I've always enjoyed eating here. They don't always get my order right, but it's to be expected when there's a lot of items on the menu and it can get busy with Uber orders. Glad to see it's gotten better after lockdown

Went to order 2 bowls. They had a deal for 2 bowls which they didn't offer and when I asked about it, they said we can't change because we already paid. Terrible sales team and poor service.

I use to go to the one in parramatta but since that shutdown I always come here to Cabramatta and it’s the best, from the service and freshness of the food is so yummy and filling and the music was on point and I would definitely recommend this place.

Spent 10 minutes ordering only for her to tell me the card machine doesn't work after picking my entire order. Why wouldn't you have a sign and notify customers first? Complete waste of my time as I was in a rush.

I love a good poke bowl, this place was a little slower than your average store but the food was great, they forgot my cabbage and brown rice had a bite to it but it was overall good.

The salmon poke I had was a drop in quality.. Pretty disappointed, especially because the rice was so mushy it was so hard to eat and wasn't pleasant.

Don't get the musubi bowl, $10 for uncooked unseasoned spam, no soy sauce which is integral to musubi, and small portions. Feels like I got scammed 😭 Pokebros used to be pretty good unfortunately. The food wasn't bad, it was still decent, but nothing special, and its just overpriced.

Disappointed they didn’t give us tap water and asked us to buy it instead. They’re a legal entity what they made us do was illegal in NSW. Please do the bare minimum and give customers tap water if they ask for it. Updated: We were there on 12th May at 2.30pm

The worst customer service everrrrrrrrr. Like so bad. So dismissive, absolutely no emotion everytime I order. But the food is so good and fresh, so i come back if i feel like getting serve by robot. I ate here 3 times now. No one ever eat in because the atmosphere is so unfriendly and unwelcoming.

This place used to be my favourite but the past several orders , it seems they don’t know how to read English. I order rice with chicken and mayonnaise and instead I receive corn, carrot, cucumber, sauerkraut and some other stuff I’ve never heard of. This happened to me twice today and I rang them and they told me that I ordered extra toppings which when the lady read over my order she realised she was wrong. Then I receive the 3rd order I made and they mixed UNCOOKED rice with cooked rice. I ordered extra chicken and I received 4 pieces. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER order from these people again. Disgusting.

Great experience, staff were welcoming yet efficient with getting my order ready. I ordered the premium salmon bowl, salmon was fresh and sesame sauce along with the sides complimented the salmon so well!! Great work the team. Coming back there very soon!

The bomb

Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience until last night. Staff always been good but it was so bad around 8pm on 07/11/23. Got served by the girl in glasses, couldn't speak much English so thought it would be alright but I was wrong. First I started to order a build your own bowl. Then I asked to scan for points and pay by card (Never had any issue with any staff every time I say this until last night). She didn't understand but we got there eventually. After getting my bowl, the order was wrong. Paid for Extra salmon as usual but only got like half of what I ordered (staff is usually pretty generous). Was supposed to get corn, cucumber, edamame and hard boiled egg. Somehow I got avocado, radish, black seaweed and green seaweed????? She put the toppings in and didn't even take the ones I didn't order out. To top of the night, lid wasn't sealed properly. Food spilled all over my car. Spent like 15 mins in Cabra trying to clean it. Then Spent like 30 mins at home trying to clean it but it's stained and have a feeling ants might come in. I've always had a good experience buying food and staff being nice but I have no idea what the hell happened last night.

I attended Poke Bros. 30 minutes before close and were greeted by two lovely ladies. I customized my own Poki Bowl adding egg and once I received my meal, I started smashing it down without hesitation. One of the ladies came up to me and said they forgot to put the egg in however the Poki Bowl was that good I didn’t even notice. She offered to take my meal and add the egg in however I refused as I didn’t want them to work any further since they were closing soon. A short time later, the lady came back and gave me $1.50 as an apology for not adding the egg! The service was spot on, the food was spot on and the staff went above and beyond to compensate me for not adding the egg. It’s the little things like this that should get an honourable mention. I will definitely be returning in the future :) It’s so rare to have such good service these days and both ladies managed to provide that especially when I was THAT customer who came in 30 minutes til’ close!

So fresh and yummy. I love poke bowls and this one did not disappointment. It is a busy little restaurant but lucky to still manage to find seating on the day. Will try their different menus next time.

Rice bowl with rice uncooked, seriously guys?

I love eating at Poke Bros. The food is always good and consistent. There are many bowl options, including customisation which I love.

Ok this place is just amazing I made my own bowl with salmon and green tea noodles with kimchi and edamame bean’s everything was soooo good but the kimchi was disappointing because it was like mush and I like my Kimchi crunchy but over all 4/5

The premium salmon poke bowl is amazing. Especially when the salmon is seasoned right. However the taste of the seasoning on the salmon is sometimes lacking between visits. Parking near Poke Bros can be quite difficult especially on a weekend - I've driven around the block multiple times just to try to find parking for the sole purpose of just buying a poke bowl.

At around 3-4pm the shop was relatively quiet, I went in to get 2 bowls and swapped out the pickled cabbage for kimchi. The Kimchi was 1000% off, it was soft and mushy, didn't have any kimchi flavour and it made me so sick

When I got home I opened it to eat it ,the Takoyakis insides was frozen cold

The food and staff here were wonderful. I came in with high expectations and they exceeded them. Definitely coming back!!

Amazing experience, all the staff were nice and the music was really trendy, overall, food was delicious and there are a variety of options to choose from. I personally loved the Korean Spicy Chicken! Definitely check it out!

My overall perspective of Poke Bros is phenomenal. The entire atmosphere from the music and decor was upbeat and fun whilst the food was so delicious and fresh. I was accommodated with kindness and given recommendations with the help of the staff, boosting the enjoyment. Poke Bros is a must try!

Agreeing with Amelia’s review. The store has a funky smell, the music is too loud, you can’t hear the girl taking the order and she does not speak up despite asking her to on several occasions. The other girl making food coughed every minute or so and should not be handling food. Tasty poke bowls with good flavour and texture but I have low confidence with the hygiene and food handling and therefore the food. Wouldn’t trust that I wouldn’t get sick eating here, and as such I would not return or recommend.

I absolutely LOVE the food at this place but I rarely go and even if I do, I always feel nervous. Why? Because of HYGIENE. I honestly don't even want to write a review but I hope something changes at the store. The last 2 experiences I've had in the last 3 weeks are as follows - 1. I went in and the girl who took my order had her hair down, a chain bag on her shoulder and wearing a loose black zip hoodie (?). She looked like she was ready to leave/finish work and was talking to the people in the kitchen when I walked in so then she decided to serve me anyway, the fact that she was rushing to make my order seemed to prove that that was the case as well. Which is all fine, but then as she reached to get the sauce her sleeve was SO CLOSE to the food, it seriously made me anxious. 2. My most recent visit. The girl (different) who took my order coughed into her hand before she served me, she seemed abit sick. Was not wearing a mask. So then as she was making the food, specifically when she was scooping the rice into the bowl, a piece/chunk of rice dropped on the counter and she used her hand to pick it up and throw it back in the bowl then proceeded to quickly put the other seasonings/toppings into the bowl. At the time I was thinking whether to ask her to make it again and I WISHED that I did but as she was already onto putting the seasoning and toppings I just didn't want to be a bother. It makes me think about what happens in the back kitchen as well. This experience was the absolute last straw and I just can't anymore. Just thinking about it honestly bothers me. I'm not criticising the food in anyway, just the hygiene and sanitation practice as well as the presentation of your employees. If the hygiene standards were up, I would absolutely go every week. But every time I go I pretty much have to work up the courage to do so since I don't know what I'm in for from your staff who don't seem very professional or are even aware of what hygiene/sanitation practises around food are. This should be especially important since you're serving raw fish/ingredients. I just hope I don't get sick in any way from my recent visit. Please provide proper training.

These poke bowls were the best I have ever tasted, their very filling and have the perfect amount of servings in side. They also taste refreshing and make you feel less guilty of eating. 🤭 The drinks are also really nice! The dessert, mochi icecream is average tho. Its definitely something nice to eat after a workout.

We ordered the Korean chicken poke bowl and the premium salmon poke bowl. Both were really delicious and filling, and we especially liked the flavouring in the Korean chicken bowl (with the cream cheese). We also tried their spam musubi which was our favourite. The caramelised sweet sauce, with the salty spam and crunchy seaweed was the best combo!
