Huge store at Pacific Fair,Gold Coast
Amazing customer service, good discounts. There was an amazing women at the front who was so kind and welcoming (didn’t get her name but she was lovely) and Bill was a great help in helping me pick out my monitor :) Thank you JBHIFI 🤍
I came in to the store to enquire about a new tv after going several other places and not getting much expertise or guidance regarding products. I was met by Che who went above and beyond to help me, not only with a tv but a soundbar, and iPhone accessories for my new phone. He was polite, honest and incredibly knowledgeable across a range of technology (I’d done a lot of research, and he answered every question or concern I had!). He was personable and it was great to speak to someone trustworthy who genuinely had a vested interest in selling you the most suitable product, within your budget, that is suitable for all your needs. Thank you again! For any tv/tech purchases I highly recommend going here and seeing him! Thank you again :)
Great place to shop
I was surprised by the amount of items on sale in this JB HIFI. It's impressive the opportunities you can get in this store.
They’re literally scammers, and I’ll explain why. Supposedly, they have a price-matching system. I went today to ask about it, and the guy told me, “No, it’s only if they know the store. It can’t be online. If it’s from Amazon, you have to deal with Amazon directly.” But here’s the thing—my friends have done it before with other stores, and they’ve matched the price for them. So, they’re absolutely useless. They don’t even agree with each other, and they’re just scamming people and wasting our time.
I visited JB Hi-Fi at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre on Boxing Day and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Despite the bustling holiday crowds, the store was well-organized, and the staff managed the influx of customers efficiently. The layout made it easy to navigate through various sections, allowing me to find the items I was interested in without hassle. The Boxing Day sales were particularly noteworthy, with significant discounts across a wide range of products. I was able to purchase a new smartphone and a pair of headphones at prices much lower than expected. The staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations, ensuring I selected products that suited my needs. Checkout lines moved swiftly, thanks to the efficient point-of-sale system and attentive cashiers. Additionally, the store maintained a clean and safe environment, which was appreciated given the large number of shoppers. Overall, my experience at JB Hi-Fi Pacific Fair on Boxing Day was highly positive. The combination of great deals, helpful staff, and a well-maintained store made for a pleasant shopping trip. I would highly recommend visiting this location during major sales events.

Don't make an online purchase and pay delivery. Jb hifi have not made it clear when you make an online purchase that your bulk items come within 2 days BUT if you purchase any small items with that bulk item your items are sitting in transit somewhere and now 10 days later they have said sorry the items won't come for another few days. Won't even help me just pick it up instore. Forget the birthday gift.
Rude man served me. Sold me gaming headphones when I clearly asked for ones for a musician. Returned and argued the point with me. Purchased a pair for a musician with cash. I then was forced to take my cash change in the form of a JB GIFT CARD!!!!!! THIS ISNT LEGAL. PAC FAIR STORE
The best JBHi-Fi store. The staff are very friendly and approachable. They give really good deals too.

Today I visited jb in pacific fair and I was looked after very well by one of the staff, zane, he was extremely attentive and patient. I was buying an iPhone for my daughter and was not sure which one to get but with Zane’s help it made everything a lot easier. Greatly appreciated😊😊
We had the BEST interaction with a customer service supervisor named Patrick that I’ve ever had at a JB Hifi. It was the end of a very busy Blacj Friday weekend, and he never faltered. He was not only helpful but funny and friendly AF. He deserves a raise; or better yet, an even better job 😁 Thanks Patrick, you made our shopping centre experience a much more pleasant experience than I ever expect to get in the concrete jungle.

Awww..love jb-hi fi, I like records & they take afterpay..records, afterpay, TV's!!! The main propaganda machine put into our houses to bamboozle us...but I do love a good home theatre system. Dancing away to to Metallica records...can one dance to heavy metal??? Maybe, but not head bang because that's bad for ones brain...lol but yeah, jb-hi fi are cool, very cool..

I went to ask for a phone case. I asked a guy but he seemed angry. If a customer asks, you should tell the customer nicely.
Typical JB HIFI, good door and helpful staff.
Unfortunately they'll having all sorts of computer issues not the staff fault at all the staff are amazing however when I tried to get the prepaid service the computer at their check-out literally froze and they had to call tech support . Than when activating the jbhifi mobile which uses the Telstra website, it locked out the staff member so a bit annoying, again the staff were great but looks like their systems at Pacific fair need help

More expensive than New Zealand...and that's saying something. Slightly better range of products though.
This 5 star is for Connor from the broadbeach/pac fair store. We have actually purchased 3 things within a week because of Connor. Without trying to sell anything to us all 3 times, he gave us the info on all the products, answered all our questions and allowed us time to think then answer more questions after that (still not trying to get the sale but trying to help us). If you go into the store - ask for Connor. We had 4 people ask us if we needed help there but didn't feel genuine or real especially when we asked questions about products. Definitely go to Connor!
Has everything you need from every perspective, unlike some other JB stores popping up as home product focus only.

What's not to like about JB Hi-Fi? First, there's Zane who is cool and collected the whole way through, then there's Leigh who put all the numbers together. Thank you very much, Leigh and Zane, for a pleasurable experience and great 5-star service and importantly for getting my 'beautiful R' back into her socials 😀😃
Managed to use 3 partially used gift cards and the remaining on eftpos with minimal fuss, not many places can do that. Great staff at work here.
3 minutes after 4 and rude guy holding the door snapped at my friend when she wanted to quickly grab a pair of AirPods heaps of people inside, didn’t even say it kindly. Worst customer service ever

I purchased a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra unfortunately, they were defective. I returned them and immediately got an exchange thanks to the very helpful staff.If you are looking for Earbuds, I highly recommend talking to Tane. He really knows his stuff and is very friendly. this one's for Mikey. I was after a reliable portable charger after being let down a couple of times from different brands. Mikey asked what my core needs were and was able to match what i was after. Whilst paying, i thought about trying to look up a deal but was in a rush. Taking initiative, Mikey told me he was going to give me an extra year of warranty and that he found the best deal for both charger and warranty together without me even asking. Coming from a retail management background, and also on holiday, and just want to acknowledge that Mikey's service was premium and the type of excellent service that someone on holiday, or manager would respect and be proud of. Look after him!
They were so kind and caring. I bought a mic that I thought was noise cancelling. Realised it wasn't, got a refund and bought a drone. I absolutely loved talking to them and were so nice. I recommend highly that if you like jb hi fi and nice people, you should come here!

Bought dash cam from here today ,as we didn’t know anything we asked receptionist about SD card and and asked the receptionist about the SD card we selected she said any SD card will go with it and after we came home we found that the SD card we bought does not go with the cam. We have to go again for the exchange. The lady receptionist speaking tone was not good and it looked like she was bored as hell and don’t want to be there and want to finish as early as she can and doesn’t care if the customer is troubled. Because of her we have to visit again for the exchange. I wonder why such a rude and lazy staff is not fired yet.

Young Sammy I believe in the vacuum cleaner department, is polite and so helpful. I have returned a few times and seat her out for all service questions. She always goes above and beyond to help me out with my needs and deserves an absolute gold star in customer service. Today I was stuck without a phone charger as I upgraded my new iPhone 5. And didn’t have a USB to USC cord. What an absolute angel she is 😃

The person I spoke to about cameras was knowledgeable and took his time to explain technical details for my consideration. Although I did not purchase today I left with a lot more options to look at and would return there when ready to purchase when ready.
