Hubby dealt with operator 9409. ( young man early 20’s) Excellent assistance. Great product knowledge. Googled my cpap model to assess required amps to run machine in our caravan. Was considering an electrical modification of $150 and was sold an appropriate lead for $20 !!!! Amazing.

Nice, tidy, well organised shop. Very helpful staff member who went out of her way to locate a (discontinued) product for me at other stores, even with me being stuck on the phone. Short walk from Sunbury station, behind BigW/Bursons, and beside Super Cheap Auto.

Excellent customer service by the young female staff member (I think her name tag said Naz?) super smart and professional, and knows her stuff! Thank you for helping me so efficiently and courteously.

People of Sunbury, you need to shop here. I was amazed at the stock that they have. The help I got from the sales assistant was amazing. You don't normaly expect sales people to have a technical understanding, but they did. Very impressive. Thanks.

Great new store

Wow, this electronics store has just about anything you can think of. I needed to grab some new cables and patch panels for a mini project I am doing at home and found everything I needed. The store is very neat and tidy and easy to find what you are looking for. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. I'll be coming back soon to get some more stuff when needed.

Sunbury now has a full scale Jaycar! This is a clean well played out store with a full range of items in stock. The team are friendly and welcoming and offered me help when I came into the store.
