Went here for Sunday dinner as I haven’t been for about 3 years because the meal was just ok-upon going last Sunday was very pleasantly impressed with the food and the service- would recommend going and trying it out for anyone.

Terribly terrible , the worst , to say the least . If I could , I would give zero stars at best !

10/10 I had only been here once a couple of years and had a nice experience however my partner and we’re in need of a good Parma on Sunday so thought we would give The Grand a go and it did not disappoint!! Best pub Parma in Frankston!! Lovely staff, good sports bar & cosy environment. Really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back regularly for sure. Delicious!!

So far recently, have only eaten in the sports bar, $22 pot and Parma and it is delicious. Definitely recommend, 10/10 for food and service. Looking forward to checking out the bistro at another time.

The service was amazing, Dakota was super friendly, helpful, and understanding of accidents that happen when there is alcohol involved. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, would highly recommend booking an event for the grand Frankston. Will definitely be doing this in the future.

Had the Parma and pot deal at the Grand last night and it was spot on! The Parma was cooked perfectly, real tasty, and came in a good-sized portion. The guy behind the bar was super friendly and on the ball, Honestly, couldn’t find a fault with the meal or the service. Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered xmas lunch in july 3 courses. Soup was very Luke warm had to ask for a hot soup. Both people had cold soup delivered. With the soup bowls and roll and menus on the table my freshly bought glass of wine was knocked over. Main meal was disappointing. No roast vegetables as written in the menu. Rock hard carrots and brocolina couldn't eat. Tough slice pork,ten cent size of Turkey and circular thin see through slice ham. The desert was not nice so I will not carry on any longer. Just wanted to let management know the food is terrible.This was Saturday lunch.

Celebrating my birthday at 68, in one of our favourite pubs. Reception was great, admin assistance was brilliant, bar and food service excellent. 1 point off the atmosphere as the fire was ooo so we could not sit near it. 🥴🍷🍷 I recommend the pumpkin soup and the salmon, the fisherman's basket, the Wolf Blass Merlot. 😃

Update Went for dinner recently and the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond making a vegetarian meal for my daughter etc. Food was amazing and reasonable price especially kids meal and seniors. We got soup, vegan burger, roast and mash etc and was great. Old review: The food is great from here except it's not that cheap. I love the pumpkin feta arancini, the salt & pepper calamari, side salad & the sweet potato chips but its 10$ for 3 arancini balls or a thing of sweet potatoe chips so it adds up. They do uber & are open every day from 12 so it's very convenient. I've only ever ordered takeaway during lockdown so not sure what it is like to eat in but I would like to try it. Recomend.

Great public bar meals, served all day. The $20 Pot and Parma deal is excellent, fresh, home made, crispy parma and the Seniors meals are also excellent. Three courses for $25 and the Sticky Date Pud is soo yummy. Service is also great. Highly recommend.

Chicken Kiev ordered via Uber eats wa raw inside. Unfortunately, only noticed when I had finished most of it. At least it was cheap compared to other uber eats restaurants The other food I ordered was fine (Garlic bread and dessert), and never ordered from grand hotel previously, so could just be a once off (but definitely keep this in mind )

Food good quality but you get very little ( seniors serve ) 2 slices of meat with very sparse few vegetables is roast of day. Finished food and still waiting for drinks that were ordered at same time as food. Don’t waste your money. There are better places in Frankston that give you value for money.

Great place with great options. Food was really good and they were able to mix it up a little for us and give our 11mo daughter roast veggies which she devoured. Tanya also went above and beyond to help find my wife a dessert she could have (nut, egg and dairy free) we will be back for sure.

Best parmas in Frankston

We just celebrated my daughter’s 21st Birthday at The Grand in their Function room. The function ran smoothly thanks to the lovely staff. Everyone commented on how great the food was, and I was very impressed with the personal service. Would highly recommend this venue for your next special occasions.

$20 Parma pot . Barman clearly didn't want to be there (6 people in front bar on sat night so pumping crowd not ) . One word answers given to polite questions asked obviously under pressure and no time to look after 6 people properly . Parma overcooked and extremely oily . Chips probably from lunchtime service . Knew there was a reason I normally walk straight past the dingy grand .

We had a birthday dinner there tonight with the whole family. We could not fault one meal and the service was outstanding. Everyone loved their food. Nice quiet atmosphere. We will definitely go again.

We attend the Grand about once every 2 months. Always a good experience.

Lovely seniors meal in quiet bistro. Plenty of gf options.
