Bunnings Woodville

Horribly rude and abrasive staff with poor knowledge on both products and procedures. Better off going to the Prospect or Adelaide Airport stores.

Had what I was after, good prices, well set out store, staff not as welcoming as other stores , if another store is close enough, then drive to that store and avoid this one..

Store has almost everything you need, no problem there, but the problem as it has been been for years is, not enough assistants to help anymore. Was looking for lawnmowers, and apart from waiting for ages to be served, doesnt seem to be anyone there who has a clue about them. Need to do your own research. Ended up buying one from adelaide lawn mowers churchill road, small store, but guy was super helpful, prices were good, and found the right machine for out lawn

New review (edited): I recently visited bunnings on the 14/2/2025 at around 12pm. The check out line was massive, they had 1 person on check out, while another one trying to convince people to use self check out (which happens to take card only). 2 people standing to greet and say good bye to people and another 4 on the service desk. Not sure where was management or how you run a store with 1 person on check out. People in the line got frustrated and some started commenting. It took me longer standing in the check out than doing my shopping for the 4 items. Old review: Love bunnings, love this location and staff. I walked in with my 3 year old, and the gentleman on the gate from the tradies section greeted my kid before me :), put a smile on his face and even gave him a stamp. Much appreciation to this gentleman. 1 good deed got you 5 stars for the whole location and team. Thank you

Hardly any stock

Bunnings Woodville is my store, any time i need something i know they will have it and serve it to you with a smile and a good price

Plenty of stocks to choose from in doing your fixtures or doing your trade plus mostly very polite and helpful staff

I have travelled 20 minutes to this Bunnings twice in past 6 weeks as online it said the items were in stock at this Bunnings. Both times neither was there and the staff just said they must have been misplaced!. Waste of my time.

Simply, boys like Bunnings. Even if they do membership like Cosco concept, I would buy one!

I like it but much prefer the larger stores

Wouldn't accept a purchase order because they didn't finalse a $12 payment that was paid 2 days before going in honestly worst experience ever had here and I've been a power pass member for 12 years now

Mostly good overall. Some shelves are a bit disorganised and messy, which at times can make it hard to locate items, particularly small items. But some customers may contribute to that. Staff good. Carpark is easy to access and exit.

Good click and collect experience. It was ready quickly and when I was waiting second in the line a lady came out to me in the line to serve me and apologised for an item that wasn't available. Good customer service.

Nice place, person used product scanner to search, and found chairs, loads of them, in parafield, so we went there too

SHOCKING service.running away from customers.when asked for product they were not even slightly interested to sell or help.went to pay girl said go to other counter so i literally had to go through exit and beg to let me go in line to pay.Btw bought completely wrong product Would stay away from that damn store forever

Disrespectful and Disgustingly rude young Indian girl on refunds! Bunnings obviously hires the bottom of the barrel now!

Absolutely terrible customer service tried to call and waited about 5 minutes for someone to pick up. Once they picked up they said they would transfer me when the next person answered they said who’s this and were super disrespectful and then they hung up the phone hen they said they would transfer me to the right department. They had no care or want to help.

Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. 4/5 stars for that. 0/5 stars for calling yourself a warehouse when you fail to hold enough stock for tradesman needing stock for emergency repairs etc. Have a look at the dismal lack of stock in plumbing fittings.

Have you tried to buy spray paint from this place ?. I did and the guy at the counter had a hissy fit !. I just need someone to unlock the shelf, ok, ok from now on I'll buy spray paint from somewhere else !!!!!.

I visited Bunnings today to purchase a specific item, (the Euromatic 45cm Metal Pedestal Fan.)Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. When I asked a staff member for assistance, she showed no willingness to help. She stated if you are not able to find these specific area its means sold out. I told her online shows stock available in store. But she was busy to filling up her stuff. , she did not check for me. I then approached another staff member, who informed me that five fans were supposedly available in their system, but even he could not assist me in locating the product. After I conducting a thorough search, I eventually found the fan I was looking for. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills displayed by the first staff member were disappointing. I hope Bunnings will take steps to improve their customer service standards.

I called them to ask a question. Got put on hold with no answer for 15+ minutes. It’s not that hard to operate a phone

Good store nice staff but it’s FILTHY! Iv never seen more disgusting toilets. But they seem to have cleaners on hand. The whole place is dirty, cluttered and a safety hazard

Abosultely wonderfull place to buy some stock wood and plants for my mother to plant and grow. Their flower range is impecable and i would recomend to come here deffinitley to go and buy any supplies i need for a building project! Keep up the work Bunning! The snags are great as allways as well!

Can’t say I was impressed when I asked a worker where abouts the Jerry Cans are and they had no idea what that was. I understand needing a job and all, but you’d think a hardware store would be more inclined to hire people slightly more blue collar minded?

Worst service. They don't answer click and collect phone call and waiting for device takes forever.

Early morning of 1 October at Woodville the A Team" was definitely off sick. They could not have been a more unhelpful or disengaged. Usually love Bunnings Woodville."

Tool shop staff rude also no staff to be found for assistance when 5'1 6 months pregnant me needed something from the top shelf. Also, if I go to tool shop and have to pay for an item at that register, that makes me feel done in the store and I don't go buy other stuff

Bunnings - regardless of where the layout is similar and therefore finding what's needed (plus other) is found easily.

I regularly visit Woodville Bunnings and have been in Australia for long time, but I haven't encountered such friendly staff anywhere in the country until now. Lexi, a staff member, provided exceptional service and offered honest opinions on paint-related queries. Max and Maria at the Goods Return counter were also incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience at Bunnings even more enjoyable.

Bunnings Warehouse is my go-to for all things DIY. The store is well-organised, and the staff are always knowledgeable and eager to help. They have a wide selection of products at great prices, making every project easier to tackle. Whether you’re a pro or a novice, Bunnings has everything you need! She served in front of me at behind the tool aisle 14 service desk have to wait for 5 minutes and she just talking to her colleague patiently waited there for 5 minutes and excuse her she came and says oh I haven’t seen you waiting.can’t blame you but atleast your colleague has to notify you like someone waiting at the service desk but she didn’t

73kg compressor. Box damaged. Did not care. No one to help me get it from shelf to trolley or trolley to car. Too busy telling me that all boxes get damaged in transit. I'm going back to Parafield Bunnings
