Customer service is on point at this JB , this is by far the best jb I have attended. Highly recommend this JB guys are full of knowledge and service is just outstanding.

If you have a sign that points to online pick-up to one area, but then still expect them to queue up with everyone. It might be a good idea to tell the customer that's waiting there for 20minutes looking like a dickhead to join the queue, before they ask an employee. Fix your signage

Staff always helpful. Any problems I've had with purchases have always been dealt with very well by the staff.

I purchased a new TV and accidentally got the wrong wall mount. The staff were super helpful with the return of the incorrect wall mount and helped me figure out the correct one to purchase! Very friendly team, super happy with the service!

The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff clearly didn’t care about customers—you could visibly see them chatting in a group rather than assisting anyone proactively. I went to buy a device but couldn’t find it, so I tried to approach a staff member. When I did, it felt like I had made a mistake by asking for help. Eventually, the staff member went inside to get the product, but only after I mentioned it was in stock as shown on the website.

I purchased an LG OLED G4 TV online which is meant to come with a stand. I received the TV 2 days ago, but no stand. Despite multiple requests they have still not delivered the stand, which was meant to be included. I would choose a different store. update: The store manager came through and got it delivered eventually.

Maddie the store manager was amazing she helped us to exchange the phone and upgrade to the latest iPhone and nothing was a problem her customer service was better than perfect, Keep it up Maddie.

Will be checking what I buy from this shop before leaving to make sure I get what I PAID for. I don't normally, but not after today. If only what I purchased from this shop before didn't stop working I wouldn't have to get a new one!!! Wasted my time coming back to this shop to get what I PAID for Only to be treated horribly.

3:30pm 22/7/2024. 1 person serving, 4 customers lined up. Second server then comes to assist. Then another worker comes over and tells the back of the line to follow him if they’re paying by card. He should have taken the next person in line who had been patiently waiting. Terrible customer service.

I am trying to buy two sound bars between Sonos and Bose high-end systems. The staff member cannot turn on either one and it’s just trying to tell me verbally how good they are. When asked can you please turn on and can anyone else turn on the answer is no. I will not spend, over $1000 on something I cannot try in store. Not sure if this is a weekend staff problem but should be fixed as I’m spending my money elsewhere.

Everybody loves JB HiFi for great deals, so no surprise there. I got served fast and the delivery came the following day. I can only say if the store was bigger it would be better.

Good staff here. I recently visited JB HI-FI in Narellan and had an excellent experience. Went to JB Hifi at Narellan today because my local store is never helpful. Hayden served me and was extremely knowledgeable of all of the products i enquired about. He was very friendly andpatient. I didnt feel like he was rushing to move on to the next customer. I highly recommended Narellan and in particular Hayden. It's sadly rare to find customer service up to his standard these days. I was spending a long time looking for a blue ray movie that the computer said was at their store. After around 20 minutes, I searched for a staff member (nothing new). He checked their co.puter and told me it wasn't in stock, then walked away. Not friendly at all.
