35 degree day and they cheap out on air conditioning, temp in there was practically as hot as outside, can’t even chill out and play some bowling without sweating so much.

Had our daughter’s 6th birthday at zone bowling and all the kids had the best time. Was well organised and i didn't realise they did bowling and timezone and all got to choose prizes with tickets then onto food and cake. Highly recommend Huy and Charlie really looked after us.

I love the arcade, it's gotten really expensive to go over the years though. The have a pretty decent prize selection usually and staff are friendly but often really busy. Bowling is great!

I had my son’s party on a Tuesday evening just before Xmas. Best idea to have it on a week night - they had the whole place to themselves and the time slot for food lined up perfect with dinner time. Lily and Charlie, our two hosts were so attentive and caring to all children and showed special care to the birthday boy. Kids had a great time!

Such a great experience today at TimeZone Watergardens celebrating Aiden’s birthday. Our party host Riteesh was very pleasant and lovely to deal with attending promptly to all our requests. Most importantly he was engaging and was making great conversations with kids and we could see the boys really enjoyed having Riteesh as their host. Bowling and laser tag was fun. Wasn't too expensive, $25 for one game of each. My son loved the laser tag, will be back for sure

You have one staff member looking after bowling, laser tag and the arcade. The place is PACKED. Employ more staff you tightasses. It’s not like you can’t afford it.

Organised a party with Timezone water gardens. Booking was good and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Holly, our hosts, was a superstar and so accommodating. The only thing I would change is food section of the party was at the end, so kids were hungry throughout. If I had known this, I would've made it earlier in the day. But this information was not known til a few days before. Also the table arrangements.

We had a great time at Watergarden Timezone celebrating our daughter's 9th birthday. The venue was great with lots of activities to keep the little ones busy. Our party hosts Jazmyn and Luca went to great length to assist us as well as our guests. They looked after all the children and made sure everyone was having fun. Our guests were so impressed by the service the hosts provided that a couple of people have now booked their kids' upcoming birthday party at the same venue. Thanks to Timezone, Jazmyn and Luca for making our daughter's party a memorable one.

We had a blast of a birthday party at the Timezone for our twins. Our host, Alannah made a day so enjoyable. She was awesome handling 20 or so rowdy children with a tact that made my time as a parent so stress free. We will definitely be back.

I'm obsessed with timezone! This one had some good game machines, love the willy Wonka one and VR Raving Rabbits! Definitely recommend them, but if you get dizzy easy maybe don't do the VR back to back XD All around good time, good vibe, and very helpful team of staff that work here. Our visit to Timezone Watergardens was an absolute highlight! The arcade was packed with games that perfectly matched my son's interests, keeping him completely entertained. The snack selection was delicious, and while I enjoyed the venue as well, my son was eager for even more gaming time. Despite his desire to play longer, we both had an incredibly fun experience. The lighting was particularly impressive, adding to the cool atmosphere and making the environment feel vibrant and exciting. It was an excellent way to spend our holiday together, creating memorable moments of shared enjoyment.

I had 30 kids this Saturday All the kids had alot of fun Totally worth it , kids a entertain the whole time. They where a bit busy it did take a bit of time to get into the room but besides that everything went well. We had 3 party host , 1 was in training Maddy ivy and Uday Super cool all the feedback from the kids was good The 2 main party host kept telling me what's happening and what to expect The food orders was perfect nothing went wrong their They cut the 2 cakes I had Totally worth it , balloons was included in the rooms. For some improvement if the booking is for 30 kids maybe give us another table for the parents to seat on. Most where with the kids but for the ones who aren't. Please please please prettiest please... Accommodate my slightly bigger than your biggest thumb-hole ball, by getting a XXL 13lbs or 14lbs. I keep trying to flex/cope with your biggest hole ball by only putting my thumb half-way in and it just makes my bowling so bad, even my hand starts to ache over time.

Had a great experience at Timezone for our son’s 7th birthday. Our party host Uday ensured the party run seamlessly. He had a very friendly and fun personality that all the children enjoyed ☺️

Riteesh and Anastasia were the perfect hosts for my son’s 5th Birthday party. They were great with the kids and extremely easy to liaise with. Our boy had the best day.

Changed the bowling lanes couple of time wasted extra 40 minutes in just waiting. As these lanes were not working. We were in the last lane, they don’t have no trouble shooting option in our lane and every time it stopped we waited 5 minutes for it to start on its own but it failed our expectations and we had to go down the extreme end over the counter to get it restarted. Had a very very bad experience. We usually finish 2 games in 1 hour but this time it took at least 90min.

It was an absolute pleasure to be at Time Zone Watergardens. Kids had such a great time there. Host Maddy managed the party so well, such a well organised host. Not only she interacted with kids but also with parents too. Highly recommended.
