manager's behavior as this is unacceptable. Maria

We booked the function room for our daughter’s 21st birthday. And we have to say Kelly the events manager made our life so easy. The function room was the perfect size. The 2 bar staff were fantastic, great personalities. The security we had on the door was an utter gentleman. The DJ had us on the dance floor all night. Our next event will definitely be at The Mill for sure.

Everything you need, will be back, my new regular in this area. Is near a road, but the walls are solid, no sound inside. Bar, bistro on site, convent location and great parking. I was late arriving on a lastin booking and staff were great, room was fresh and clean. Meal was great, steak and beer at the end of a long day, Thank you

We have now had two functions at The Mill within one year. The service provided by the Events Organiser, Kelly and Manager, Don has been exceptional. From the moment that we contacted Kelly with our enquiry, we knew we were going to have our function at The Mill. Kelly is the most professional, efficient, courteous, accommodating, understanding, and loveliest person ever. She listened to our needs and requests and went above and beyond to fulfil them. Don is also so helpful, obliging, accommodating and easy going and nothing is ever a problem. He accompanied us to our car at the end of the night as well. The service provided by the staff, from the bar people to the security was outstanding. Our hosts for the evening were also accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The food was great as always and positive comments were made by all who attended both our functions. The drinks service was also amazing. I cannot recommend Kelly and the team enough to anyone who is looking for a place for their special occasion as they will not deal with a nicer person. I would like to thank Kelly, Don and their team for your outstanding service at both of our functions. You definitely make our decision easy when deciding where to hold our events.

Exceptional service, food, location and amenities. The Manager Don was first class and provided us with a welcoming reception and was always there to assist us. The Food was amazing and the service was the same. The hotel itself was very classy and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and will definitely be returning. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and happy to help out with a friendly chat while refreshing our towels and amenities. Can't rave about this place enough. Thanks you staff. In July 2023, we held my mum's 50th in the function room towards the back of the venue. We had about 50 people, bar and smoking area to ourselves. It was absolutely lovely!! Food was amazing, facility was perfect. Felt like a 5 star function room especially because of the hospitality - who ever was working on the 8th of July, 2023, honestly deserves a raise! And the event organiser was also so amazing! The team on the night were the most beautiful people, my whole family adored them, lovely to chat with and helped us with anything we needed. Would definitely throw another function there in a heart beat!

Great place for lunch and dinner. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend the salt and pepper squid.
