Just sat on hold for 34 minutes waiting for someone from the trade counter to process a refund for my damaged top. Gave up in the end so I guess I will need to visit the store on the weekend. The two stars is for the people I did speak to because they were friendly and polite.

Always find what you need .. it is sometime hard to though .. the staff are very helpful when you find them .. overall happy 😊

Bunnings website is handled by someone who won’t take the onus. Employees are scripted to say marketplace sellers are not their responsibility so they can behave do what they want. Someone sells you a product saying it’s 30 day free returns but then it doesn’t happen. The seller provides money to Bunnings n in return it can take sellers for a ride. High time some investigation goes into the website dealings

Appalling service - i.e. none - at the paint counter until an irate customer called the switchboard to complain. The sulky bearded staffer who finally arrived acted as though he were making the supreme sacrifice. Too many people waiting, too many complaints. And when you can get help from pleasant employees, it's only after hunting them down somewhere in the aisles. Perhaps Bunnings could employ more workers? But of course - those facial recognition cameras cost a lot, so not much left over to provide your customers with decent service.

A large store with several floors of items. It’s easy to get lost. Don’t forget to find the walking stick aisle when you turn eighty while looking for the right self-tapping screws.

Hit or miss. This place has mostly everything I need. Quality of the products differ but on the whole a good place.

Steve at the trade counter is the slowest woker in the world, it wasent busy and he made us wait for half an hour for a ute pick up, ridiculous

Needed some wood stain for a new dining table & Paul from the paint section was very helpful in advising us on the best product. He tested some products on our wood offcuts & we are extremely happy with the outcome we achieved. He is an asset to your business.

Always well stocked and not as busy as Parafield.

It was supposed to be delivered between 7 AM and 12 PM, with a confirmation sent in the morning. However, I received no response until I called at 2 PM. I spent an hour speaking to the team, but no one knew what was happening until 4 PM. The delivery was postponed to the next morning around the same time, and it finally arrived. We had requested a second person to help, but only one showed up. I called the team again, and they said they would try to arrange someone. What an incredibly efficient service!

Went in today looking for a ryobi stick vac.....lady in the shop was so so helpful .....great service thanks

Click and collect was so easy

I go mostly for the plants, this Bunnings has a really good selection and the plants are in good condition. They also have a big supply of pots so that’s perfect for my indoor plants.

I live very close to this branch. No matter whenever I pop in for anything to purchase, it is out of stock. Very useless branch, don’t bother anymore!

Went to Bunnings for a entry door found this one went to service desk to get one was told that the sign should have been taken down three weeks ago and are not available any more and no you can’t have this one. Very poor

Good bunnings

Big store with friendly staff somehow lack of items especially if they are popular. They do have everything on display but if one to turn up to the desk with intention of buying the item one often got told to drive off to other smaller store to collect the merchandise.

Feedback on Price Matching Policy Experience ( I would like to add that next Morning I received call from Bunnings and they apologized for this incident, they offered me price match and given more 10% more discount. I went back and collected the product. Yea this way they again got me back as their permanent customer. Thanks forgiven Bunnings for that night before harsh ment) Dear Bunnings Team, I visited Bunnings store at Windsor Gardens on 30/12/2024 at approximately 8:35 PM to purchase a Karcher Pressure Washer K3. Upon checking the prices at Bunnings AUD 349.00, I found it offered at a lower price at Supercheap Auto AUD 295.00. As per Bunnings' advertised price matching policy, I approached the counter to request a price match, showing the online price listed on Supercheap Auto’s website as evidence. I have taken screen shot and picture from Bunnings shelf. However, I was informed by Bunnings staff that they needed to call Supercheap Auto to confirm the price, which could only be done during Supercheap Auto's operating hours. Given that Supercheap Auto was closing at 6:00 PM, this effectively restricted price matching to traditional business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Nowhere in Bunnings' policy is it mentioned that price matching is limited to other stores' operating hours. This lack of transparency is misleading and creates an unnecessary barrier for customers trying to avail themselves of your advertised policy. I kindly request clarification on your price matching process and suggest that this information be made clear in your policy to avoid further confusion for customers. Love shopping at Windsor Gardens. Staff have always been friendly & very helpful.

I’d like to give a glowing 5-star review to this young employee who managed to redefine customer service during my recent visit. Her rudeness was truly unmatched, and her unfriendliness was so exceptional it deserves a medal. She really went above and beyond in making sure my experience was as unpleasant as possible. I’ll be sure to visit again—whenever I want to ruin my day.

Huge store and well laid out.

My wife in the past few days has been trying to place a special order and today she was put on hold for her entire lunch break and than had to hang up to get back to work. This is a disgrace . We tried to buy vj100 panel online but the size we require shows need to ring as it's special order. We live in the country 2hrs from any bunnings so if you need to ring this mob to order something don't bother it will be a waste of your time.

My local Bunnings and never fails to have what I need in stock. Only gave 4 stars as it’s sometimes hard to find someone to assist you.

This is the most pathetic bunnings where you can expect the worst service by employees. Even if an employee make a mistake they don't feel apologetic.

I just had the best Bunnings experience, with Gary Bond in the tool shop going above and beyond with his exceptional knowledge and service to help out a pure tool novice with my chainsaw issue. Thanks heaps Gary. 10/10

Apart from digital stock level screw-ups, the perfect hardware store.

Two gigantic levels of absolutely everything home improvements. I literally can’t think of an object for DIY, gardening, home improvements/utilities, or general hobbies that I couldn’t find here. I think the only downside of this Bunnings is that I would like a segway to get around because it’s HUGE. Best garden centre as well. Massive range.

December 2024 award goes to: Kyle For creating a “bunnings gold standard procedure” for nitpicking, harassing and discriminating against customers who are different, while a long line of customers are waiting behind. Noticed that he only does it to people from certain background. HAVE ONE RULE FOR ALL - NOT BASED ON GENDER, RACE OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION November 2024: SERVICE IS BECOMING MORE PATHETIC! ASKED FOR A LARGE TROLLEY FROM FRONT STAFF THE OTHER DAY AND THEY SAID TO ME TO GO AND FIND MYSELF! Appalling service. Had to wait a long time to get assistance. This store has expanded but service is absolutely down the drain. Shame on you Bunnings!

Terrible customer service. I was served by an Asian male in the returns section a few weeks ago & he was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Very rude staff at this store.

Good garden centre

I purchased a brushless Ryobi self-standing vacuum cleaner in December 2023. However, the self-standing feature stopped working by December 2024. I took it to Bunnings, but the staff refused to replace it. The lady at the counter spoke with her manager, who stated that since the vacuum still worked, they wouldn’t replace it, even though it was under warranty. I left feeling disappointed and emailed Ryobi. They responded the next day and asked for the receipt, which I provided. Ryobi then directed me back to Bunnings. I called Ryobi again, and they told me that Bunnings was required to take the vacuum back and provide a replacement. They sent me an email confirming this and told me to go back to Bunnings and contact them if there were further issues. When I returned to Bunnings, they gave me the same response. I showed them the email from Ryobi, and only then did they agree to take it back. They tried to avoid giving me a replacement by offering a refund since the model was out of stock. I declined and insisted on a replacement. Eventually, they provided me with a new, upgraded Ryobi vacuum cleaner. The staff at Bunnings, including the returns team and the manager, clearly need more training on handling warranty claims. Their lack of knowledge caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Thanks to Ryobi for eventually sorting it out and providing a resolution.

Bunnings is always useful to get things done around the place.

Great store wasn't there long but parking was a breeze undercover and the store massive, they had what I needed and staff extremely helpful. Thanks again bunnings and your staff

The breadth of range here is excellent. I will go out of my way given they will typically have something. I have noticed of late that stock control is a bit average. Not being able to find a whole box of storage containers supposedly in stock was frustrating (a big box!). Modbury up the road had more accurate stock counts

I’m annoyed that I have to give this shop one star, I want to give them no stars. Today I went in and hired a trailer which I booked last week after paying $128. I go down to hitch the trailer to the car and they tell me they don’t have the right adapter for the trailer, they told me they don’t have any in store, and that I would have to purchase one so I left Bunnings, went to supercheap auto and bought one for $28 then went back to Bunnings and got the trailer, I used the trailer for about two hours, then took it back to get my deposit back and there was nothing but hassles to get the money back, the useless inept person on the checkout that did the booking didn’t enter it into the computer and I was left waiting for over 20 minutes with no explanation no apology no discount it was absolutely the rudest experience I’ve ever had and I will never ever shop in this store again Bunnings Windsor Gardens you suck.

Had lots to buy over different departments and each area I went to, the staff were great, really helpful. Parking is easy, good product selection and prices are competitive.

Had to call as there’s no information about plants online. Was on hold for over 18 mins with the same message being repeated over and over again. Clearly understaffed if no one is able to answer the phone. Had to hang up in the end.

Staff consistently rude and jaded. Bunnings receipts have 'easy returns simply keep.your receipt' this is simply not true as they have changed policies and now demand drivers licences and treat you like you are dogey by default.

Great bunnings store. Huge range. Good service. Playground and cafe. Also undercover parking, which is great when its wet or hot

I find it pretty upsetting that when I walked in yesterday morning, I was greeted by a young woman that was clearly on the verge of tears. I could tell she was obviously distressed. Where was management?? Mental health should be taken seriously. I feel for her and i hope she’s okay. I don’t know how managers can turn a blind eye to something like that

I went to purchase a new barbeque and a worm farm, I asked for help from 2 very kind young men in the garden, Jack came and assisted, well, did everything, with a real smile, so very much appreciated, thank you Jack

4 idol staff at the trades desk I had a click and collect that was to go directly into my boot I was told I had to collect from service desk and was refused help. I have a injury and needed help.

Worst Bunnings store ever . MEGAN at return counter ( between 1-2 pm ) should be taught how to follow protocols and not to steal peoples money . Going to CBS about this .Never in their website it says, anything that was purchased, can’t be returned within 1 month, when the receipt was produced . She called her so called manager who asked to bring a letter from an Electrician mentioning the reason to return is due to a faulty of the item .Bunnings head office should look into that . DONT TRY TO RIP OFF PEOPLE . Been to prospect Bunnings… very professional & Not stealing money like Windsor garden Bunnings No questions asked and was able to return the items . She must be a frustrated woman who is not supportable to do any job BUT retire ( exactly what Bunnings other store employees said - who confirmed no need of Electrician certificate to return any item )

I was not able to enter the store via the Garden section (, under ground car park) as a female employee locked the door when I was just 2metres from it. At 3pm !!! She refused to let me in even though I showed my walking stick. I went to Garden Grove instead & I WILL NOT go to Windsor gardens again.

Awesome friendly staff

Great 'go to' place for all the DIY projects in and around the house. Almost they got all the building & garden stuffs. It is straightforward if you are sure what you need and where to find it. Otherwise, you will search the needle in the hay. It's almost hard to find a staff member when you need it, and even if you get one only 50% chance, he or she will be of any use. Also only a few of them were polite and friendly.

Don't try and do a delivery to Bunnings Windows Gardens..... It's like watching paint dry or grass grow.
