The staff here are amazing, extremely helpful no matter how long I take. Someone stayed with me for over 45 minutes trying to find an outfit for my dad, she was patient and was okay when I really didnt like an option she gave me haha. The place is easy to get around and always very clean.

Went to Myer at Pacific Fair to buy some shoes today. I was assisted and served by Claude (hope this was his name). He was super helpful and very genuine in the conversation we were having whilst i tried shoes on. Good old fashion service and hopefully he sees this review.

This is a good place to buy clothes.. branded ones.. they will be comparatively expensive due to their quality... All brand clothes are available here..Overall a good experience

I did shopping from myer ( Chanel) there was a lady Tracy her customer service was very good I have been here for two years but the best service till date was given by Tracy. She is lovely, stunning and sweet. she has a lot of dedication towards her work.

My wife needed some new comfortable shoes for work and our searches indicated that we had choices available in Myer. We scored the jackpot when we went in to the Shoe Department when we found Shontelle from HQ shoes was working there for the day. Haven't had that level of advice and such helpful assistance ever before! And all delivered in a relaxed, friendly and professional manner. Outstanding! Two pairs of shoes later...

Worst department store out. The staff all stand around talking to each other. No customer service. The layout of the store is hard to understand and even the staff don’t know where sections are. Terrible experience.

I was trying to buy some perfume but these two ladies that were working ignored and walked away from me whenever I went to go up and ask for help (the perfume was locked behind the glass window) was extremely rude. They were staring at me but looked away whenever I would speak to them so I just left :(

Absolute jokers. Rej the manager zero help do not buy from this store. 180 dollar shoes fell apart in 2 months and they said they need a paper receipt. Proof of transaction not good enough on the suncorp app apparently. Avoid at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Myer store in Pacific Fair. Yesterday, I purchased a pair of Dune London shoes that were on clearance for $119.96 (original price $239.95). When I brought them home, my husband didn’t like them, which made me reconsider the purchase. Today, we returned to the store to return the shoes, only to be told that clearance items cannot be refunded. They claimed this was a “common rule in Australia,” which is absolutely not true. I’ve returned clearance items at other stores without issue. They insisted the rule was stated on the receipt, but that’s pointless since customers only see the receipt after paying. There was no clear signage in the store, and the salesperson, Maddy, failed to mention this critical policy at the time of purchase. When I brought this up, Maddy was unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. Her attitude made an already frustrating experience worse. This store seems to care very little about customer satisfaction and operates with poor communication and unreasonable policies. To make matters worse, the overall quality of their products doesn’t justify the high prices, and the staff’s lack of professionalism seals the deal. I won’t be shopping at Myer again, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid this store as well.

Disappointed with Myer Pacific Fair Shopping Experience on 12th January 2025, 11am. I recently visited Myer Pacific Fair with my fiancé to purchase sheets and two pillows. While the products were fine, the experience with the sales assistant left much to be desired. At the checkout, I realised I had forgotten my wallet and asked my fiancé to pay while transferring the money to him. Something many couples do without a second thought. However, instead of assisting us professionally, the sales assistant made sarcastic jokes about the situation. Comments like “Oh, how convenient to forget your wallet!” and comparing it to a scene from Ocean’s 8 felt completely unnecessary and rude. What should have been a pleasant spontaneous Sunday shopping trip turned into an uncomfortable experience due to these inappropriate remarks. This level of customer service was disappointing and left a bitter aftertaste. Myer is a reputable store, and I expected much better treatment from the staff. This experience has made me reconsider returning to this location. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

This Myer department store is huge. Lots of items, lots of stock. Easy to spend significant time here.

I have shopped with Myer before and I love Garden City and Carindale best customer service. Simone at Pacific Fair in the ladies department was really rude and wasn’t understanding how to help me. I needed to exchange a swimsuit for a bigger size. She was so rude and was 100% not helpful at all. It’s ok I refunded my item and went to seafolly and got the item I wanted and saved $20. They had great customer service at a lot more items plus the store was nice and clean. Never again I will go in that store and spend my money.

Shopping at the Boxing Day sales. Couldn’t find any staff at pay stations. I ended up in the shoe department having gone to three other areas to pay for a handbag. Where are the staff at sale times???Other people were looking for help aswell. Come on Myer pick up your game .

On holiday on the Gold Coast, we visited the Myer store at Pacific Fair for some last-minute Christmas shopping. My partner bought a gift for her daughter and mine and was looked after by Tracy in the Chanel department. Just wanted to give Tracy credit for her friendly, professional service and as an added bonus, she happily wrapped the gifts while she had a rare free moment. Thank you Tracy!

There is plenty of free parking. Excellent choice of shops with branded goods and a variety of restaurants. Beautiful atmosphere.

Corey in the shoes department is always a delight every time I get served or helped by him. He always makes me feel welcomed and makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. I always see him try very hard to help every customer. Thanks for today Corey!

Went into Myer today to have a look at some perfumes. Inna, was very quick and enthusiastic to jump in and help me! I let her know what my preferences were and she immediately showed me a range of perfumes that perfectly matched what I was after. Not only that but she had incredible knowledge on the notes in each perfume that she showed me and was happily willing to answer any questions I threw at her about the perfumes. She has been by far one of the most useful and knowledgeable people I’ve ever spoken to concerning perfumes, and I’m consistently shopping for new scents at different stores. Such a lovely woman and so incredibly helpful.

I recently visited the perfume section at Myer Pacific Fair and had an excellent experience. The variety of fragrances is impressive, and I received outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Loize and an Indian girl (whose name I didn't catch) for their knowledgeable recommendations and friendly assistance. They made my shopping experience enjoyable and helped me find the perfect scent. Highly recommend!

The store is understaffed, the management should be aware that having staff facilitate sales leads to more profit.. however there’s a lovely staff member named Merle who couldn’t be more helpful. Seek her out if you can, she’s a credit to the organisation.

7/7/24 I had the most amazing customer service experience today by a lovely lady named Sue Ellen in your cookware department, she answered all my questions regarding Stainless Steel cookware, it’s refreshing to receive such great service these days!! Give this lady a raise !! Thankyou Sue.

This particular store needs a revamp! Tiles have been replaced with mismatched tiles. Change rooms need a good paint. Escalator to carpark is always out of service. I love shopping at Myer but this place needs help 😔

Unfortunately, I would rate my experience zero 😞 I was at Myer, Pacific Fair, lingerie section on Monday 24/6 between 3-4pm and had the worst shopping experience ever. The employees are more interested in chatting to each other than serving a customer. After some time I had to go to the shop assistant myself, after being ignored and ask for help. Then she left me in the cabin without coming back to check on how everything is. I had to get dressed and find someone to come and help me again. And they left me there again without checking. There was one semi-helpful older lady that finished her shift without notifying anyone to let them know I’m still there, so I was patiently waiting for her to come back for like 10-15min wondering where she went and thinking that she might’ve gotten busy. How am I supposed to shop for a bra without any help? Very, very unprofessional service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go and shop there. I hardly ever get angry but this experience made me furious. I just needed a little help to make the right decision but obviously that’s not the reason of employees being there. Very disappointing.

SO SO SO Dissapointed. Paid over $2000 for a mattress.... Less than 10 months... and it's completely collapsed. Then on complaining - I've had nothing but running around. In My Opinion DO NOT BUY A SEALY MATTRESS And Don't expect any service at all from Myer.

I was served by a lovely lady in the make-up section and also another lady in the homeware section. Both times the service was fantastic. A very nice store and the service was very prompt.

I bought the shoes online but the size I choose is too big for me. So I refunded it in the store. I went last Sunday the staff who was working the shoes section was so nice, friendly and kind. I really enjoy the customer service in here.

Apparently the boss, his name when I asked was christifer. His tone towards me was extremely rude, since I entered the store I was profiled. Probably because im aboriginal, and I asked if he had a jumper in stock. He told me there were none, after I asked him repeatedly to check the system he began yelling at me, telling me I didn’t go to school and that i’m stupid. He then started explaining that he was the boss when I asked to complain to someone above him. As he was walking away and I quote, he yelled extremely loudly to the security guard “keep an eye on him, we know EXACTLY what he is here for.” One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a store and I have been profiled and treated like **** but never to this level. Do not go to Myer Pacific Fair or any other myer with this guy in charge 😹 better off going to David Jones because they actually help you and assist you instead of blatantly yelling at you for asking to check if an item is in stock. UPDATE: I went to find Christopher to talk about how he lied that the security guard was his boss. When i asked the security guard he said that he was just the security guard as I assumed. I finally found Christopher and decided to take a photo of him incase he was lying about his name. When i asked if i could he said it was illegal and I took it anyways. HE THEN ATTACKED my phone WITH THE CLOTHING RACK and began hitting me with it. I even caught him mid attack in this photo. I’m 14 years old and am mature enough, unlike this boy that I decided to leave the store. He even had to have another staff member escort him away because he is that untrustable. As I was walking out I heard him say that I was there to steal and other garbage. My days DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ASSAULTED, ACCUSED OF STEALING, FOLLOWED AROUND AND YELLED AT.

This store is big, well laid out and has a wide range of clothing brands available.

I came into the store on Saturday 27/04/24 looking for a fragrance and I was warmly greeted by Will. What an asset he is to the store - he served me with a smile, and nothing was too hard for him! He was an extremely pleasant young man to deal with, and even though I was not sure about the purchase - his service was so good that not only did I buy the fragrance I wanted, but left feeling that great service does still exists in retail ☺️ The fragrance itself is also boxed/ presented so beautifully, and would make for an excellent Mother’s Day present 🎁
