That Hotel is an organized facility missed with different people from all over the 🌎 the main place is BISTRO, RESTAURANT, BAR, frequently friendly staff so they know you but they won’t act is if they know you because the follow code of CONDUCT ( GOVERNMENT OF NSW) regulate them so they are always Marshall there no matter if you think you want to be crazy there is someone waiting behind the look at your ear left side, make sure you wear nice clothes and laugh unless you’ll be put on horse and sent home for free.🙋😩Damn

They don't serve pints, just schooners. Ambience was ok.

it is a friendly atmosphere and the staff are all friendly but if you are going for the gaming room it is very small and there is not much variety to choose from and on a Friday and Saturday night it's normally that full that you would be lucky to get a machine. They are open till 6am on Friday nights and 5am on Saturday nights which is good if you're a night owl.

THE FOOD IS ALWAYS HALF COOKED !!!!

More of a Casino, than the Suburban PUB, it used to be. Bring back the Bands. SERVICE ? What service ? In there an Hr & Not even a Glass of H2O 😡

If I could zero stars, walked in the security let myself in for a drink, then before I could finish kicked me out said I had to much to drink. Was waiting outside for an uber saw two guys trip up the gutter and couldn't talk a sentence. The security let them walk straight through. Very selective security when it comes to RSA as if they want to just kick people out after a drink and discriminate against everyone. The pub hiring PRIME security means they support these behaviours.

Atmosphere okay, however there is no distinction in the gaming area between non smoker's and smokers. I have raised this issue with the Liquor and Gaming Association NSW....

Good beer prices - good service. Highly recommended!

Nice pub

$7.50 beers plus an eftpos surcharge. Place is seedy as. Bar staff were throwing beer coasters around the pub, one almost hit me. Drug deals happening in front of everyone. Wow.

Open till late 3 am, good for beer & party, easy parking access. Nice & clean pub.

The bloke named Ryan who served me was super friendly and people should be more like him.

I had a great experience. I love the change in management. It’s a lovely place to relax after work.

the bar manager (short caucasian lady around 30s) was very unprofessional and rude, possible racist. I was yelled at by a drunk or tilting customer for no reason (I glanced at his pokie machine every time something blew up, my machine was right next to his) and she sided with him without asking questions, demanding I dont give her the attitude when I attempted to defend myself. Either the mans a great tipper and they were friendly or she had it in for me and I stood no chance. The same manager had argued (with passion) with a young African customer, whose problem seemed to be that he had been walking around the pub too fast? and after being countered with logical arguments she eventually had security involved and asked to ban the man because he was “too loud” and “intoxicated”. Also there had been double parking next to the pub and she had assumed the offending car had belonged to my mate who was smoking next to it and confronted him with an extremely demanding and demeaning tone. He was on the phone and did not respond which then the manager forced herself into his vision presence and started barking questions at a more rude tone Most of the other staff I have encountered seemed to work hard and were genuinely nice, but the manager is horrible unprofessional and generally obnoxious, who obviously cherry picks her customers

The security doesn't know what he was doing. I was ready to answer questions but he still decided that I was INTOXICATED. It was funny. Lets hope they find peace
