The prices are always wrong and false advertised and never have checkouts open only the self ones.

I came after checking the closing hours on weekends, it was supposed to be open till 8:00 pm but when I reached around 7pm, store was already closed. So, being a huge store and providing wrong information is very wrong

Should have never of moved or renovated the store layout. Was way better in the Armidale plaza and staff seemed friendlier there too. The checkout in the middle of the store is the worst place in the world to have them! Bugger all staff on check outs these days so you have to use the self service then staff don’t trust you on leaving and check your bags which I’m feels invasive!

Says there is stock instore when you look online , only to drive half an hour to find theres none there, should be given a discount or re embursed for fuel wasted , and if you get there before 10am theres no trollies

it's cheap in a good cheap staff where awesome really just awesome they went above and beyond

Not much of a selection in the confectionery department anymore which is disappointing (needed a particular confectionery for a recipe & Kmart used to stock heaps of that kind of stuff) as for other items it looked pretty well stocked

Purchased product and parts were missing. Tried to phone to get replacement. Waited over 30 mins and no answer. Now have to drive 30 mins back to Armidale to sort out. Customer Service???? They don't have a clue .

Nice store, seemed quite clean and tidy. Had everything we were after. Located in Armidale Central with parking underneath.

Top notch customer service by phone, then in store at Service Desk and then Loading Dock. I could not lift the combination oven I wanted. I didn't have to because staff were such marvellous help.

I hate it, it's been mostly problems since it's relocation, from the products to particular staff members. I purchased some boxed figure out the mystery from the newspaper articles game, there was different mystery versions. One with red head teenager on the front was murdered and the other with blonde woman who was murdered and the worker near me pointed out there was a 2nd one behind the 1st and when I looked at the 2nd one he went on some mini rant under his breath about blonde women. Dude, get over yourself and don't whinge about it to me. You ruined my evening shopping! I'm just buying a board game! I'm dyeing my hair blonde now.

Will not be visiting Kmart Armidale again, went in to buy a birthday present for a friend and three different workers accused us of stealing, one of those workers followed us around the store hounding us to show our pockets to prove we had nothing in them which wasn’t a problem as we obviously weren’t stealing, the worker on the way out threatened to call the police on us even after we showed her our pockets jumpers ect, again we had no problem with showing them as we weren’t stealing but come on threatening to call the police after you very clearly seen we weren’t stealing is absolutely ridiculous

Just like to thank staff member Ian for his service today in assisting me he went out of his way and wasn't a problem for him..He is expert at his job and can assist several people at one time. It's a pleasure to shop at kmart with staff that care.

Currently, an absolute let down. The store is being moved, so it is understandable that this will effect services for a bit. However, we have no other large department stores and are still being charged the full rate for shipping and having to wait 7-10 days for delivery. Have tried contacting customer service but found this to be a waste of time. When you have a monopoly over a town, you still need to provide good service

Your Armidale NSW store needs a serious overhaul. It is miserable looking. Womens wear is cramped. Open checkouts and not rely on self service and give people the choice to use either.

Appalling customer service. No shopping bags available whatsoever : recyclable, paper or plastic. The query about bags is met with disdain. Absolutely no training offered to team members obviously. Will never go back. Kmart Armidale shame, shame, shame.

TIME WASTE. I am sick of going to this store with a purpose of purchasing a particular item. This is not the first time Kmart Armidale does not have something in stock when both the online and in-store systems say the item is “in stock”. Absolutely over it. From now on, I will be clicking & collecting every item I need form this store.

Place was a shambles n no staff

Store was very messy and totally unorganised I left to shop elewhere

The staffs can't do proper refund. Very disappointed by the customer service. I have to asked twice if she refunded the correct amount and got a replied that she did. But only found out when I've checked my bank statement that she didn't refunded the right amount.

Its was okay the prices are really good

Isles were cluttered with racks of stock which made the store look messy & overcrowded.
