Everything is good until there is an issue. I made a mistake ordering because the website is unclear and they refused a return. It was under 24hrs later and in original packaging.

AVOID AND RUN AWAY. On 12/05/2024, I purchased Insta360 X4. I have confirmed with MSY Support telling me as well as the website details and description that the product I have purchased will include an invisible selfie stick. 8 days later on 20/5/2024, when I received the product, it did not contain the related accessory. I have reached out to their customer support attaching supporting images of the confirmation of said accessory but their reply was that they can only apologise for the misunderstanding. This is misleading and false advertising. I have provided screenshots of the conversation and the product online on their website advertising that it included the selfie stick. I have already discussed this with your support rep for the past 2 days without giving me a resolution. I do not want an apology, I want what I paid for. Utterly appalling. What was even laughable was that the support rep's resolution was to update their website to remove the word selfie stick. Completely ridiculous and downright lying to consumers. And what's funny as well was that I waited all day for a reply from your support rep and she hit the button to send it to me at 5:29pm 1 minute before support hours closed possibly to reach SLAs. All I have requested for was what was confirmed to me by MSY through an EMAIL as well as what was ADVERTISED on their website and all they have given me was just 'Sorry the selfie stick is just a function but not an accessory Amazing how this classifies as customer service."

No where else offers a FREE consultation/quote/diagnosis, which is why I chose MSY initially. I couldn't expect a more positive experience. Identifying the issue instantly, talking me through the resolutions with complete transparency. Saved me a lot of money and all that was asked for was a smile. I ended up needing further servicing which was only $99. Very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend this shop for any parts, pc/laptop problems.

Just went in to ask about what I thought was an SSD issue, Ryan was super helpful and went way out of his way to help me resolve it. Turns out it was something completely different and he explained everything he was doing. Very thorough debugging and could not be happier. Have left with more knowledge and a fixed PC!

Bought a pc last year and was faulty right from the beginning. I have taken it in for them to look at and told they us it wasn't a heating issue, no other information on the matter. Took it home after installing another fan and a bit of change in it. When playing games it crashes, lags, poor graphics, frame drops and sometimes comes up with a black screen followed by a strange buzzing noise before completely restarting itself. My daughter expected a mid-high end gaming pc and ended up using her laptop to play. 8/11/23 Thanks for your reply MSY - I have emailed you the order number and details, hoping to hear from you and get the problem resolved. Once resolved, I will happily in change my review to a positive one.

Bought a Samsung Odyssey G8 that worked well for three weeks, then began flickering and producing smoke from the ventilation ports. Brought it back to the store where they plugged it in and confirmed that it was faulty. They outright refused any sort of refund or replacement (as per consumer rights), telling me that it had to be sent back to the manufacturer for repairs instead, which would take at least another 2-4 weeks where I would be left with nothing. After one week and numerous emails/calls escalating the problem to higher tiers of management where I outlined the ACCC's policies and threatened an ombudsman complaint, they eventually decided to follow the consumer laws and offer me the replacement I'd been asking for since day one. Sure, their prices might be slightly cheaper than other stores, but they are not worth the headache. Do not buy from here. Support law-abiding businesses instead.

I have purchased parts to build my last two computers from this store. They are always helpful and easy to deal with. Most recently, when my computer developed a problem, they talked me out of foolishly spending money on random parts to fix it and instead recommended a local computer repair business that was able to diagnose my problem within minutes. This ended up saving me a lot of money and I was able to return and buy the correct parts. Great service and Very trustworthy. I'll certainly be back!

One must remember that this business is not for the technically challenged but one must know their items in order to get thr best out of your dollar. I have been purchasing from this business when it was initiated in Malvern and it has expanded to the following several stores. Of course I will return. I am a little perplexed with the covid-19 style sales but I'll get used to it.
