Terrible customer service by Benjamin at the pokies main bar. He couldn't speak proper English and looks like a typical import who doesn't smile but has a unfriendly facial expression. Where are all the true blue and ABC bar tenders? Definitely need them back for me to come back!

Spent 3hrs at th pokies and not once were we offered water or coffee or snack... majority of the chairs were old, worn in like the seat part is not cushioned anymore also the chairs are really heavy so it's hard to pull them out or in. Saw a man throw his cigarette but on th carpet and walk off. Good variety of pokies and lively venue. Ample parking.

Nice place, lots on offer, the food was very good. The only issue I have are the bartenders/coffee people that couldnt even crack a smile whilst serving customers. The attitude of this Gen Z is appalling, a simple smile would go a long way.

Asked for a Medium rare steak and it came to me purple and I asked for medium rare not rare and he said that’s medium rare. needless to say I got food poisoning

We were there to watch my grandson play football,Manly v St George. After the game we went into the club to relax & have lunch. The food was good & the staff were very pleasant & polite. All in all we had a great day.

Went there to eat with my family at the Chinese Restaurant. We had to ask for a tea pot, and when our tea was empty, we remove the lid of the pot as a sign language “please refill”. No refills were done when the waitresses walked by our table many times. We asked a waitress, and she rolled her eyes. That was a body language of rudeness. We had to ask to be served for food. Shortly a group of customers came in and the attitude of the waitresses changed. They were so friendly towards them and served their table without any worries. And it seemed like they were friends. After this experience, my family and I never came back. And will never come back. Good riddance.

Lady at the front service desk is a legend,restaurant is beautiful,the music off the charts,but the wannabe security crew need to go in the back and have a fufu n calm down,except for the bald guy,he’s ok,the rest need to get their hand off it.

Good was ok but couldn't enjoyed due to flooding evacuation.

Excellent venue and excellent staff, well worth the visit.

Tried out my luck after reopening and didn't go so well. Tried the restaurant back in June and it's quite good. Me and the missus had soup, scallops and abalone for entree and then we had Singaporean noodles with crab. Not too pricey either. 👍
