Best place to get parts for your PC build or upgrade North of the city. If you don't know what you need just go in and see the crew at the shop and they will help you out.

Been a couple of times now and the young men on the counter were polite and most helpful in both cases. Spending the time to explain and offer solutions to my computer problem.

Ordered an M.2 drive on line. Went to pick it up, took the old one with me to check compatibility. Staff member checked and said it's compatible. Turned out he was very wrong, but still wouldn't return the drive because the pack was open. Very poor service.

Totally botched handling of an exchange of a faulty $8 part, requiring 4 in-store visits (and my assistance) for them to confirm the fault and resolve the matter.

MSY have been building and updating my PC's since 2009. Picked up my newest gaming custom built a few days ago with new monitors, keyboard, mouse and sound system. I was a little worried about the new ownership, but the instore customer service and help is still great and my newest pc looks and runs fantastic. Big thanks to Syed and the guys at Holden Hill 👍

Pros: great shop, great prices, amazing customer service. I have bought computer parts from here for several years now. And it's definitely my go-to shop if you're looking to buy products that are almost wholesale price. The customer service sales people are always helpful and are always trying to help you even if you have no idea what you're doing. Cons: Nifty little shop, could definitely use a minor renovation especially to the signage outside. It doesn't make the place look good, and makes it look slightly like a burnt building from the outside from all the posters on the window being dried up over several years with no replacement. A little bit of graffiti remover from the vandalism on the building would also go a long way.

Basically a on-line orders pick up shed! Dusty old place.

Went in and got my stuff very quickly but the outside of the store looks sketchy and decrepit.

The staff members don’t even know how to talk with customers. Worst. Their online shows, it’s in stock. When reached store, the item is not there. Paid for pick up next day. When I reached next day for pick up, no item. They do not process refund straight away. Say it takes seven business days while other business can do in 24 hours. They kept the invoice but would not give me any evidence to say I would get a refund. Have to argue for an evidence. I would never recommend this store anymore.

I had to change my rating from 5 to 1. Worst customer service. A simple question does not understand and was not interested to serve. Asked for items and said don’t have and after looking “oh we have “. Very disappointed. Not surprised why the shelves are empty. ——- Guy helped with tech info. Much cheaper than any other places.

Somebody bought out MSY and swapped out the staff, so the people in here are usually pretty helpful now. They've got some weird robot warehouse fulfillment thing going on though, so I think they have less stock?

Used to use these guys for everything, spent over $5000 with them for pcs and such. now they no longer accept real money instore and want me to order everything online, no point for a storefront with this business model. wont be returning ill spend thousands elsewhere.

Cheapest computer parts anywhere

Unlike some msy shops, this has shared parking with a bunch of other stores behind it. Very small waiting area so if you're anxious about being close to people go to Adelaide or Elizabeth. Otherwise it's just like every other msy!

Worst experience, after a year of ongoing problems with a pc I bought from these guys and many times of them having it in for ‘warranty repairs’ for weeks and weeks on end, and now they can’t even give me a response or my money back. When I call about my pc which they currently have they just say somebody will email me, then they never do, they refuse to let me speak to a manager and apparently the stores literally don’t have phones even for their own team members to contact them with. You are one company so behave like one and stop behaving like you are all seperate entities that can’t communicate. This is not good enough and is enough for me to never give my business again and to tell friends and family not to shop here. Now give me my money back before I report you to the ACCC

Always easy to buy items there. Staff are pleasant enough. I don't know whether they know anything. I always research what I want before going.

All the latest Hi Tech and High performance computer hardware, big difference now they don't accept cash anymore which suits me fine, you can order online and maybe pickup the same day, not like it used to be with good advice as now you can't talk to the shop only someone in another part of the world so you may as well just look at their website because that's all they do when you ring them for tech enquiries and no help if your trying to match up components, returns may not get you 100% of you money back now, likely only 20% so I'm very disappointed in their new business process in general.

Please don't advertise something that you don't have in stock. If I have to wait a week for you to get it in, I'll try Amazon or eBay who are cheaper and deliver in less time.

I wanted to give 5 stars but thanks to the call centre not knowing their products and been told sorry (it's always sorry ) we don't have that part so I went to the shop and the man in the shop looked at my Homebase 3 from eufy and straight away he said yep that's this part and showed me on the PC excellent service so it comes to show good old fashion service pays

Been shopping with MSY for years. They have a great range and the click and collect is just as quick as any other store. My go to store when I need parts urgently.

Pretty good! Whilst they did not stock what I required, the staff were happy to provide not only additional advice (which was most helpful!), but also where I might be able to obtain the required part required they themselves didn't stock. Many thanks!

As far as parts and some deals go the store is pretty decent though it seems overall variety of stock has changed quite dramatically from time to time. Experience with the staff has been mixed. Mostly okay but have found the occasional interaction to be somewhat unhelpful. Worth a browse and to keep in mind but best to do your own research .

Very good store when you know what you want. It looks like a warehouse; what they save on the fitout is passed on to you as lower prices. Good advice and up to date merchandise.

Store not answering calls, emails taking 2-3 days to follow up and everything is too hard. Visited 3 days ago and listened to the two staff complain about female customers... just head to MSY Adelaide, totally different service orientated experience.

prices are higher than most stores, site often shows things in stock that arent (lazy to update online inventory) takes them 6 days to assemble a computer, only to not properally have it configured even after paying a service fee (mobo needed bios update) if they werent one of the only 3 stores in adelaide i wouldnt have purchased from here Recommend everyone check out umart in Croydon.

Great product range.

The prices are cheap but that's where the good stuff ends. For years now, as long as MSY has been open, the customer service has always been absolutely shocking. Forget trying to call them as they never answer, you can call all day and they'll never answer. When you're actually there, they treat you like a dog and look at you like what are you doing here, just leave. Typical Chinese style attitude.

Very bad bad customer service. Don't waste your time on it. Has a very bad collecting time limit when ordering online: 2 days. I suggest going to a different shop. Will not come back here next time.

Had new computer for my Grandson.

Went in to buy an ssd and was talking about a problem with connecting my new PC to the internet because the graphics card covered the 2nd PCI slot I was going to plug a wifi card in, the guy at the counter asked if he could pry and offered a multitude of soultions to our problem, gave us the pros and cons of each even though they were out of stock and couldn't sell us one. The people here are true professionals, would definitely go back here for any computer related topics.
