Alan did a great job with my computer, showing dedication and work ethic from the very beginning. When my computer wouldn't even boot he replaced the power supply and did a fresh install of Windows to bring it back to life on the same day. When I got in touch with him a few weeks later due to frequent crashing, he took a few days of troubleshooting before upgrading my OS to Windows 11 which fixed the crashes. Great communication and solid results, I would recommend Alan and use him again.

Having overheating problems with my laptop. Dropped into the store to seek advice from Alan with my laptop. Alan asked a couple of questions, provided me with some causes and included costs upfront. I brought my laptop in the morning and within a couple of hours Alan had sent me a photos of my fan exhausts completely blocked. Alan bench tested my PC for a period of time and the overheating issue completely fixed. While it was in even gave it a good clean including the keyboard. I could not recommend Alan more highly, honest and upfront with the services, costs and work completed. If I have any future IT needs I will be seeking Alans advice and will recommend to all my family and friends. Thanks again Alan!

I read The Computer Station reviews prior to taking the laptop in for repairs as it was not working. I am at a loss as to reconcile the published reviews with my experiences. The repairs took an extraordinarily long time (7 weeks) with no warranty provided apart from one line on a receipt (which I had to ask for). There is no proof that the computer was sent to Melbourne as stated and no proof that the hard drive was replaced and let alone with authentic parts. The service was poor as I had to make multiple phone calls to follow up the progress of the repairs. I support local business thus my preference to use The Computer Station but would strongly recommend that you do not use this business until changes are made to their operations.

Just fantastic service. The fault was diagnosed quickly and a replacement video card was installed. As a bonus the PC was cleaned (yes it was very dirty inside) and Windows updates were installed.
