Entered JBHIFI today and it was packed for a Sunday afternoon !! People were waiting eagerly to receive help. I bailed up one of the attendants asked for help, he said he was with a customer. Before I knew it he came over to me asked if I needed assistance, I replied yes. He was very helpful with helping me decide on buying a new pair of Sony earbuds, and an apple charger. Would recommend Chadstone JB they have done it again !!!!

Its nice to have look in the store but one of the clerks, which is blonde and really short man, has a really bad attitude and seems not familiar with their items shelves. Asking him if there's a connector from HDMI to thunderbolt, even I showed him the webpage that showing there's some stock in Chadstone JBHifi, he just answered without carefully looking, not even try to search in their computer within 15 secs, just said 'oh unfortunately, we don't have this in our shop' WHAT??! Is this the attitude you should have as a clerk? All the members were busy with all customers, only you're the one is acting chilled fooling around with customers who really need professional assistance but you can't even provide the fundamental help. So disappointed with this short blonde male clerk, truly!!!

Please avoid JB Hifi extra care replacement at all cost. Went there with my cracked screen Garmin( obviously physical damage)watch and told me that they can’t do anything with the physical damage. Paid $135 for extra care replacement for nothing!instead told me that it will only cover internal damage or battery problem. Are you serious? you selling things that Brand covers itself for certain period. At least show that you care for customers, will be happy even if you guys tell me it will get fixed with extra cost but No , told me to contact Garmin by one of their salesman. Feels like i got scammed as they don’t tell you when you buy an item.Totally disappointed!

Amazing customer service provided to me at this store, great job done by the managers and staff members. I just don't have words to express how great of an experience I had. This store will always be my No1 preference.

Today (Jan 2025) I purchased a number of phone and received outstanding service in helping me deal with the issues I had with one reasonably new phone. Thank you Caija and Lachy - very thorough, very caring, patient and outstanding customer service for phones. You're wonderful ! The service people on this store are marvellous, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to deliver a product anywhere!! I recently purchased a new TV and was given very sound advice from Josh, who knows all the products and enabled an amazing deal as well as clarifying a special bonus that required some research. Thank you Josh!!!! Overall, great service, great care and a pleasure to shop at. Ask for Lena for computers.

Horrible customer service, staff is so unapproachable and unprofessional

Very disappointed. Went in to collect a bluetooth speaker that I got told on the phone they had in stock and the person who took my call said they will put it aside for me. When I went in to the counter they did not have it put aside for me and one of the other lady's said they don't have stock in and won't be getting more until the end of this month. Very disappointed and got told the wrong information.

Big store, a pain to park

Had a lovely experience today with a service lady named Sophia. She truly went above and beyond to serve me and was great help and showed tremendous patience. I hope she receives the necessary praise as she is truly an amazing worker and I could not thank her enough

Worst Experience at Jb Hi 5 Chadstone bought an Apple Watch and IPhone worth more than $2000 and right from the start the person attending to us had a very rude derogatory and disrespectful tone of voice I would call this very racist and color based . He would reply to our questions in a way as if we don’t know things . Further at the billing counter we confirmed that is this invoice okay for GST claim we were told by the same person you should have told me before and went away saying I will take time as attending to another client the sales manager was also only supporting her staff as opposed to even listening us out as to why we are upset and what happened . The staff needs to ask about the purpose of the invoice if they later want to be so rude and also at the very start don’t assume the customer us stupid just based on their color and it’s our right to know the answers before investing so much money. Horrible customer service and racist.

I had a fantastic experience at JB Hi-Fi tonight, thanks to Isaac. I was in the market for a Garmin, and Isaac’s knowledge and customer service were exceptional. He took the time to understand my needs, patiently explained the features of different models, and helped me make an informed decision. Don't buy phones from any of the jb hi -fi . Anything happens, they don't do anything doesn’t matter you bout extra care. Even they don't know what to do worse experience every.

I had a fantastic experience with Lachie! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Lachie patiently answered all my questions, you can tell he cares about his customers and takes the time to provide the best service. Highly recommend!

A nightmare to find in Chad stone more accessable stores. A rude staff member that gave us a payment plan and no password or details to set up. Following service was and is appalling for this issue.

i asked an employee to help me as he was putting his badge away and when i asked if he was clocking off he said no so he continued to help me turns out he WAS going on break 😭 he was so nice about it too he didnt have a nametage on though o(-<

Lina's provided to our family one of the best customer service with really great experience and knowledge in products and we had a happy ended with 2 ipad 2 pro-pens and a airpods from her assist👍🏻

I experienced the worst after sales service that a store had to offer here. This is due to the fact that I had my laptop given in for repairs which they kept in their warehouse for around 7 weeks. For the whole duration of this process, there were no repairs done to the laptop. I was also provided with zero updates regarding the process and only updated me after I called and visited them multiple times. After this, they gave me the laptop back inside their cardboard box which they had used for storage which was dusty and was honestly humiliating to take out the store. I would never recommend buying anything from this store.

Got what we were after, but the sale person Finn needs to calm down with his sale pitch, he is clearly knowledgeable, but is pushing very hard for us to buy something we didn’t want.

We’ve never been so well serviced at JB as we’re this time with Finn at Chadstone Shopping Centre store. My partner and I were looking for a camera and he not just explained all features in a very straightforward and detailed way, he also understood our needs and recommended the option that was best suited to us. We left the store in 10 min certain we made the best choice. Thanks to Finn!!!!

Poor service. Actually wait - there was no service. I purposely went there first thing after opening and NOT ONE staff member came to help me. I walked around and no one approached me. I could have been there to spend $ or $$$$$ Won’t be returning there in a hurry.

I had an 85 inch installed and mounted to the wall with cable hiding. Please help me pass on my deepest thanks to Mandeep and Sandeep, the TV installers. They are the best. Mandeep and Sandeep did an incredibly clean, professional, beautiful job with the cable hiding and TV mounting. They both noticed I didn't have any HDMI cables and they went to the trouble of helping me purchase and add in 4x HDMI cables. Store management - Can you please help me pass on the highest praise and thanks to Mandeep and Sandeep who came to my house to help with TV installation? They are the most professional and experienced duo and I cannot thank them enough! They just know their stuff so well - stud finders, cable hiding, providing advice, TV setup, everything. They were extremely skilled and careful with my TV and everything looks so NEAT and professional. It was well worth the money. A++++++

The place to be. Keeps you out of the cold and has everything you need from groceries to food to everyday items and even high end shopping if that's what you desire.

Extremely poor service by Finn (blonde, curly hair, tall, skinny male). He was rude and unhelpful. He doesn't deserve to work as a floor staff or in any customer facing roles. Finn doesn't know basic courtesy greetings and pointed us in the wrong direction to purchase our electronics. ❌ Avoid shopping here. ❌ Do not purchase from Finn. He doesn't deserve any commission or sales.
