Great company. I ordered the 500 chip Monte Carlo poker set for a friend’s birthday. There was a slight delay in shipping due to a stock shortage with the chips. They were nothing but transparent and offered to exchange for other chip sets but I stuck with the Monte Carlo chips. Despite being the told that my shipment would arrive on Monday it got here on Friday, 1 day before my friend’s party. He loved the set and I’m sure we’ll be playing with it for years to come.

I've spent somewhere between $7000 and $9000 on all sorts of poker and other casino game essentials and accessories from Jacks over the past few years, and they've pretty much always done everything perfectly. I particularly love the focus on occasional obscure luxuries and upgrades, like importing limited print-run decks (e.g Dutch Card House Company's Paisleys), insanely well-crafted roulette wheels, and custom 1-deck poker shoes, among many other highlights of their catalogue that many other Australian poker vendors simply don't have. When I get around to buying a proper poker table, it'll be from Jacks :)

Bought the JPT ceramic 500 set with silver case. Very happy with the quality of the chips. Although there are a few off centre printed ones overall quality is great. Service was great and very helpful. Definitely buying more from here again.

Customer service could be better.

Their delivery of my backgammon board was really quick, that is why they get 2 stars. But the quality of the Manopoulos board was pretty average. I posted an honest review on their site which they haven't published. I contacted them and asked why but received no reply. I would not trust or recommend a business that only publishes glowing reviews. It doesn't serve other customers well.
