Largest range. If it's not here you are unlucky. Tip : Google bunnings store and product for isle number and bay number to find product fast.

Rude, incompetent but diverse staff.

This is unbelievable, product on line says, in stock, drove all the way from barossa valley to Parafield to be told we doing stock taking, can't give them to you. This bunnings needs to change staff to people that deserves the position willing to work.

Always good, take the dog get a snag and some garden supplies.

30 minutes waiting to buy a barbecue trying to get help even rang the phone in the store we might as well be invisable still waiting????

Such a shame that bunnings ran every other hardware store out of town and now generally don't have what you need and service is non existent.

Easy lay out, nice staff, my dog loves going for a walk in there for the social interaction (yes on short lead and well behaved) always find everything with ease especially cause the website tells me which aisle it’s down and what section. Prefer this Bunnings over the others :)

I go to Bunnings a lot, I've been to a lit of Bunnings stores, this one has the better garden area. I do a lot of gardening and I'm in and out of Bunnings all the time. The selection tion of plants are great and they're always high quality. I like the staff here too.

Bunnings just has everything for the DIY enthusiasts.

Friendly staffs, always support what I need. Their refund policy is awesome for purchase wrong product. Best price for sure.

They were better when they first opened, and the quality of the products they stock has gone to just cheap stuff, even stocking doors from Craftwood. They are absolutely rubbish and can not be hung without exposing the internal rubbish that they have laminated around to call it a solid core door. You can't chissel out the hinges or latch for handel/lock because you just knock the little bits of timber sideways. Do not get a Craftwood door , worst doors I have ever seen. Whoever made them doesn't have a clue about hanging a door. However most of the staff there are awesome.

Customer service in isle 52 from Rachel (Sunday 27/1 ) was disrespectful no greeting and eye roll when she found the product we couldn’t find. Do better

I was buying a garden statue today, 20/1/25 and the girl serving us in the garden section, never looked up from her phone at all, no please, no thank you, no nothing, just kept reading her phone

Helpful, and we got our chairs in the box of 6, a photo of the product code helped when purchasing it, near the flower section (we got nice flowers too)

Good experience while buying product and having best return policy

I complained about buying floor paint from Bunnings that faded within two months in sun-exposed areas. When seeking a warranty claim, staff refused, stating the floor wasn’t sealed properly when i said one of your staff member recommend me and i bought at same time then he start asking about the primer, which i didn’t use and no where written on the tin that i have to use that if that was important why he did not give me that day and why is only fading from sun exposed area. I explained to the manager but received no solution. Its the staff’s duty to provide this information about warranty before purchase. Dissapointed coming here from long time first time need to talk to them but let me down

This was the third time I have been down the plant section to buy up seedlings and more mature plants, they have the worst plant selection of any nursery around, won't waste another visit. Since they rebuilt it's been it's been constantly empty. All Bunnings have a poor nursery selection, will take my money to Viginia. Left without buying a thing as usual.

My husband and I went to return something to this Bunnings. Customer service is dead here. We were asked to call the company of the product we were returning as they don’t do that. So my husband rang the company just to prove that we were right. How about treat your customers right? We will never shop at Parafield Bunnings again! Why is it so hard to be served by a decent person who knows their stuff? Appalling ☹️

Bunnings are a collection point for “ its in the bag “ a non for profit charity that collects bags of essentials for women and girls who are in poverty and can not buy the essentials sanitary items and basic necessities! Fleeing from DV , homelessness etc ! The keep a box where people can donate every November / December for a period of time where you can drop your bags of donated essentials off ! Bunnings have been very involved and helpful for this amazing charity! Please consider getting involved if you’re able to ! Not the best photo but I was in a hurry!

Very disappointed with the customer service from Ryan. I tried to ask for help to find a product. I was instantly shut down very rudly and abrupt saying that he couldn't help and was too busy. He didn't look to be with anyone and I can't understand if he was busy. But there is a way to communicate that. I was extremely upset with how he spoke to me.

Bunnings will always be Bunnings! If you need something and need help to find it...there's never anyone around for help or there's not enough staff to help! The one's working are too busy or no nothing. If you ask at information it's even worse as they ask you if you looked online before asking!!! Bunnings was much better 3-4 years ago and we were always looking around buying things for the house! Now Bunnings has become useless, unfriendly, expensive and with empty packets on shelves more and more each time we go!! 💯👎

They are hiring any one without knowledge of what they are selling for example it is known for a do it you self shop but when you ask for their expertise they don't know any thing about any thing so you better do your own research before asking them and also no customer service

Today we went to Parafield Bunnings warehouse, we had 5 minutes left but there was a woman who wasn't letting us to buy 2 trees.We decided which one to take but she didn't let us to put them in our trolley. We already bill $100 and I used to like Bunnings Warehouse but not anymore. I won't come to this place anymore, It was very bad experience.

Really appreciated the help I got from the staff member working in craft accessories this afternoon. I asked who was in charge of the craft section and a staff member said 'that would be me ma'am' and he tried to help me look for some mosaic tiles I wanted to buy - he checked the bay, above the bay and even in the storeroom for me. The tiles I wanted weren't in stock but I really appreciated the effort he went to looking for them with me. Thank you!
