Biggest Big W I've seen. Plenty of everything.

Big W Narellan. I would like to commend and highlight the attitude and customer service experience I had today with team member Imogen. You cannot teach genuine customer service and people skills. The practical responses, yes, but personality is something you are born with. Imogen was helpful above and beyond. She was busy with your refurbishment but willingly left her task and assisted with sale information and carried the item to the checkout for me. Then, she sought and secured a trolley for me. I got her name from the lady on the checkout, who I suspect is another jewel in the Big W crown. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance. Never think your smile doesn't matter. Never downgrade your talent. You are what makes the difference to me, the shopper.

Nice shopping place

This is a big, big W especially from were i come from love coming here there selection is so much more extended here I have always been able to get most thing I want from here.

Reliable and consistent. The door lady isnt very friendly, multiple occasions she's been unwelcoming.

5 stars for the clearance racks that are decent with some clothing starting from $3. Clean store with toilets next to the service desk and they're usually unlocked or you ask for a key.

Pathetic customer service. Staff don’t bother checking their RF for if a product is in stock in the back of the store. I’ve checked online for many items that say in stock at Narellan only to find that the staff say its out of stock when I ask them and show them the exact product on the BigW site. When I tell them this they seem to run away and ignore you. I also purchased a laminator and its absolute garbage, a lot of important documents got damaged by the laminator. Absolutely appalling products and customer service, it seems like a waste of time even thinking to go here.

Another shop I love. Plenty to see and buy. Miss their garden section and the one in Macarthur Square too.

Pathetic customer service today. Left 1 person to serve a massive queue while the self serve was already jammed. Sadly, such large organisations keep getting richer while exploiting staff and letting consumers suffer.

Couldn't say anything bad although I think they need to rethink their strategy on women's clothing. Compared to Target no positive comparison

I am amazed with the service given by josephe , she was at self service register hope i got the right name but she knows how to make customers happy. I visited there so many time & always seen her with her smiling face. She is the best . Thx for making my kids happy 😊

Tidy and well presented store

It's one of those great Australian rivalries: NRL vs AFL. Sydney vs. Melbourne. Sydney vs. Brisbane. Woolies vs. Coles. Holden vs... never mind. There's Big W vs. the other department store, you K-now the one I mean. Big W wins this one for me. Their products are usually higher quality. A little more expensive, sure, but you get what you pay for. They also have actual brands (some of the stuff at the competition I wouldn't trust), and in general a better range of stuff in all areas. I've never had a problem with customer service. Obviously they're far from perfect. Their prices on a lot of things tend to be the same as the competition. There's been about half a dozen times I've made a click & collect order only to get an email saying they weren't able to find stock. But it's still the first place I check when I'm looking for the sort of stuff they sell.

What a nice place for all type of expensive and cheapest shopping, Food courts are excellent. I must appreciate the efforts of a centrally located bookshop, out side of bookshop they provide vary good books on different topics, with a couple of comfortable safas for reading by visitors/ book lovers.

Great family shopping place. These days, there are more varieties, thank you keep growing and increasing services.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The lady working the front door at 2pm 18/5/24 needs to rethink the way she treats customers. Arrogant and rude she is, needs to come back down to earth and realise that she is no better than anyone else that walks in that store.

Really good for bonds baby products and whatever else you like. Don't go much by their women's clothes, sometimes there are ok things. Good for house and appliance items.

Worst customer service at self service check out. I will never go there. They don't give a dash about their customers. Very very very rude staff. I am sure Big w also doesn't give a dash about their customer and keep hiring and train rude staff. I want to give 0 if there is an option.

I went to narellan big w today，i was looking for kitchen homeware but i couldn't find it。I'm asking one of the staff Tina she is very friendly and helping me get what i need thank you so much for her helping。

Easy shopping throughout the store.Checkouts a bit of a nightmare, lots of self checkouts and only two where you have staff working.I go through the later as the store won't pay me to scan my items doing there job

Brought a Kmart foldable trolley into the store into big w Narellan store yesterday evening . The attendant who was at the store demanded I showed her prove of receipt purchased of the Kmart foldable trolley . Told her twice I bought that weeks ago and who will bring the receipt 24/7. Told her to check the surveillance camera as I did not steal . She even gave me the look. Went to Kmart store afterwards and nobody asked me anything

Went in for expanding file, found in stationary, some damaged & no alphabetic, $10. Didn't buy but got same in good condition with alphabetic sections for $6.50 from Officeworks. Pays to look at what your after & shop around.

I looked on the Big W website site to see if they had the product I wanted when I saw that they did I came in and asked a attendant if they could help me find the product. The attendant then looked at me, gave me a disgusting look, and proceeded to judge me on what I wanted and refuse to give me service.

I’ve been trying to call Narellan big W for 2 days trying to find out if I have a lay by there. On hold for an hour!! Hours on line show different when trying to call the store no answer. I get it’s Xmas but this service is disgusting that they don’t have staff to help with any enquiries… Unbelievable

TOO HOT TO SHOP! This store is incredibly hot you can't spend too much time there shopping as you'd melt. Idk why they don't put the AC on for their customers 🥵🥵

I went to self serve checkout. it was super frustrating. Even after assistant came to help, the system woulnt let me pay. I got sick of hanging around and left the storr without any items. FiX YoUR SELF SERVE CHECKOUT otherwise get more staff to serve. I would give it zero stars but i wont be able to write a review. The ASSISTANT in the shop was frustrated themselves at the number of customers they had to attend to bcoz of this
